A proficiency test (PT) was carried out to investigate the quality of laboratory results measuring trace elements in sewage sludge. The scheme relied on reference values, established through flame atomic absorption spectroscopy and instrumental neutron activation analysis. Within the framework of the project, ”Proficiency testing in Central and Eastern European Countries”, the measurements were done in parallel using induced coupled plasma mass spectrometry. This paper discusses the design of the PTS, the metrological concepts behind it and the way in which it was operated. The discussion includes the estimation of measurement uncertainty of the reference values obtained, homogeneity testing and its uncertainty evaluation, as well as all relevant quality assurance aspects. From the results, it can be concluded that all measurement methods involved agree within their respective uncertainties. Furthermore, it can be concluded that it is feasible to operate a proficiency test of trace elements in sewage sludge using reference values. The agreement between the reference values and the consensus values is satisfactory.  相似文献

A novel analytical protocol was developed for general quality screening of chicken meat based on IEF and protein extraction. To demonstrate the developed protocol, 24 chickens were divided into three groups; each had eight chickens. The chickens in Group 1 were slaughtered by exsanguination, Group 2 asphyxiated in water, and that in Group 3 were infected by new castle disease virus. Proteins were extracted from the meat samples by using pure water as an extractant, separated by IEF, verified by western blot, and quantified via imaging analysis. The relevant experiments demonstrated that two myoglobin (Mb) bands were detected at pI 6.8 and 7.04 for all samples of Groups 1, 2, and 3, but there were additional hemoglobin (Hb) bands at pI 7.09 and 7.13 (P < 0.05) for the samples of Groups 2 and 3. The results implied that Hb bands might be a potential biomarker for the screening of chicken meat quality. The RSD values of two Mb bands (pI 6.8 and 7.04) in Group 1 were respectively 4.08 and 3.63%, the ones of two Hb bands (pI 7.09 and 7.13) in Group 2 were 3.66 and 2.10%, and those in Group 3 were 2.17% and 2.77%, respectively. All the RSD values indicated high stability and reliability of the developed protocol. Additionally, the protocol had a direct readout of protein bands in IEF without staining. However, it was time‐consuming and had high cost. Even so, the relevant general method and finding have potential for screening of chicken meat quality.  相似文献

We present a new scheme to report on Goos–Hänchen (GH) shift experienced by the Gaussian light beam interacting with an optical cavity filled with four-level sodium atomic medium in the spectral hole burning region with and without Doppler broadening effect. Theoretical atomic density-matrix formalism is employed to obtain the susceptibility of atomic medium while the stationary-phase-theory is used to compute the GH shift in the reflected and transmitted probe beams subjected to control fields. A steep normal slope of dispersion is observed with a maximum and zero probability of transmission and reflection coefficients, respectively, at the regions of the spectral holes burning. In the normal dispersion spectrum at the region of spectral hole burning, positive and negative GH shift is observed, respectively, in the transmitted and reflected light beams. However, at anomalous dispersive regions negative GH shift in the transmission beam and positive GH shift in the reflection beam is observed. The reflection and transmission coefficients as well as the spatial GH shift are the functions of probe detuning, collective phase of control fields, beam incident angle and inverse Doppler broadening effect in the spectral hole burning region. The position and number of spectral holes also depend on the same spectral parametrs as stated above. The study is expected to be useful for optoelectronic devices and optical-clocking applications.  相似文献

High-spin states of the neutron-rich vibrational nucleus 114Cd have been studied using the incomplete fusion reaction 110Pd(7Li, p2n) and the GASP spectrometer in conjunction with the ISIS Si ball. About 50 new states with excitation energies up to 7 MeV and angular momentum were observed and for many of them, spin and parity could be firmly assigned. Fluctuation properties have been analysed for the energy levels predicted by IBFM calculations in the Ba isotopes121Ba to131Ba. The results indicate, in general, a situation which is close to the chaotic limit. For the lighter isotopes studied (121 and 123), a phase transition is obtained in the low-spin, positive parity states, from a situation close to regularity at low excitation energies, towards chaoticity at higher excitations.  相似文献

The structure of theN=Z nuclei60Zn,62Ga,64Ge, and72Kr has been investigated at GASP. Total Routhian surface (TRS) calculations have been performed for theN=36, 38 and 40 Kr isotones. In the case of72Kr the four quasi-particleg 9/2 alignment is observed to be significantly delayed in rotational frequency with respect to the heavier Kr isotopes. Such a delay contradicts the predictions of mean field calculations and may be viewed as the first sign of additional correlations in theT=0 pairing channel.  相似文献

A sample containing 6.3×1014 nuclei of the 16+ isomer of 178Hf having a half-life of 31 yr and an excitation energy of 2.446 MeV was irradiated with x-ray pulses from a device operated at 15 mA to produce bremsstrahlung with an endpoint energy of 90 keV. The gamma spectra of the isomeric target were taken with a Ge detector. The intensity of the 325.5-keV (6+ → 4+) transition in the ground-state band of 178Hf was found to increase by about 2%. Such an enhanced decay of the 178Hf isomer is consistent with an integrated cross section value of 3×10?23 cm2 keV if resonance absorption occurs within energy ranges corresponding to the maxima of the x-ray flux, either near 20 keV or at the energies of the characteristic emission lines of W.  相似文献

According to WHO report, globally about 10 million active tuberculosis cases, resulting in about 1.6 million deaths, further aggravated by drug-resistant tuberculosis and/or comorbidities with HIV and diabetes are present. Incomplete therapeutic regimen, meager dosing, and the capability of the latent and/or active state tubercular bacilli to abide and do survive against contemporary first-line and second line antitubercular drugs escalate the prevalence of drug-resistant tuberculosis. As a better understanding of tuberculosis, microanatomy has discovered an extended range of new promising antitubercular targets and diagnostic biomarkers. However, there are still no new approved antitubercular drugs of routine therapy for several decades, except for bedaquiline, delamanid, and pretomanid approved tentatively. Despite this, innovative methods are also urgently needed to find potential new antitubercular drug candidates, which potentially decimate both latent state and active state mycobacterium tuberculosis. To explore and identify the most potential antitubercular drug candidate among various reported compounds, we focused to highlight the promising lead derivatives of isoniazid, coumarin, griselimycin, and the antimicrobial peptides. The aim of the present review is to fascinate significant lead compounds in the development of potential clinical drug candidates that might be more precise and effective against drug-resistant tuberculosis, the world research looking for a long time.  相似文献
