多孔硅制备过程中B,P杂质原子的作用

采用DV-Xα方法对多孔硅形成过程中位于表层的B和P杂质原子的作用进行研究,结果表明位于顶层硅原子层中的B和P杂质原子均可削弱其邻近的Si-Si键强度,因而可能导致出现腐蚀的突破点,再通过分析杂质对表面区势场的改变,可以认为位于顶层硅原子层中的B杂质原子产生腐蚀的突破点的可能性更大。 关键词：     

PHOTOLUMINESCENCE STUDY ON Hg1-xCdxTe THIN FILM IMPLANTED WITH As ION

Photoluminescence spectra of a series of MBE-grown Hg_1-xCd_xTe samples with the same mole fraction of about x≈0.39 have been measured at different temperatures from 5 to 100 K. By aid of the temperature and exciting laser power dependence of photoluminescence peak energy and relative intensity, as well as of the comparison with other measurements, four main structures dominating in the photoluminescence spectra are attributed to band to band, D^oX, A^oX and D^oA^o transitions. A deep donor state level located at about 8.5meV below the bottom of the conduction band has been observed and is determined to be due to the arsenic-occupied mercury vacancies. Two acceptor levels located at about 14.5 meV and about 31.5 meV above the top of the valance band have also been found from the measuements, which are identified as the mercury vacancies and As in anion site, respectively.     

TLC-screening of important pharmaceutical substances using fluorescence detection

Summary Observation of fluorescence reactions on TLC plates is a valuable additional tool within the scope of screening procedures for many toxicologically relevant substances commonly encountered in clinical- and forensic-toxicological analysis. The reactions are based on native fluorescence without any treatment and on reactions obtained with an approved derivatization procedure. Due to the enormous sensitivity of the fluorescence detection, the method is also applicable to very low concentrations and small amounts of biological materials. The procedures described in this article have proven their high pragmatic usefulness in many practical cases.Dedicated to Professor Dr. Wilhelm Fresenius on the occasion of his 80th birthday     

Structure of thin block copolymer films studied by X-ray reflectivity

Summary X-ray reflectivity may be used to determine the internal structure of thin polymer films. An electron density difference of 10% for polystyrene and polyisoprene is sufficient to distinguish between a random distribution of lamellae, complete orientation parallel to the substrate surface and a surface induced formation of lamellae. The disappearance of the lamellar Bragg-peaks, with heating of the film, shows the transition into the disordered state.     

A molecular network model to describe the nonlinear viscoelastic behavior of polymers

A transient molecular network model is built to describe the nonlinear viscoelasticity of polymers by considering the effect of entanglement loss and regeneration on the relaxation of molecular strands. It is an extension of previous network theories. The experimental data on three thermoplastic polymers (ABS, PVC and PA6) obtained under various loading conditions are used to test the model. Agreement between the theoretical and experimental curves shows that the suggested model can describe successfully the relaxation behavior of the thermoplastic polymers under different loading rates by using relatively few relaxation modes. Thus the micromechanism responsible for strain-rate dependence of relaxation process and the origin of nonlinear viscoelasticity may be disclosed. On order-preservation and positive correlations for multidimensional diffusion processes

Summary As a continuation of the study by Herbst and Pitt (1991), this note presents two criteria. The first one is on the order-preservation for two (may be different) multidimensional diffusion processes. Thermal and acoustic effects in optical phase conjugation in Rhodamine 6G solutions with nanosecond pulses

Thermally induced phase conjugation by degenerate four-wave mixing in solutions of Rhodamine 6G in ethanol in the weak absorption region, low-reflectivity regime, and nonosecond time domain is reported. Evidence of oscillatory acoustic modes in the nonlinear medium is presented and existing theories are shown to explain satisfactorily the experimental results.     

超软X射线流气式正比计数管

介绍了一种用于测量183～933eV超软X射线的圆柱形、侧窗式、流气式正比计数管,工作气体是0.11MPa的P-10气体或氦气-丙烷混合气体。计数管内径为φ25mm,直径为φ0.3mm的入射窗是由厚度80～90μgcm~2聚乙烯甲醛制成的。该计数管的特点:(1)薄窗,对软X射线透过率高。(2)流气式,工作寿命长。(3)能量分辨率好。(4)计数率高(1×10~(14)个/s)。(5)可测能区宽(0.183～10keV)。(6)可以方便更换窗膜材料、厚度及窗口直径。近几年来该计数管已经为高强度低能X光源提供较好监测。     

Comparisons of pharynx, source, formant, and pressure characteristics in operatic and musical theatre singing

Belting, a vocal technique typically cultivated in musical theatre singing, differs timbrally from operatic singing in many interesting respects. The underlying phonatory differences have not been previously investigated in detail. Yet, belting is frequently associated with disturbances of voice function. Articulatory and phonatory characteristics are investigated in a female subject who is a professional singer (co-author JL) trained in both the operatic and belting styles and in an intermediate vocal technique (“mixed”). This article presents data obtained from this subject by video-fiberoptic observation of the pharynx, inverse filtering of airflow, and measurement of subglottal pressure. The results reveal that belting was characterized by very high subglottal pressures and sound levels, and apparently also by a comparatively high degree of glottal adduction. Comparisons with other investigations of related aspects of belting and operatic singing support the assumption that the data obtained from our subject are representative for these vocal techniques.     

A notch filter for 140 GHz microwave radiation

The construction of a notch-filter for 140 GHz with very low passband insertion loss is described. It is based on a single-mode rectangular waveguide and cylindrical cavities matched to it. The typical transmission characteristic is also presented.
