SYNTHESIS, CROSSLINKING MECHANISM AND PROPERTIES OF A POLYACRYLATE/POLYURETHANE COMPOSITE COATING

A polyacrylate/polyurethane (P(A) / P(U)) composite coating has been prepared bycrosslinking an acetoacetylated polyacrylate with a vinylic group terminated polyurethaneat room temperature. A model Michael reaction between ethyl acetoacetate (EAA) andmethyl acrylate (MA) was designed to study the crosslinking mechanism. It was foundthat the two active hydrogen atoms in acetoacetyl group can both add to vinylic groupsand the yield of mono- and bis-adducts are much affected by the molar ratio of acetoacetylto vinylic groups. Higher crosslinking degree and better properties could be obtained withdecreasing the molar ratio of the two active groups from 1/1 to 0.6/1 in the compositecoatings.     

THE FORMATION AND CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF DIHYDRONITIDINE AND DISCUSSION OF ANTICANCER MECHANISM OF NITIDINE CATION

The paper reports the formation and crystal structure of dihydronitidine, expounds thereasons and conditions of easily formed oxynitidine, and discusses anticancer mechanism ofnitidine (cation). The crystallographic parameters of dihydronitidine are: space group P2_(1/n),a= 12.54(1), b = 9. 148(5), c = 14.748(8)A, β= 92. 12(6)°,Z =4. 4108 independent reflec-tions were collected within the range of 3°≤2θ≤54°, of which 2137 intensity data with I≥3σ(I) were used in the structural determination. The crystal structure has been refined byfull matrix least-square method to a final R of 0.050.     

磷钼酸铵-孔雀绿-PVA分光光度法测定钽粉中磷

提出了以磷钼酸铵-孔雀绿-PVA三元络合物体系测定金属钽粉中磷的方法,该体系表观摩尔吸光系数ε=8.19×104L.mol-1.cm-1,加标回收率为:99.3%~105%,方法的RSD为:5.9%。有效地解决了目前高纯钽粉中磷的分析难题,方法已应用于实际产品的分析中。     

手性钯络合物催化下2-硝基环酮的不对称烯丙基化反应

在用氮杂冠醚改良的手性二茂铁膦与钯的络合物催化下, 2-硝基环酮可进行不对称烯丙基化反应. 讨论了配位基的形状, 反应物的构造, 碱的类型以及反应时间对反应速率和立体选择性的影响. 通过增加反应的空间位阻改进了反应的立体选择性 .

Au/CeO2/Y和Au-MFe2O4催化剂用于有氧条件下CH4还原NOx的研究

以CeO2／Y分子筛和MFe2O4(M=Ni,Co，Zn)为载体，制备Au／CeO2／Y和Au-MFe2O4负载型金催化剂．用CH4做还原剂，考察了它们在有氧条件下催化还原NOχ的活性．结果表明：在Au-Y中引人助剂Ce，使得Au／CeO2／Y的催化活性高于Au／Y；Au-CoFe2O4的催化活性高于Au-Fe2O3，反应温度为300℃时，NOχ在Au-CoFe2O4上的转化率达到39．70%．     

低共熔混合锂盐相图的绘制及应用

采用热分析法对不同组成的混合锂盐二元体系进行研究, 绘制了混合锂盐体系的步冷曲线和T-x相图, 结果表明体系均为具有最低共熔点的二元体系. LiOH-LiNO3、LiOH-LiCl、LiOH-Li2CO3及LiNO3-LiCl体系的最低共熔点分别为175.7、294.5、418.2及221.6 ℃. 利用低共熔混合物LiNO3-LiOH为锂盐与不同前驱体反应, 制备出了层状结构良好的锂离子电池正极材料LiNiO2、LiNi0.8Co0.2O2及LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2. X射线衍射分析表明, 合成的材料具有规整的层状NaFeO2结构, 且XRD衍射峰强度之比I(003)/I(104)>2.0, 电性能测试表明, 在2.7-4.3 V(vs Li/Li+)的电压范围内进行0.1C倍率充放电, LiNiO2、LiNi0.8Co0.2O2、LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2首次充电比容量分别达168.0、225.4、194.0 mAh·g-1, 放电比容量分别为138.4、165.8、157.7 mAh·g-1.     

Synthesis and Structural Characterization of 1,4-Di（2-methoxyphenyl）-2,5-piperazinedione

A new derivative of 2,5-piperazinedione, 1,4-di（2-methoxyphenyl）-2,5-piperazinedione （I）, was synthesized by the cyclocondensation reaction of N-2-methoxyphenyl chloroacetamide, and its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions a=0.56934（10） nm, b=1.3880（2） nm, c=1.00329（17） nm, β= 90.376（3）°, V= 0.7928（2） nm^3, Z=2, Dc = 1.367 g·cm^-3,μ = 0.98 cm^-1, R and wR being 0.0606 and 0.1564 respectively for 1549 unique reflections with 1247 observed reflections [I〉2σ（I）]. The molecule has a crystallographically imposed symmetry center. The three rings in the molecule are each coplanar with their attached groups, excluding methyl H atoms and the H atoms attached to the piperazinedione ring, while the whole molecule is not planar, with dihedral angles of 74.7（1）° between the piperazinedione and each of the two aromatic rings. The crystal structure is stabilized by van der Waals and dipole-dipole forces.     

乙酰化淀粉的塑化和性能研究

以乙酰化改性淀粉为基体,甘油为增塑剂,利用哈克旋转流变仪密炼制备热塑性乙酰化淀粉.实验结果表明制备热塑性乙酰化淀粉的甘油/乙酰化淀粉配比应大于30/100(W/W),且随甘油含量增加,热塑性乙酰化淀粉的脆性降低.动态机械热分析(DMTA)显示热塑性乙酰化淀粉包含富甘油和富淀粉两相,乙酰化淀粉和甘油为部分互溶.流变学分析显示淀粉分子间作用力非常强,表现为类固态行为.同时本文对材料的热稳定性进行了初步研究.     

具可调光学性质的富勒烯聚合物

聚（Ｃ６０ 甲基丙烯酸甲酯）与聚（Ｃ６０ 苯乙烯）的ＴＨＦ溶液的透射光谱随浓度的增大而不断红移．这种异常的光谱位移可能与富勒烯的纳级（１０－９）簇的形成有关．用简单的办法来“调改”一物质的性质是科学家们长期梦寐以求的，而含Ｃ６０的聚合物正代表了这一群新奇的物质，它们的光学性质可以预期地和可逆地调变，只要简单改变一下浓度．
