In this paper,microphase behavior of an ABC triblock copolymer,polystyrene-block-poly(2-vinylpyridine)-block-poly(ethylene oxide),namely PS-b-P2VP-b-PEO,was systematically studied during spin-coating and solvent vapor annealing based on various parameters,including the types of the solvent,spin speed and thickness.The morphological features and the microdomain location of the different blocks were characterized by atomic force microscope (AFM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM).With increasing thickness,the order-order transition from nanopores array to the pattern of nanostripes was observed due to microdomain coarsening.These processes of pattern transformation were based on the selectivity of toluene for different blocks and on the contact time between solvent molecules and the three blocks.This work provides different templates for preparation of gold nanoparticle array on silicon wafer,which can be adopted as an active surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate for poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT).  相似文献

Well‐defined mikto‐topology star polystyrene composed of one cyclic arm and four linear arms was synthesized by a combination of atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and Cu‐catalyzed azide‐alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) click reaction. First, the bromine‐alkyne α,ω‐linear polystyrenes containing four hydroxyl groups protected with acetone‐based ketal groups were synthesized by ATRP of styrene using a designed initiator. Then, the bromine end‐group was converted to the azide and the linear polystyrene was cyclized intra‐molecularly by the CuAAC reaction. The four hydroxyl groups were released by deprotection and then esterified with 2‐bromoisobutyryl bromide to produce a cyclic polymer bearing four ATRP initiating units. By subsequent ATRP of styrene to grow linear polymers with the cyclic polystyrene as a macroinitiator, the mikto‐topology star polymers were prepared. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new type of polyimide foam (PIF) was prepared and characterized based on a one‐pot process by the reaction of a first solution with different ratios of a second solution. The first solution was comprised of pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), N, N‐dimethyl formamide (DMF), methanol, water, surfactant, and catalysts, while the second solution contained polyaryl polymethylene isocyanate (PAPI). In the present study, the relationships among compositions, structures, and properties of PIFs were investigated. The results indicated that with the increase in the weight ratio of PAPI/(first solution), the foaming degrees of PIFs increased from 10.14 to 10.52 times and the apparent densities before postcure decreased from 15.96 to 14.51 kg/m3. The open cell contents, average sound absorption coefficients, and average cellular diameters of PIFs after postcure increased with increase in the weight ratio of PAPI/(first solution). The glass transition temperatures (Tg) of PIFs after postcure first increased from 287 to 299°C, then decreased to 292°C, and the 5% weight loss temperatures and 10% weight loss temperatures presented the same trend as well. The compressive and flatwise tensile properties scaled very well with the relative densities of the foams after postcure, with the highest compressive strength of 0.03 MPa and the highest flatwise tensile strength of 0.15 MPa. <正>The optical performance of thin film polarizers is highly sensitive to the layer thicknesses of thin film.The thicknesses of the sensitive layers are optimized in order to gain broader polarizing zone in such case when the total layer thickness does not increase.An automatic layer thickness control system is established,and errors caused by different monitoring methods are analyzed.With this thickness control system,thin-film polarizers with T_p higher than 98%and T_p/T_s higher than 200:1(T_p and T_s are transmissions for p- and s-polarizations,respectively) with the bandwidth of 11 nm are prepared.Using the system allows for optimum repeatability of three successive runs.  相似文献

<正>SnO_2 nanorods were deposited on the Si substrates in an aqueous solution containing both SnCl_4 and CO(NH_2)_2.It is found that different self-assembled patterns of SnO_2 nanorods can be obtained by changing the deposition conditions such as the molar ratio of CO(NH_2)_2 to SnCl_4 and the pretreatment of the substrate.Scattered SnO_2 nanorods,for example,can be changed into flower-like patterns when the molar ratio of CO(NH_2)_2 to SnCl_4 is raised,and well-aligned nanorod arrays can be formed when the pretreatment of the substrate is changed.In addition,some interesting patterns,e.g.tree-like patterns,can also be observed.  相似文献
