The density of solid and liquid indium antimonide was studied by irradiating the samples with a narrow beam of monochromatic
gamma-radiation in the temperature range of 293–1950 K, including the range of melting — crystallization. The measurement
errors for the density and thermal expansion coefficients were ±(0.25–0.40) % and ± 4 %, correspondingly. The approximating
equations and tables of reference data were obtained for the temperature dependence of thermal properties. Measurement results
were compared with the known published data.

The enthalpy of liquid cesium in the temperature range from 431 to 976 K was measured by a drop method on an isothermal calorimeter. The approximation equation of enthalpy was obtained and the isobaric heat capacity was determined. The estimated errors in the enthalpy and heat capacity data are 0.5% and 1.5%, respectively. The obtained results are compared with the literature data. The position of the minimum heat capacity of liquid cesium was clarified (733 K). The article presents the results of studying the thermal expansion of MPG-6 and AXF-5Q graphites and graphite composite based on 13C isotope in the temperature range 293–1650 K. Measurements were performed with dilatometric method in DIL-402C unit manufactured by NETZSCH (Germany), with the accuracy of (1÷4)×10?7 K?1. Approximation dependences of average integral coefficient of linear expansion on temperature have been obtained and reference tables calculated. It is shown that the coefficient of thermal expansion of 13C composite is much lesser than for MPG-6 and AXF-5Q. The explanation of this phenomenon is provided in the paper. 相似文献

Interdiffusion in potassium-lead melts containing 30, 40, 50, 66.7, and 84.4 at. % Pb was investigated using gamma-ray attenuation technique in the temperature range from 550 to 970 K. It was found that the concentration dependence of interdiffusion coefficient has a maximum in the vicinity of 40–50 at. % Pb. It was shown that this feature is associated with the trend of forming ionic complexes of K4Pb4 in liquid alloys. 相似文献
