高分辨阿达玛变换显微荧光图像分析(Ⅱ)单细胞DNA荧光图像生成、处理及自动定量分析研究

本研究把荧光显微镜，阿达玛变换多通道成像技术和计算机图象处理技术结合起来，建立了一种单细胞DNA荧光图像自动定量分析系统，对系统的成像原理、信号编码和解码方法及单细胞定量分析方法进行了讨论，分析结果表明，本系统提供的单细胞定量分析数据稳定可靠。     

Covalent attachment of phospholipid analogous polymers to modify a polymeric membrane surface: a novel approach

A novel method for the surface modification of a microporous polypropylene membrane by tethering phospholipid analogous polymers (PAPs) is given, which includes the photoinduced graft polymerization of N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) and the ring-opening reaction of grafted poly-(DMAEMA) with 2-alkyloxy-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphospholanes. Five 2-alkyloxy-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphospholanes, containing octyloxy, dodecyloxy, tetradecyloxy, hexadecyloxy, and octadecyloxy groups in the molecular structure, were used to fabricate the PAP-modified polypropylene membranes. The attenuated total reflectance FT-IR spectra of the original, poly(DMAEMA)-grafted, and PAP-modified membranes confirmed the chemical changes on the membrane surface. Scanning electron microscope pictures showed that, compared with the original membrane, the surface porosities ofpoly(DMAEMA)-grafted and PAP-modified membranes were somewhat reduced. Water contact angles measured by the sessile drop method on PAP-modified membranes were slightly lower than that on the original polypropylene membrane, but higher than those on poly(DMAEMA)-grafted membranes with the exception of octyloxy-containing PAP-modified membranes. However, BSA adsorption experiments indicated that the five PAP-modified membranes had a much better protein-resistant property than the original polypropylene membrane and the poly(DMAEMA)-grafted membranes. For hexadecyloxy- and octadecyloxy-containing PAP-modified membranes, almost no protein adsorption was observed when the grafting degree was above 6 wt %. It was also found that the platelet adhesion was remarkably suppressed on the PAP-modified membranes. All these results demonstrate that the described approach is an effective way to improve the surface biocompatibility for polymeric membranes.

舒兰褐煤树脂组分中某些分离物的化学研究

我国褐煤资源丰富 ,分布于云南、吉林、黑龙江、山东和内蒙古等地。褐煤除作燃料和腐植肥料外 ,还应用于轻化工和机械工业 ,如从褐煤制取褐煤蜡。褐煤蜡中含有较多的树脂物质 ,影响了褐煤蜡的质量 ,因此通常褐煤蜡树脂作为废弃物脱除 ,以提高褐煤蜡的质量。褐煤蜡的化学组成为纯蜡和树脂 ,前者为高碳脂肪酸和脂肪醇的酯类、游离脂肪酸和脂肪醇 ,以及烃类物等 ;后者则以萜类为主 ,并含有甾醇、羟基酸和烃化合物[1～ 5] 。 1982年唐运千等采用红外光谱和氢核磁共振谱检定 ,褐煤树脂中含有 β 谷甾醇 ;柱层析和薄层层析检出雌二醇和雌酚酮[2 ] …     

手性配体立体选择性萃取分离扁桃酸对映体

Based on chiral ligand exchange, the distribution behavior of mandelic acid enantiomers in the two-phase system containing copper ion(Ⅱ)(Cu²⁺) and N-n-dedecane-L-hydroxyproline (L), was studied. At different pH, the partition of Cu²⁺ in the two-phase system containing N-n-dedecane-L-hydroxyproline, was investigated. The formation constant of binary cpmplex(Li₂Cu) was obtained by regression. The influence of pH, concentrations of Cu²⁺ and chiral ligand, and solvents on partition coefficients(K) and separation factor(α), was discussed. The experimental results show that Li forms more stable ternary complex with D-mandelic acid than with L- mandelic acid. There is a large influence of pH on K and α. At low pH values (<3.5), formation of binary complexes is thermodynamically unfavourable. K and α are best when pH values are above 3.5 and the molar ratio of chiral ligand to Cu²⁺ is 2∶1. At the same time, solvents influence K and α very much.     

LiCoO2中锂离子固相扩散系数随循环次数的变化

The solid diffusion coefficient of lithium-ion in LiCoO₂ cathode material has been investigated by the capacity intermittent titration technique (CITT) at different voltages and at different charge/discharge cycles. By SEM, XRD and FTIR techniques, the structure of LiCoO₂ was studied before and after charge-discharge cycles, and the relationship between solid diffusion coefficient and crystal structure was further discussed. CITT results show that the value of Li⁺ solid diffusion coefficient of LiCoO₂ is about 10^-12 cm²·s^-1. During the whole charge-discharge cycles, the Li⁺ solid diffusion coefficient decreased within the voltage of 4.0～4.3 V, which is attributed to the change of the structure of LiCoO₂.     

ZnO超微粒子光催化氧化降解n-C7H16的研究

利用ZnO光催化氧化技术对气相n-C7H16进行了降解研究，考察了氧气、水燕气体积分数等因素对n-C7H16光催化氧化的影响，利用气相色谱－质谱联用仪和气相色谱仪对气相光催化反应过程中的气体组成进行了定性分析，并对主要中间产物丙醛进行了定量分析，结果发现，ZnO超微粒子光催化氧化n-C7H16的降解率较高，n-C7H16绝大部分被完全氧化成CO2，探讨了n-C7H16光催化氧化反尖的动力学行为及机理。     

多硫二硫醇烯配合物[Ni(C5S9)2]电磁学性能的研究

电子俘获材料Zn_4B_6O_(13)∶Dy~(3+)的热释光特性研究

通过高温固相扩散反应合成了稀土元素镝掺杂的 Zn4 - x B6 O1 3∶ x Dy3+ 磷光体 .测定了该化合物在高能6 0 Co伽玛射线辐照下的热释发光曲线和三维热释光谱 .三维热释光谱表明 ,位于大约 480 nm和 5 80 nm的发光谱带来自于 Dy3+ 离子的 f-f 跃迁 .基质中掺杂的 Dy3+ 离子浓度的变化能够改变陷阱的相对分布 ,随着Dy3+浓度的增加 ,发光峰温向高温方向移动 ,这可提高剂量器的热稳定性 .当辐照剂量增加时 ,发光峰温亦向高温方向移动 ,即陷阱加深 .确定了 Zn3.86 B6 O1 3∶ 0 .1 6Dy3+样品主峰的陷阱深度 E=0 .73 e V,频率因子S=2 .43× 1 0 9s- 1 .在 1～ 1 0 0 Gy治疗级范围内 ,Zn3.86 B6 O1 3∶ 0 .1 6Dy3+ 对 6 0 Co伽玛射线辐照的热释光剂量响应呈良好的线性关系 .实验结果表明 ,Zn3.86 B6 O1 3∶ 0 .1 6Dy3+是一个潜在的应用于临床医疗的伽玛射线电离辐射热释光剂量计材料 .
