以苯乙氰和苯甲酸甲酯为起始原料,经Claisen缩合、羟胺化、环合制得伐地考昔的关键中间体--5-羟基-5-甲基-3,4-二苯基异唑,总产率54.68%.其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS确证.     

Intraband Dynamics and Terahertz Emission in Biased GaAs/In0.53Ga0.47As Semiconductor Superlattices

Using an excitonic basis, we investigate the intraband polarization, optical absorption spectra, and terahertz emission of semiconductor superlattice with the density matrix theory. The excitonic Bloch oscillation is driven by the dc and ac electric fields. The slow variation in the intraband polarization depends on the ac electric field frequency. The intraband polarization increases when the ac electric field frequency is below the Bloch frequency. When the ac electric field frequency is above the Bloch frequency, the intraband polarization downwards and its intensity decreases. The satellite structures in the optical absorption spectra are presented. Due to excitonic dynamic localization, the emission lines of terahertz shift in different ac electric field and dc electric field.

对传统的双棱镜测激光波长实验进行改进,用He-Ne激光器代替钠灯,去掉狭缝,用屏或墙代替移测显微镜,并采用一次成像法测两虚光源间的距离.改进后的装置简便易行,现象明显.     

掺铒光纤超荧光光源平均波长温度稳定性实验研究

研究了掺铒光纤超荧光光源平均波长温度稳定性与光源结构和泵浦功率的关系,分析了不同结构和泵浦功率情况下平均波长随温度变化的原因.通过改变光源的结构和泵浦功率,改善了光源的输出光谱形状和吸收发射特性,从而改善了平均波长的温度稳定性.满足一定参量条件的双程后向结构光源,平均波长全温稳定性可达到1 ppm/℃,比目前实测的10 ppm/℃高将近10倍,且输出功率高而稳定.     

一维自聚焦透镜及其应用

利用平板自聚焦透镜材料进行离子交换,制成一维自聚焦透镜.分析了平板自聚焦透镜的离子交换原理和折射率分布形成过程,测量了不同厚度时,折射率分布常量A的值.介绍了透镜的应用,并用一维自聚焦透镜制成小型半导体激光器耦合器件.     

具有格点各向异性的一维铁磁链中的量子孤子和内禀局域模(英文)

基于Hartree-Fock方法和多标度方法,我们考察了具有格点各向异性的一维铁磁链中的量子孤子和内禀局域模,量子磁振子的波函数由量子包络孤子来描述.在布里渊区边界,量子包络孤子变成了量子内禀局域模,它的量子本征频率在简谐波带的顶部上方,量子磁振子主要集中在中心位置j=j0的附近.     

Nuclear structure function at large x and ΛQCD

We explain that due to the presence of the short-range nucleon correlations in nuclei the theoretical pattern of Bjorken scaling violation at x > 0.7 is expected to be simpler here than in lepton-nucleon scattering. Consequently, lepton-nucleus scattering is better suited for the accurate determination of Λ_QCD if nuclear effects are properly accounted for. On the contrary if they are ignored (as it is often done at present) Λ_QCD is considerably underestimated.     

DVCS on nuclei: observability and consequences

In this paper, we discuss the feasibility of measuring deeply virtual Compton scattering (DVCS) on nuclei in a collider setting, as for example, the planned high-luminosity Electron-Ion Collider (EIC). We demonstrate that employing our recent model for nuclear generalized parton distributions (nGPDs), the one-photon unpolarized DVCS cross section as well as the azimuthal and spin asymmetry are of the same size as in the proton case. This will allow for an experimental extraction of nuclear GPDs with high precision, shedding new light not only on nuclear shadowing at small x_Bj but also on the interplay of shadowing and nuclear enhancement at .Received: 8 September 2003, Revised: 24 November 2003, Published online: 15 January 2004
