Material characterization at high strain rates under simultaneous compression and shear loading has been a challenge due to the differing normal and shear wave speeds. An experimental technique utilizing the compression Kolsky bar apparatus was developed to apply dynamic compression and shear loading on a specimen nearly simultaneously. Synchronization between the compression and shear loading was realized by generating the torsion wave near the specimen which minimizes the time difference between the arrival of the compression and torsion waves. This modified Kolsky bar makes it possible to characterize the dynamic response of a material to combined compression and shear impact loading. This method can also be applied to study dynamic friction behavior across an interface under controlled loading conditions. The feasibility of this method is demonstrated in the dynamic characterization of a simulant polymer bonded explosive material. 相似文献

This paper investigates a new three-dimensional continuous quadratic autonomous chaotic system which is not topologically equivalent to the Lorenz system. The dynamical behaviours of this system are further investigated in detail, including the ultimate boundedness, the invariant sets and the global attraction domain according to Lyapunov stability theory of dynamical systems. The innovation of the paper lies in the fact that this paper not only proves this chaotic system is globally bounded for the parameters of this system but also gives a family of mathematical expressions of global exponential attractive sets with respect to the parameters of this system. 根据爆破峰值速度衰减规律及危岩体主控结构面的假定,通过欧拉方程确定作用于危岩体峰值爆破荷载,并对峰值荷载进行修正得到时程爆破惯性力,建立了3类危岩体动力物理模型及计算模型,结合极限平衡方法得到3类危岩体动力稳定系数计算方法,选取最小的稳定性系数作为整个危岩体的动力稳定性系数,最终给出了3类危岩动力稳定性评价方法。以重庆市万州区太白危岩体为例,选取5个代表性危岩体进行动力稳定性计算,结果表明,3类危岩体动力稳定系数计算方法能较好地评价和反映危岩体的动力性态。 相似文献

Face-centered cubic Ag porous films have been prepared directly from the heat treatment of AgNO3-doped poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) electrospun nanofibers. Using Rhodamine B (RB) as the probing molecule, the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) effect of Ag porous films was demonstrated. The antibacterial activity of Ag porous films was also studied in this work. The propagation and biological activity of yeast cells were effectively inhibited by Ag porous films. 将多光子晶体单模波导平行、邻近放置构成定向耦合器. 依据自映像原理,数值分析了输入光场对称入射时,该系统中光的传播行为. 基于此结构,以三、四通道为例,设计了超微多路光分束器,并仅通过对称地改变耦合区中两个介质柱的有效折射率,使光场在横向发生重新分布,实现了输出能量的均分或自由分配. 和已报道结果相比,此调制方法更为简单易行而且效率更高,并可以推广到具有更多输出通道的光分束器中,在未来的集成光回路中具有广泛的应用价值.

The investigation of nonlinear optical characteristics of ethanol solution doped with is presented. A large thermal-induced third-order nonlinear refractive index up to silver nanoparticles 1.941× 10^-7 cm2/W is obtained from the mixed solution under 488-nm continue wave (CW) laser irradiation, which may result from surface plasmon resonance (SPR) enhancement effect of silver nanoparticles as well as high thermo-optic coefficient and low thermal conductivity of ethanol. Obvious spatial self-phase modulation and influence of thermal-induced negative lens effect are observed when a beam propagates through this solution, indicating promising applications such as optical limiting, beam flattening, and so on. 相似文献

In this study, AlF3 thin films were deposited by pulse magnetron sputtering of Al targets with different ratios of CF4/O2 gas and at different sputtering powers. The optical and mechanical properties of the AlF3 thin films were analyzed. The transmittance spectra showed no obvious negative inhomogeneous refractive indices. Denser films
with a low optical absorption were obtained when high sputtering powers were used (larger than 30 W). The lowest extinction
coefficient (7.3 × 10−4 at 193 nm) of the films can be reached with 12 sccm O2 flow rate and at 160W sputtering power. All of the residual stresses were compressive and their trends were consistent with
the refractive indices. The lowest compressive stress (0.068 GPa) was obtained when the AlF3 films were prepared at 160W sputtering power. 相似文献

We address in a recent gauge model of unparticles the issues that are important for consistency of a gauge theory, i.e., unitarity
and the Ward identity of the physical amplitudes. We find that non-integrable singularities arise in physical quantities like
the cross section and the decay rate from the gauge interactions of unparticles. We also show that the Ward identity is violated
due to the lack of a dispersion relation for charged unparticles although the Ward–Takahashi identity for general Green functions
is incorporated in the model. A previous observation that the contribution of the unparticle (with scaling dimension d) to the gauge boson self-energy is a factor (2−d) of the particle’s self-energy has been extended to the Green function of triple gauge bosons. This (2−d) rule may be generally true for Green functions for any number of points of the gauge bosons. This implies that the model
would be trivial even as one that mimics certain dynamical effects on gauge bosons in which unparticles serve as an interpolating

利用电子自旋共振波谱(ESR)仪,分析由低压化学气相沉积(LPCVD)法制备的高纯半绝缘4H-SiC材料本征缺陷.结果发现,在暗场条件下获得的缺陷信息具有碳空位(VC)及其络合物的特征;谱线具有半高宽较大、峰谷明显不对称的特点.分析认为造成ESR谱线半高宽较大及峰谷不对称现象的主要原因是测试温度较高.同时,吸收谱中峰谷不对称现象及较大半高宽现象的出现还与不对称的晶格结构及缺陷浓度的不均匀分布有关.在110 K测试温度下,能级上的电子分布对ESR谱特性影响很小.
