A theory is constructed that makes it possible to calculate the initial parameters necessary for calculating the hydrodynamic (turbulent) noise, which is a handicap to the operation of sea geophysical antennas. Algorithms are created for calculating the profile and defect of the average speed, displacement thickness, momentum thickness, and friction resistance in a turbulent boundary layer on a cylinder in its axial flow. Results of calculations using the developed theory are compared to experimental data. As the diameter of the cylinder tends to infinity, all relations of the theory pass to known relations for the boundary layer on a flat plate. The developed theory represents the initial stage of creating a method to calculate hydrodynamic noise, which is handicap to the operation of sea geophysical antennas.  相似文献

The method for the analysis of vanadium in hexagonal mesoporous silica (V-HMS) catalysts using Laser Induced Breakdown Spectrometry (LIBS) was suggested. Commercially available LIBS spectrometer was calibrated with the aid of authentic V-HMS samples previously analyzed by ICP OES after microwave digestion. Deposition of the sample on the surface of adhesive tape was adopted as a sample preparation method. Strong matrix effect connected with the catalyst preparation technique (1st vanadium added in the process of HMS synthesis, 2nd already synthesised silica matrix was impregnated by vanadium) was observed. The concentration range of V in the set of nine calibration standards was 1.3-4.5% (w/w). Limit of detection was 0.13% (w/w) and it was calculated as a triple standard deviation from five replicated determinations of vanadium in the real sample with a very low vanadium concentration. Comparable results of LIBS and ED XRF were obtained if the same set of standards was used for calibration of both methods and vanadium was measured in the same type of real samples. LIBS calibration constructed using V-HMS-impregnated samples failed for measuring of V-HMS-synthesized samples. LIBS measurements seem to be strongly influenced with different chemical forms of vanadium in impregnated and synthesised samples. The combination of LIBS and ED XRF is able to provide new information about measured samples (in our case for example about procedure of catalyst preparation).  相似文献

A simple method is developed for calculating the wall-pressure spectra in turbulent boundary layers. The method is based on the modeling of the wave-number spectrum of the sources that are caused by the interaction of the turbulence-mean shear type. The sources are described in the framework of the semiempirical theory of turbulence. The calculations reveal four characteristic frequency ranges; for these ranges, the specific features of the wall-pressure spectra are determined, and the most general ways of their scaling are found. The calculated spectra and rms values of pressure fluctuations are compared with the experimental data, and a good agreement between the calculations and the experiment is observed.  相似文献

Although the analysis of length polymorphism at STR loci has become a method of choice for grape cultivar identification, the standardization of methods for this purpose lags behind that of methods for DNA profiling in human and animal forensic genetics. The aim of this study was thus to design and validate a grapevine STR protocol with a practically useful level of multiplexing. Using free bioinformatics tools, published primer sequences, and nucleotide databases, we constructed and optimized a primer set for the simultaneous analysis of six STR loci (VVIi51, scu08vv, scu05vv, VVMD17, VrZAG47, and VrZAG83) by multiplex PCR and CE with laser‐induced fluorescence, and tested it on 90 grape cultivars. The new protocol requires subnanogram quantities of the DNA template and enables automated, high‐throughput genetic analysis with reasonable discriminatory power. As such, it represents a step toward further standardization of grape DNA profiling.  相似文献

The spectral levels of the quadrupole noise generated by a boundary layer flow over a smooth surface are calculated. Explicit dependences of the noise levels on the Reynolds number are obtained for the low-frequency and high-frequency ranges. It is shown that the logarithmic zone of the velocity profile is responsible for the region of the quadrupole noise spectrum with a hyperbolic dependence on frequency. A method of calculating the dipole noise of a boundary layer flow over a rough surface is developed. The method is based on the use of the combined probability density for the turbulent velocity fluctuations and the random dimensions of protuberances of the rough surface. The two constants involved in this theory are determined from a special experiment. It is shown that the surface roughness noticeably increases the radiation levels of a boundary layer flow in a certain frequency range.  相似文献
