Photocatalytic Synthesis of Oxygenates from Gaseous CO2 and CH4 over Semiconductor

Photoinduced synthesis of CO2 and CH4 was investigated using a batch reaction system on several photoactive materials supported on silicon dioxide. Single semiconductor showed higher selectivity to C1 compounds. The production of C2-C3 oxygenates took place preferentially on composite semiconductor photocatalysts. In particular, it was found that acetone was the primary product over Cu/CdS-TiO2/SiO2.     

氧氟沙星和左氟沙星与人血清白蛋白的相互作用研究

用光谱技术研究了水溶液中氧氟沙星(OFLX)和左氟沙星(LVFX)与人血清白蛋白相互作用的机制.荧光猝灭法测得的结果表明反应的结合常数为KOFLX＝0.482×105L@mol-1,KLVFX=0.529×105L@mol-1,结合位点数nOFLX＝0.72,nLVFX=0.74.按照Fōorster非辐射能量转移理论得到药物-蛋白之间的结合距离分别为rOFLX=2.94nm,nVFX=2.85 nm.实验结果说明OFLX与LVFX在体内与蛋白结合直到运输到受体部位这一环节基本相同.     

Triterpenoid Constituents of Huperzia miyoshiana

Thirteen triterpenoids, including three new ones, miyoshianois A (1), B (2) and C (3), were isolated from Huperzia miyoshiana. The structures of these new compounds were established as 3-O-dihydroferuloyltohogenol (1), 16-oxo-3β,21β-dihydrox-y-serrat-14-en-24-ferulate (2) and 16-oxo-3a, 21β-dihydroxy-serrat-14-en-24-ferulate (3), respectively, on the basis of their spectroscopic analysis.     

Preparation,thermal properties,and flame retardance of epoxy–silica hybrid resins

A novel epoxy system was developed through the in situ curing of bisphenol A type epoxy and 4,4′‐diaminodiphenylmethane with the sol–gel reaction of a phosphorus‐containing trimethoxysilane (DOPO–GPTMS), which was prepared from the reaction of 9,10‐dihydro‐9‐oxa‐10‐phosphaphenanthrene‐10‐oxide (DOPO) with 3‐glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS). The preparation of DOPO–GPTMS was confirmed with Fourier transform infrared, ¹H and ³¹P NMR, and elemental analysis. The resulting organic–inorganic hybrid epoxy resins exhibited a high glass‐transition temperature (167 °C), good thermal stability over 320 °C, and a high limited oxygen index of 28.5. The synergism of phosphorus and silicon on flame retardance was observed. Moreover, the kinetics of the thermal oxidative degradation of the hybrid epoxy resins were studied. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 41: 2354–2367, 2003     

Synthesis and cell cycle inhibition of the peptide enamide natural products terpeptin and the aspergillamides

Total syntheses of the peptide enamide natural products terpeptin and aspergillamides A and B are reported. An oxidative decarboxylation-elimination protocol is employed to construct the indolic enamide moiety. Unambiguous stereochemical assignment of (−)-terpeptin is accomplished by synthesis of all possible stereochemical analogues. Select compounds have been evaluated in cell cycle inhibitor assays which show that the natural amino acid configuration of terpeptin has the most potent inhibitory activity.

光致折射效应中空间电荷场建立过程的研究

本文推导了包含自衍射及非线性吸收影响、用以描述空间电荷场建立过程的微分方程组,阐明了周期性的空间电荷场与光强干涉条纹之间的相位差在建立过程中所起的作用,并推导了描述条纹倾斜和弯曲的微分方程。通过数值计算找到了硅酸铋(BSO)晶体中能量转移的规律,讨论了材料特性对过程快慢的影响,提出了用CW激光来探讨瞬态过程快慢的可能性。     

Three New Diarylpropanes from Dioscorea composita

Three new diarylpropanes were isolated from the dried rhizomes of Dioscorea composita Hemsl., and their structures were determined as 1, 3-bis-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl) propane (1), 1, 3-bis-(2, 4-dihydroxyphenyl)propane (2), 1-(2′-hydroxy-4′-O-β-D- glucopymnosy-phenyl)-3-(2“, 4“-dihydroxyphenyl)propane (3), by spectroscopic analysis, respectively.     

一种非刚性医学图像点匹配方法

提出了一种非刚性点匹配的算法并把其运用于医学图像配准．该算法采用信号滤波的方法来获得点集间的匹配信息，并运用松弛标记法将各点邻域关系对模糊的匹配信息进行迭代获得明确的匹配关系．在此基础上，利用高斯径向基函数来描述点模式间的弹性形变，在基本的迭代框架下实现问题的求解．实验结果显示在形变程度为5％、出格点比率50％和噪声标准差为5％的情况下该算法的匹配误差能控制在0．13以下，表明了该算法的鲁棒性和有效性，较好地解决了医学非刚性形变的点匹配问题．     

In‐line monitoring of UV photopolymerization with a quartz crystal resonator

An in‐line monitoring device using a quartz crystal resonator for thin film polymerization was proposed, and its performance has been evaluated by implementing in the UV polymerization of 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate with a photoinitiator of 1‐chloroanthraquinone. Because the variation of resonant resistance of the resonator is proportional to the square root of viscosity change that is closely related to the polymerization degree, the resistance can be used as a measure of the polymerization degree. The resistance measurements were compared with the outcome of instrumental analyses of polymerization degree using an FTIR spectrometer and a gel permeation chromatograph. The experimental results showed that the resistance measurements were consistent with the experimental outcome of the instrumental analyses, and this indicates the effectiveness of the proposed device. Owing to the simplicity and availability of the resonator system, its wide utilization in the monitoring of a variety of film polymerization processes, including photoresistor application, is expected. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
