The feasibility of the entire process of -ray tracking is demonstrated experimentally for the first time. The accuracy of the results is tested by the capability for Doppler correction of -rays emitted in flight. The formation of the structure of sorbents and catalysts on the basis of high-dispersity solid phases under dynamic conditions was considered. The rheokinetic changes in contact interactions and rheological properties of high-dispersity component compositions under the conditions of continuous shear combined with oscillations were analyzed in terms of the new direction in physical chemistry of disperse systems, physicochemical dynamics. The different strategies for mercury species analysis in environmentally-related samples are reviewed. After consideration of the main different steps involved in the speciation of mercury, such steps are discussed with more extension for mercuric ion and methylmercury. The different approaches for preservation of these mercury species during the storage of samples are considered. Different ways for the extraction of mercury species from the several possible environmental compartments and the possibilities for preconcentration of such species after previous derivatization reactions are discussed. Mercuric ions and methylmercury chromatographic and non-chromatographic separations along with different techniques used for sensitive and selective detection of mercury are also critically reviewed. Ranges of published detection limits achievable for such species determination, by using hyphenated techniques between a chromatographic separation and a specific atomic detector are also given.  相似文献

A titanium oxide layer used for a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) has to meet two opponent properties to assure a high efficiency DSSC: good connection between TiO2 grains and a large inner surface area. Three different paste formulations based on commercial nanocrystalline TiO2 powder (Degussa P25) are studied. Results confirm that modification of the TiO2 paste with the Pechini sol–gel method increases the surface area of the TiO2 layer while maintaining good connections between the nanocrystalline grains, consequently the efficiency of the DSSC increases from 1.8% to 5.3%. The structure and morphology of the TiO2 layers are described by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).  相似文献

Dielectrophoresis is a robust approach for the manipulation and separation of (bio)particles using microfluidic platforms. We developed a dielectrophoretic corral trap in a microfluidic device that utilizes negative dielectrophoresis to capture single spherical polystyrene particles. Circular-shaped micron-size traps were employed inside the device and the three-dimensional trap stiffness (restoring trapping force from equilibrium trapping location) was analyzed using 4.42 μm particles and 1 MHz of an alternating electric field from 6 VP-P to 10 VP-P. The trap stiffness increased exponentially in the x- and y-direction, and linearly in the z-direction. Image analysis of the trapped particle movements revealed that the trap stiffness is increased 608.4, 539.3, and 79.7% by increasing the voltage from 6 VP-P to 10 VP-P in the x-, y-, and z-direction, respectively. The trap stiffness calculated from a finite element simulation of the device confirmed the experimental results. This analysis provides important insights to predict the trapping location, strength of the trapping, and optimum geometry for single particle trapping and its applications such as single-molecule analysis and drug discovery.  相似文献

One new cyclopropyl‐triterpenoid ( 1 ), along with four known constituents including octacosan‐1‐ol ( 2 ), pentacosanoic acid ( 3 ), β‐sitosterol ( 4 ), and β‐sitosterol 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 5 ) were isolated from the aerial parts of Ochradenus arabicus for the first time. These compounds were isolated by repeated column chromatography followed by further purification through recycling HPLC. The structure of the new secondary metabolite 1 was established on the basis of UV, IR, 1D‐ (1H‐ and 13C‐) and 2D‐NMR (HMBC and HSQC), and MS spectral data. The molecular mass was determined by HR‐MS, and hence the molecular formula was deduced. The configurations of stereogenic centers in the molecule were assigned by NOESY experiments, along with biogenetic considerations. The structures of the known compounds were confirmed by comparison of their physical and spectroscopic data with those reported in literature.  相似文献

This article aims to address the problems associated with the encapsulation of oxirane ring containing compounds in poly(urea-formaldehyde) (PUF) shell for application in self-healing composite systems. The main objectives were to produce non-agglomerated, stable microcapsules, and to control the pH drop during the encapsulation via oil-in-water emulsion polymerization. In the modified method; two stage additions of urea and formaldehyde monomers, core to shell ratio, weight percent and combination of two surfactants/emulsifiers were altered to produce the desired product. Analysis was done with optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), FTIR, particle size analyzer, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The pH drop was confirmed by using a common epoxy resin, an epoxy functionalized polydimethylsiloxane (E-PDMS), and epoxidized palm oil (EPO) as cores. The modified oil-in-water emulsion polymerization of PUF was effective in preventing the pH drop during the encapsulation and a product stable for more than 3 months with less agglomeration was produced. The method produced microcapsules having diameters less than 100 μm at lower agitation rates. The modified method is only applicable to epoxy resin and not for compounds like amine hardeners. The use of stable microcapsules in self-healing coatings can lead towards cost reduction implied for repair and maintenance purposes.  相似文献

Herein, we report the synthesis of polyfunctional BODIPY building blocks suitable to be subjected to several reaction sequences with complete chemoselectivity, thereby allowing the preparation of complex BODIPY derivatives in a versatile and programmable manner. The reactions included the Liebeskind–Srogl cross‐coupling reaction (LSCC), nucleophilic aromatic substitution (SNAr), Suzuki, Sonogashira, and Stille couplings, and a desulfitative reduction of the MeS group. This novel synthetic protocol is a powerful route to design a library of compounds with tailored photophysical properties for advanced applications. In this context, it is noteworthy that it offers a straightforward and cost‐effective strategy to shift the BODIPY emission deep into the near‐infrared spectral region while retaining high fluorescence quantum yields as well as highly efficient and stable laser action. These new dyes outperform the lasing behaviour of dyes considered as benchmarks over the red spectral region, overcoming the important drawbacks associated with these commercial laser dyes, namely low absorption at the standard pump wavelengths (355 and 532 nm) and/or poor photostability.  相似文献
