The goal of this study was to develop an effective supercritical fluid chromatography method using single quadrupole MS for analysis of all isomeric forms of vitamin E. Finally, two fast and effective methods, the high resolution one and the high speed one, for the determination of 8 vitamin E isomers in human serum were developed.  相似文献

The subject of our previous paper (part 1) was three-stage extraction of gelatines from short cattle tendons. In this paper, we studied influence of extraction conditions on quality of produced gelatines??protein content, ash content, rigidity of gelatine gels, viscosity, and distribution of molecular weights. Ash content of gelatines ranged in limits 3.5?C10.5?%. Rigidity of the gels was influenced by extraction conditions and by elastin content in gelatines; highest-quality gels display rigidity of 213 Bloom. Viscosity of gelatines ranged from 2.47 to 12.11?mPa?s. Molecular weights of gelatines display a proportion of fractions from 20 to 36?kDa, a quite high proportion of fractions from approximately 50 to 100?kDa, in some cases even fractions above 200?kDa appear. It was found that transition temperature and melting temperature of gelatines extracted from tendons are in accord with data on gelatines obtained by traditional extraction techniques from skins and bones. With respect to efficiency of the whole extraction process and to quality of extracted gelatine, we may recommend extraction conditions as follows: in the 1st processing stage, shaking degreased starting material with water in ratio 1:10 at 25?°C for 5?h; in the 2nd stage, treating the swelled material with 5?% (w/w) added proteolytic enzyme at 40?°C for 25?h; in 3rd stage, extracting gelatine while boiling for 16?min.  相似文献

A cascade, composed of (i) oxovanadium(V)-catalyzed oxidation of bromide by tert-butyl hydroperoxide and (ii) stereoselective 6-endo-bromocyclization, affords 3-bromo-2-aryl-2,6,6-trimethyltetrahydropyrans from styrene-type tertiary alkenols in synthetically useful yields. (E)-Alkenols add the bromo- and the alkoxy substituent anti-selectively across the double bond, indicating a bromonium ion-mechanism for the ring closure. 6-endo-control of the alkenol cyclization thereby arises from the polar effect of the aryl substituent. Two methyl substituents bound to the alkene terminus are not similarly able to favor 6-endo-cyclization, because strain arising from methyl group repulsion, as the bromonium-activated π-bond and the hydroxyl oxygen approach, directs bromocyclization of tertiary prenyl-type substrates toward tetrahydrofuran formation. A hexasubstituted bromotetrahydropyran prepared from the oxidation/bromocyclization cascade served as starting material for synthesis of racemic aplysiapyranoid A, in a sequence of free radical and polar functional group interconversion.  相似文献

Using chemical separations and radiometric measurements medium-half-life irradiation products of molybdenum with 12.5 MeV deuterons were determined (90Nb, 92Nb, 95mNb, 95Nb, 96Nb, 99Mo, 95mTc, 96Tc, 99mTc) as well as thick target yields for some of them: 92Nb (0.22 μCi/μAh), 95Nb(0.05 μCi/μAh), 99Mo (64 μCi/μAh), 95mTc(0.76 μCi/μAh), 96Tc((62.5 μCi/μAh). Moreover isolation possibiities of radioactive preparations from removed worn-cut molybdenum parts of the U-120 cycletron are discussed.  相似文献

The applicability of the Kissinger equation for the evaluation of apparent activation energy corresponding to glass transition kinetics is examined. Theoretically simulated data based on the generally accepted Tool–Narayanaswamy–Moynihan model were used to represent relevant cases of structural relaxation behavior. The values of the apparent activation energy determined by the Kissinger equation were, despite the linearity of the dependencies, in major disagreement with the original values of ?h * used for the simulation of the source data. Furthermore, a large dependence of the ?h Kis * evaluation (performed using the Kissinger equation) on the thermal history of the glass was found. The latter represents an unacceptable systematic error in the methodology, implying the incorrectness of the Kissinger equation usage for the evaluation of “glass transition activation energy”. This study addresses the currently widespread (incorrect) usage of the Kissinger equation for the above-mentioned purpose.  相似文献

Intermetallic compound TmCu2 crystalizes in the orthorhombic structure, orders antiferromagnetically (AF) and exhibits four different AF phases below T N = 6.5 K. In all these phases the Tm magnetic moment is parallel to the b-axis. The ground-state AF1 (T < 3.4 K) corresponds to the squared-up AF structure with propagation vector 01 = (5/8, 0, 0) and magnetic unit cell 8a × b × c. Narrow phases AF2 and AF3 (3.3 K < T < 3.7 K and 3.6 K < T < 4.6 K) are 'spin-slip'-derivatives from the AF1 structure, yielding propagation vectors 02 = (0.633, 0, 0.02) and 03 = (0.618, 0, 0), respectively. The phase AF4 (4.4 K < T < T N) is then incommensurate transversal spin-wave with the propagation 04 = (0.64, 0, 0). The co-existence of AF phases indicates the first-order transitions between them.  相似文献

The structural and solvent effects on the electronic absorption and fluorescence spectra, and fluorescence quantum yields, of four new fused benzothiophene derivatives, including benzothieno[3,2b]-thiophene (BTT), benzothieno[3,2-b]benzothiophene (BTBT), 6-methoxy[1]benzothieno[3,2b]-thiophene (MeOBTT), and benzothieno[3,2-b]indole (BTI) were investigated at 295 K. The luminescence properties of the corresponding conductive oligomers, poly(BTT) and poly (MeOBTT), electrosynthesized in acetonitrile, were also studied. Satisfactory McRae, Suppan, and Kawski-Chamma-Viallet solvatochromic correlations were established for the four monomers in most solvents. A weak negative solvatochromic behavior was found for these compounds, indicating that their dipole moments are slightly lower in the excited singlet state than in the ground state. Kamlet-Abboud-Taft multiparametric correlations were also obtained for absorption and fluorescence wave numbers and quantum yields, demonstrating the existence of specific solute-solvent interactions. In the case of the oligomers, important red-shifts of the fluorescence emission maxima ( 90–110 nm) relative to the corresponding monomers were observed, which shows the extent of conjugated segments in the oligomer chains.  相似文献

Samples of p-type CdTe were subjected to deformation. Studies were performed of the influence of 60°-dislocations on the electrical conductivity, on the lifetime of minority carriers and on the relative change of the conductivity due to illumination. Dislocations were produced by bending the sample that was cut at suitable orientation. In this way, one obtained the 60°-dislocations, either of α- or β-type, according to the kind of bending involved. From the measurement of the temperature dependence of the conductivity it was ascertained that an increase in acceptor concentration occurs on the level with activation energy of 0.3 eV (identical to that of Vcd or a complex with Vcd), regardless of the type of dislocations. The concentration of acceptors on the level with activation energy 0.3 eV increases on increasing the dislocation density. The most probable explanation is that the deformation and, especially, annealinginduced migration of the dislocations produced give rise also to Vcd and/or VTe (both types simultaneously). Vcd acts as an acceptor and VTe as a donor. It follows that the increase in VTe can not be established from this measurement. The lifetime of the minority carriers is almost unaffected by introducing the dislocations into the samples. From the temperature dependence of the relative change in conductivity due to illumination one can determine the activation energy of a dislocation level provided that one assumes the dislocations acting as recombination centers. Under this assumption one obtainsE d =0.21–0.24 eV (for type α) andE d =0.55–0.59 eV (for type β), measured from the top of the valence band.  相似文献
