A subwavelength plasmonic indented waveguide with an active InGaAsP core is proposed.The characteristics of the gap plasmon mode and gain required for lossless propagation are investigated and analyzed by the finite element method.We numerically calculate the normalized mode areas and percentages of energy confined in InGaAsP and metal for plasmonic nanolaser applications.It is shown that the indentation of the sidewalls has an optimal value for which the lasing threshold gain is minimal.The structure could enable low-threshold subwavelength lasing and applications for optoelectronic integrated circuits. 相似文献

1 MeV Cu2+ ions have been implanted into un-doped ZnO and Ga-doped ZnO films with a dose of 1 × 1017 ions/cm2 at room-temperature. Cu ion-implanted Ga-doped ZnO had ferromagnetism at room-temperature and the saturation magnetization of this sample was estimated to be 0.12 μB per Cu, while the Cu ion-implanted un-doped ZnO did not show ferromagnetic behavior. Near-edge X-ray fine structure (NEXAFS) spectroscopy revealed that a partial amount of implanted Cu ions existed as Cu2+ (d9) state in Ga-doped ZnO film. On the other hand, almost Cu atoms existed as Cu1+ (d10) state in un-doped ZnO film. However, the subsequent annealing at temperature above 800 °C on this ferromagnetic sample induced the annihilation of ferromagnetism due to the formation of non-ferromagnetic Cu2O phase. 相似文献

健康人体的温度分布存在一种双侧对称性,当面神经功能受损时,将改变这种热分布的对称性。人体热量大多通过红外辐射的形式散发,因此利用红外热成像技术可以有效捕捉这种红外热辐射分布的改变。本文提出一种新的热不对称分析的方法——有效热面积比,即计算面部特定区域与对侧区域的温差乘以温度异常区面积与总面积之比。利用这种方法对面神经功能损伤的患者和健康人群作对照性试验,结果显示:此方法的特异性和敏感性平均为0.90和0.87,比常规方法提高了7%和26%,有效热面积比与面神经功能的损伤程度正相关,平均为0.664。因此,关于诊断和评估面神经功能,红外热成像是一种有力的工具,有效热面积比是一项高效的临床指标。 相似文献

Nano-TiO2 thin films are deposited by radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering using TiO2 ceramic target and characterized by X-ray diffractometer, atomic force microscope, and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The photocatalytic activity is evaluated by light-induced degradation of methyl orange solutions (5, 10, and 20 ppm) using a high pressure mercury lamp as the light source. The film is amorphous, and its energy gap is 3.02 eV. The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange solution is the first-order reaction and the apparent reaction rate constants are 0.00369, 0.0024, and 0.00151 for the methyl orange solution concentrations of 5, 10, and 20 ppm, respectively. 相似文献

In this paper, we study the epidemic spreading in scale-free networks and propose a new susceptible-infected-recovered (SIR) model that includes the effect of individual vigilance. In our model, the effective spreading rate is dynamically adjusted with the time evolution at the vigilance period. Using the mean-field theory, an analytical result is derived. It shows that individual vigilance has no effect on the epidemic threshold. The numerical simulations agree well with the analytical result. Furthermore, we investigate the effect of individual vigilance on the epidemic spreading speed. It is shown that individual vigilance can slow the epidemic spreading speed effectively and delay the arrival of peak epidemic infection. 相似文献

We investigate the temperature dependence of radiation-induced attenuation (RIA) at 1 310 nm for a Ge/P co-doped fiber after a steady-state γ-ray irradiation.A γ irradiation facility 60Co source is used to irradiate the fiber at a dose rate of 0.5 Gy/min,satisfying a total dose of 100 Gy.The test temperature ranges from-40 to 60℃ by 20℃,and the RIA of the fiber is obtained using a power measuring device.The experimental result demonstrates that RIA exhibits a steady,monotonic,and remarkable temperature dependence after approximately 48h of accelerated annealing at 70℃.The optical fiber irradiated with a high dose and annealed sufficiently can be used as a temperature sensor. 相似文献

The magnetocaloric effect and the critical behavior of La2NiMnO6 are investigated by measurement of the magnetization around . The magnetic entropy change of La2NiMnO6 for a field change of 0–45 kOe near the Curie temperature is about 5% of the theoretical expectation. The critical behavior of the La2NiMnO6 deviates from the mean field theory. These abnormal phenomena are understood in the context of the strong spin–phonon coupling in La2NiMnO6. It is suggested that a method of modulating this coupling would enhance the magnetic entropy change greatly, which makes the La2NiMnO6 a promising candidate for room-temperature magnetic refrigeration. 相似文献

研究了邻羟基苯甲酸(OHBA)的常规拉曼散射(NRS)光谱以及其吸附在Au纳米颗粒上的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱。以氯金酸为原料,柠檬酸三钠为还原剂,用化学还原法制备了球形的金纳米粒子溶胶,采用激光显微拉曼光谱仪(激发波长为785 nm),测定OHBA分子的NRS光谱及其吸附在Au纳米颗粒上的SERS光谱。同时,应用密度泛函理论(DFT),在B3LYP/6-31+G**(C,H,O)/LANL2DZ(Au)水平上,对OHBA分子进行了结构优化,在此基础上计算了OHBA分子的NRS光谱以及其吸附在Au纳米颗粒上两种不同吸附构型下的SERS光谱,并和实验值进行比较。结果表明,OHBA分子通过羧基吸附构型的计算值比通过羟基吸附构型的计算值与实验值符合的更好。最后,利用GaussView可视化软件对其振动模式进行了全面归属。通过对邻羟基苯甲酸分子拉曼谱峰的详细指认能够得出:Au溶胶中的邻羟基苯甲酸分子,是通过羧基倾斜地吸附在Au纳米颗粒表面的。可视化软件直观形象地展示出了该分子的结构特征和分子基团振动情况,对其振动峰位的归属提供了重要依据。本文工作对推进邻羟基苯甲酸在生物医药等领域进一步的应用具有重要作用。 相似文献
