The copper-catalyzed functionalization of enyne derivatives has recently emerged as a powerful approach in contemporary synthesis. Enynes are versatile and readily accessible substrates that can undergo a variety of reactions to yield densely functionalized, enantioenriched products. In this perspective, we review copper-catalyzed transformations of enynes, such as boro- and hydrofunctionalizations, copper-mediated radical difunctionalizations, and cyclizations. Particular attention is given to the regiodivergent functionalization of 1,3-enynes, and the current mechanistic understanding of such processes.The copper-catalyzed functionalization of enynes is a powerful approach to yield densely functionalized products. Efforts to synthesize degradable polymers from renewable resources are deterred by technical and economic challenges; especially, the conversion of natural building blocks into polymerizable monomers is inefficient, requiring multistep synthesis and chromatographic purification. Herein we report a chemoenzymatic process to address these challenges. An enzymatic reaction system was designed that allows for regioselective functional group transformation, efficiently converting glucose into a polymerizable monomer in quantitative yield, thus removing the need for chromatographic purification. With this key success, we further designed a continuous, three-step process, which enabled the synthesis of a sugar polymer, sugar poly(orthoester), directly from glucose in high yield (73 % from glucose). This work may provide a proof-of-concept in developing technically and economically viable approaches to address the many issues associated with current petroleum-based polymers. 相似文献

Three coordination complexes of Co(II)/Fe(II) with 4,4′-trimethylenedipyridine (bpp) and pseudohalides (SCN−, SeCN− and N3−) have been synthesized. The complexes have been characterized by X-ray single crystal structure determination. They are isomorphous having 2D layers in which two independent wavy nets display parallel interwoven structures. Pseudohalide binds metal centers through N terminal and occupies the trans axial positions of the octahedral metal coordination environment. Pseudohalide remains pendant on both sides of the polymeric layer and help the stacking through hydrogen bonding. The conformation of bpp in the interpenetrated nets is observed to be dependent on the choice of pseudohalide. 相似文献

The combination of materials that possess different properties (such as, for instance, fluorescence and magnetism) into one single object of nanoscale size represents an attractive challenge for biotechnology, especially for their potential relevance in biomedical applications. We report here the preparation of novel bifunctional conjugates based on the linkage of inorganic nanoparticles to organic oligothiophene fluorophores (OTFs). In comparison to the organic dyes commonly used in bioimaging and more similarly to colloidal quantum dots, OTFs have broad optical absorption spectra, and therefore OTF fluorophores emitting at different colors can be excited with a single excitation source, allowing for easier multiplexing analysis. In this work we show the preparation of OTF-nanoparticle conjugates based on gold and iron oxide nanoparticles and their characterization using different techniques such as gel electrophoresis, photoluminescence spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering, and so on. In addition, by performing an in vitro study on human tumor cells we show that OTF-nanoparticle conjugates emitting at different colors can be used for multiplexing detection. Also, in the case of iron oxide-OTF conjugates, once uptaken by the cells, we show that they preserve both their fluorescent and their magnetic properties. 相似文献

The synthesis of small rings by functionalization of C(sp3)?H bonds remains a great challenge. We report for the first time a copper‐catalyzed [1+1+1] cyclotrimerization of acetophenone derivatives under mild reaction conditions. The reaction has a broad scope for the stereoselective synthesis of cyclopropanes by trimerization of acetophenone. The developed transformation is based on an extraordinary copper‐catalyzed cascade process that allows saturated carbocycles to be obtained for the first time by cyclotrimerization through functionalization of C(sp3)?H bonds. The cascade of sixfold C(sp3)?H bond functionalization allows the synthesis of cyclopropanes in a highly stereoselective approach. 相似文献

Polymeric networks, {[Co(dpyo)(ox)]}(n) (1), {[Co(dpyo)(fum)(H(2)O)(2)]}(n) (1) and {[Co(dpyo)(tp)(H(2)O)(2)] x [Co(H(2)O)(6)] x (tp) x (H(2)O)}(n) (3) [ox = oxalate dianion, fum = fumarate dianion, tp = terephthalate dianion and dpyo = 4,4'-dipyridyl N,N'-dioxide] have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The structural determination reveals 1 and 2 are covalent bonded 2D networks of 4,4 topology and of these, complex 2 undergoes a H-bonding scheme resulting in a 3D supramolecular architecture. Complex 3 is a 1D coordination polymer built up by almost collinear hexacoordinated Co(ii), doubly bridged by a tp carboxylate group and a dpyo oxygen, which in combination with lattice [Co(H(2)O)(6)](2+), tp and water molecules shows an unprecedented 3D supramolecular network through H-bonding. In the polymer the dpyo shows novel mu-4,4 bridging mode towards the cobalt ion. Low temperature magnetic interaction reveals antiferromagnetic coupling in all of the complexes. 相似文献

Two coordination polymers, [Cu(bpp)(H2O)2(ClO4)2]n (1) and {[Cu(bpds)2(ClO4)2] · 1.5(H2O)}n (2) [bpp, 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane and bpds, 4,4′-bipyridyl disulfide] have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction study and magnetic measurement. Both the coordination polymers display 1D chains with perchlorate anions acting as pendant ligands. In 1 undulated polymers are built by Cu(H2O)2(ClO4)2 units connected by single bpp and in complex 2 Cu(ClO4)2 fragments are linked by pairs of bpds ligands to form a double-stranded chain. The crystal packing evidences polymers of 1 involved in weak H-bonding interactions leading to a 3D supramolecular network. Magnetic study reveals weak antiferromagnetic interactions in both complexes. 相似文献
