By using Lagrangian method, the flow properties of a dusty-gas point source in a supersonic free stream were studied and the particle parameters in the near-symmetry-axis region were obtained . It is demonstrated that fairly inertial particles travel along oscillating and intersecting trajectories between the bow and termination shock waves . In this region, formation of " mufti- layer structure" in panicle distribution with alternating low- and high density layers is revealed. Single-crystal Al2O3(0001) and Al2O3(1120) substrates are implanted by 160-keV Au+ ions with doses from 1015 to 1017 cm?2. Some of the implanted samples are air-annealed at 800–1200°C. The properties of the synthesized composite layers are studied by Rutherford backscattering and linear optical reflection measurements, and their nonlinear optical characteristics are examined by RZ-scanning using a picosecond Nd: YAG laser operating at a wavelength of 1064 nm. The Rutherford backscattering spectra indicate that the implanted impurity concentrates near the surface of the Al2O3. The formation of gold nanoparticles in the Al2O3 can be judged from the characteristic optical plasmon resonance band in the reflectance spectra of the samples irradiated to a dose higher than 6.0 × 1016 cm?2. The synthesized particles are shown to be responsible for nonlinear optical refraction in the samples. The nonlinear refractive index, n 2, and the real part of the third-order susceptibility, Rex(3), of the composite layers are determined. 相似文献

Point-contact Andreev-reflection (PCAR) experiments were performed in the Fe-1111 layered superconductor LaFeAsO0.9F0.1 with resistive T

∼ 27 K. The observation of two pairs of peaks in the low-temperature Andreev-reflection spectra clearly indicates the presence
of two order parameters. The behavior of the two gaps as a function of temperature, obtained by fitting the conductance curves
by means of the generalized two-band Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk model, shows some anomalies. A theoretical analysis performed
within the two-band Eliashberg theory with a generic electron-boson coupling can reproduce the low-temperature value of the
two gaps but generally fails in giving a satisfactory fit of their overall temperature dependence, indicating the rich and
complex physics of these newly discovered superconductors.

In the present paper, we discuss a major project whose goal is to develop theoretical background and working algorithms for
calculations in exceptional Chevalley groups over commutative rings. We recall some basic facts concerning calculations in
groups over fields, and indicate complications arising in the ring case. Elementary calculations as such are no longer conclusive.
We describe the basics of calculations with elements of exceptional groups in their minimal representations, which allow one
to reduce calculations in the group itself to calculations in subgroups of smaller rank. For all practical purposes, such
