Effects of Lead on Temporal Response Properties of Retinal Ganglion Cells in Developing Rats

Neonatal rats have taken in lead, during the period from their parturition to their weaning, from the milk of dams fed with water containing 0.2% lead acetate solutions. The alterations in the temporal response properties of retinal ganglion cells in adult rats (90 days) following the lead exposure at their developing stage have been studied. The results of this investigation demonstrate that the lead exposure in neonatal rats causes decreases in the optimal temporal frequency, bandwidth at half amplitude, temporal resolution and response phase of the retinal ganglion cells in adult rats. Compared with the sustained cells, the transient cells have a much greater alteration in temporal response properties.     

咪喹莫特的波谱学数据与结构表征

对咪喹莫特的红外(IR)、紫外(UV)、质谱(MS)、氢-氢相关谱(^1H--^1H COSY)、碳氢相关谱(HMQC)、碳氢远程相关谱(HMBC)予以解析并进行了报道。对所有的^1H NMR、^13C NMR谱的信号进行了归属；讨论了质谱的主要碎片离子的可能的裂解方式和红外特征吸收峰所对应的官能团的振动形式。     

Studies on fluorescent species of spiro-indolinonaphthooxazines and their fluorescence spectra

Photophysical behavior of spiro[1,3,3-trimethylindolino-2,3′-naphtho[2,1-b]-1,4-oxazine] (SP1) and spiro[1,3,3,2′-tetramethylindolino-2,3′-naphtho[2,1-b]-1,4-oxazine] (SP2) were studied. The fluorescent species and their spectra of SP1 and SP2 in polar solvents (acetonitrile and methanol) and non-polar solvent (cyclohexane) were investigated. The fluorescence decay in polar solvents was studied by picosecond time-correlated single photon counting. In most cases, fluorescence decay obeyed triexponential decay kinetics. The major fluorescent species is an excited intermediate which has similar conformation as its precursor (¹ SP ^*) formed after the bond cleavage between spirocarbon and oxygen in oxazine ring. The effects of molecular structure and solvent polarity on fluorescence spectra and fluorescence decay lifetime were studied.     

四核钴羰基簇合物Co4(CO)8(μ-CO)2(μ4-PSR)2的合成和晶体结构

The title compounds Co4(CO)8(μ-CO)2 (μ4-PSR) [R=-CH3, -C2H5, -C(CH3)3,-(CHa)4CH3] were synthesized by the reaction of Co2(CO)8 with RSPCl2. They were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, elemental analysis. The crystal and molecular structure of Co4(Co)8(μ-CO)2 (μ4-PSC2H5) has been determined by single crystal diffraction method. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21 /c, with a=8-445(3), 6=8.562(3), c= 17.125(6)Å, β=104.26 (3)' 9 V=1200.1Å3, Z=2, Dc=1.937gcm-3. Its molecular structure contains an octahedral Co4P2 skeleton which consists of a rectangular four cobalt atoms core and the Co4 core is capped above and below by two quadruply bridging PSR ligands.     

由(1S)-cis-菊酸合成(1R)-cis-二溴菊酸

拟除虫菊脂是在研究天然除虫菊脂化学的基础上发展起来的一类高效低毒,广谱杀虫剂。其中,溴氰菊脂是活性较高,光稳定性较好的一种菊脂类杀虫剂, 它是具有(IRcis.αs) 构型的单一光学异构体。 生产溴氰菊脂的关键中间体是IR-cis-)二溴菊脂。本文报道利用化学剪切法将(is)-cis-菊脂转化为(IR-cis-)二溴菊脂的新方法。     

A catalytic chemical vapor deposition synthesis of double-walled carbon nanotubes over metal catalysts supported on a mesoporous material

Double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWNTs) have been synthesized by catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) over supported metal catalysts decomposed from Fe(CH₃COO)₂ and Co(CH₃COO)₂ on mesoporous silica. Bundles of tubes with relatively high percentage of DWNTs, in areas where tubular layered structures could be clearly resolved, have been observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). In other areas, crystal-like alignment of very uniform DWNTs was observed for the first time, suggesting that mesoporous silica might play a templating role in guiding the initial nanotube growth. In addition, compatible with nano-electronics research, bridging of catalytic islands by DWNTs has also been demonstrated.     

可溶性聚苯胺的合成及研究

本文报道了可溶性聚苯胺(PAn)的合成方法。通过对比可溶和不可溶PAn的导电性、电化学行为及IR光谱,说明它们的分子链基本结构相同。并测得了PAn在DMF-d_7中的~13C-NMR 谱。     

Acridin-9-ylmethoxycarbonyl （Amoc）： A New Photochemically Removable Protecting Group for Alcohols

Synthesis and photochemistry of acridin-9-ylmethoxycarbonyl(Amoc)as a new photochemically removableprotecting group for alcohols were described.Three carbonates of alcohols 1—3 were synthesized throughcondensation of 9-hydroxymethylacridine and chloroformates of alcohols,including benzyl alcohol,phenethylalcohol and one galactose derivative.The photolysis of protected alcohols can efficiently release the correspondingalcohol in the efficiencies(Q_(u1)ε)of 100—200(quantum yield Q_(u1)=0.011—0.023,and molar absorptivity ε=9.1×10~3—9.8×10~3 mol~(-1)·L·cm~(-1))under 360 nm light.     

超高交联吸附树脂吸附对硝基苯乙酮的热力学研究

比较两种超高交联聚苯乙烯吸附树脂NJ-8、AM-1与Amberlite XAD-4(以下简称XAD-4)对对硝基苯乙酮的静态吸附行为，根据吸附等温线研究了吸附热力学性质．在298～318K和研究的浓度范围内，NJ-8，AM-1、XAD-4对对硝基苯乙酮的吸附平衡数据符合Freundlich吸附等温方程．结果表明：吸附为放热过程，适当降低温度有利于吸附．计算了对硝基苯乙酮在NJ-8，AM-1、XAD-4树脂上的吸附焓变、自由能变，吸附熵变．对吸附行为作了合理的解释。
