直流反应磁控溅射制备掺铟ZnO透明导电薄膜的研究

本文介绍了掺铟ZnO透明导电膜的制备工艺.并应用半导体物理理论分析了薄膜的导电机理,用Drude理论建立了物理模型,分析与计算了薄膜从可见到红外光波段的光学性能,结果表明,理论计算与实测值两者符合得较好.

Resonant spin excitation in an overdoped high temperature superconductor

An inelastic neutron scattering study of overdoped Bi(2)Sr(2)CaCu(2)O(8+delta) ( T(c) = 83 K) has revealed a resonant spin excitation in the superconducting state. The mode energy is E(res) = 38.0 meV, significantly lower than in optimally doped Bi(2)Sr(2)CaCu(2)O(8+delta) ( T(c) = 91 K, E(res) = 42.4 meV). This observation, which indicates a constant ratio E(res)/k(B)T(c) approximately 5.4, helps resolve a long-standing controversy about the origin of the resonant spin excitation in high temperature superconductors.

QUANTUM FLUCTUATIONS IN MESOSCOPIC RESISTANCE-INDUCTANCE-CAPACITANCE ELECTRIC CIRCUITS AT FINITE TEMPERATURE

By using the charge and current in a quantization resistance-inductance-capacitance (RLC) electric circuit, we construct a pair of canonical variables. Using this pair of variables and the thermal field dynamics, we obtain the fluctuations of charge and current in the RLC electric circuit at finite temperatures. It is shown that the fluctuations increase with increasing temperature and decrease with prolonging of time.     

Estimates of commutators for multilinear operators on Herz-type spaces

In this paper, the boundedness of mulitilinear commutator [b,T] on Herz-type space is considered, where T is a standard Calderón-Zygmund singular operator and b ∈ (BMO(Rn))m.

Virtual Source of a Swallowtail Beam

By applying a virtual source method, the exact and the paraxial solutions of the Swallowtail beams (SBs) that are governed by the inhomogeneous Helmholtz equation are introduced. The paraxial SBs generated experimentally possess both self-accelerating and self-focusing features. The parameters controlling the field distributions are discussed in theory. From the spectral representation of the Swallowtail wave, in the appropriate limit, the first four terms of the nonparaxial correction series for the (1+2)-dimensional Swallowtail waves that simplify to the SBs are obtained.     

几种稠环芳烃有机EL材料性能的量子化学理论研究

采用量子化学半经验方法（ＲＨＦ／ＰＭ３）对几种稠环芳烃化合物电致发光（ＥＬ）材料的性质进行了理论研究。利用能量梯度法优化构型,对各优化的构型作振动分析,均未出现虚频率。在此基础上,采用ＲＨＦ／ＣＩＳ方法计算其电子光谱。并给出了化合物ＥＬ１,ＥＬ２电子光谱的最大波长λ与ＣＩＳ组态之间的关系。所有计算结果与实验值基本吻合。
