For the synthesis of polyethers with a variety of keto side chains in a one‐step reaction, the three‐component polycondensation of dialdehydes, diol disilyl ethers, and silyl enol ethers of ketones was investigated. The method of monomer addition strongly affected the molecular weight of polymers and was optimized to yield high molecular weight polymers by model reactions. A variety of dialdehydes, diol disilyl ethers, and silyl enol ethers were polymerized in the presence of a catalytic amount of triphenylmethyl (trityl) perchlorate in CH2Cl2 at −78 °C according to the method of monomer addition. This polymer synthesis was unusual in that it concurrently constructed both the polyether backbone and the keto side chains from three starting compounds. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Electrochemical behaviors of U(VI) in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride (C4MimCl) with various water contents investigated by chronopotentiometry and cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical reduction of U(VI) was identified to follow two processes: a lower valence intermediate U(V) was initially formed at the potential of ca. ?0.2 V(vs. Ag wire). Then, further deposition of UO2 was followed at around ?0.8 V. Little amount of water (1–4 wt%) in C4MimCl, however, has an effect on the U(VI) reduction by changing the current density of the redox reaction and the diffusion coefficient of U(VI) in C4MimCl. The deposited product by potentiostatic electrolysis on the surface of stainless steel electrode was characterized by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) methods. Although the electrodeposited black film was amorphous, the electrochemical reduced product of U(VI) can be still confirmed to be UO2 by XRD after the crystallization of the amorphous deposits at 1,073 K in nitrogen atmosphere. 相似文献

采用毛细管流交仪测定了PBT/PC共混物的表观粘度、剪切应力,观察了不同共混物组成和不同温度下共混物的流变行为,并借助扫描电镜对共混物和微观形态结构进行分析。结果表明:PBT/PC熔体共混物的流变行为接近假塑性流体.温度对共混物的流变行为影响很大,共混物的熔体粘度在PBT/PC为90/10和60/40时呈双极值.共混物为两相结构,PC含量为4-50%时呈两互锁结构。 相似文献

The diagnostic ability of optical spectroscopy techniques, including near-infrared (NIR) Raman spectroscopy, NIR autofluorescence spectroscopy and the composite Raman and NIR autofluorescence spectroscopy, for in vivo detection of malignant tumors was evaluated in this study. A murine tumor model, in which BALB/c mice were implanted with Meth-A fibrosarcoma cells into the subcutaneous region of the lower back, was used for this purpose. A rapid-acquisition dispersive-type NIR Raman system was employed for tissue Raman and NIR autofluorescence spectroscopic measurements at 785-nm laser excitation. High-quality in vivo NIR Raman spectra associated with an autofluorescence background from mouse skin and tumor tissue were acquired in 5 s. Multivariate statistical techniques, including principal component analysis (PCA) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA), were used to develop diagnostic algorithms for differentiating tumors from normal tissue based on their spectral features. Spectral classification of tumor tissue was tested using a leave-one-out, cross-validation method, and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were used to further evaluate the performance of diagnostic algorithms derived. Thirty-two in vivo Raman, NIR fluorescence and composite Raman and NIR fluorescence spectra were analyzed (16 normal, 16 tumors). Classification results obtained from cross-validation of the LDA model based on the three spectral data sets showed diagnostic sensitivities of 81.3%, 93.8% and 93.8%; specificities of 100%, 87.5% and 100%; and overall diagnostic accuracies of 90.6%, 90.6% and 96.9% respectively, for tumor identification. ROC curves showed that the most effective diagnostic algorithms were from the composite Raman and NIR autofluorescence techniques. 相似文献

We develop a reduction method for general closed multiple time scale stochastic reaction networks for which the fast subsystem
may have non-unique equilibrium probability. We obtain a reduced ODE system with nonhomogeneous terms whose solutions can
approximate the solutions of the full system accurately. We then apply this reduction method to general linear network and
nonlinear networks for which the state diagram can be constructed. We illustrate the accuracy of the reduction method by comparing
computational results of the full systems with the reduced ODE systems for several examples. Finally, we show how the reduction

Markov chains and mean-field analysis are powerful tools and widely used for performance analysis in large-scale computer and communication systems. In this paper, we consider the application of Markov modeling and mean-field analysis to solid-state drives (SSDs). SSDs are now widely deployed in mobiles, desktops, and data centers due to their high I/O performance and low energy consumption. In particular, we focus on characterizing the performance–durability tradeoff of garbage collection (GC) algorithms in SSDs. Specifically, we first develop a stochastic Markov chain model to capture the I/O dynamics of large-scale SSDs, then adapt mean-field analysis to derive the asymptotic steady state, based on which we are able to easily analyze the performance–durability tradeoff of a large family of GC algorithms. We further prove the model convergence and generalize the model for all types of workload. Inspired by this model, we also propose a randomized greedy algorithm (RGA) which has a single tunable parameter to trade between performance and durability. Using trace-driven simulation on DiskSim with SSD add-ons, we demonstrate how RGA can be parameterized to realize the performance–durability tradeoff. 相似文献

Solid-solid surface adsorption of Eu2O3 on anorphous Al2O3 have been investigated by the Mössbauer effect, X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD.) and Laser Raman Spectroscopy (LRS). Conventional analyses of frameworks are usually carried out without considering the effect of panel zone deformation on frame behavior. As a result, center-to-center distances rather than clear spans are used for the lengths of the members. As is evident from experimental studies, the effect of panel zone deformation has a pronounced influence on frame behavior. In particular, the strength and drift of the frame will be affected if panel zone deformation is taken into consideration in the analysis. In this paper, various deformation modes of the panel zone are identified. A simple model which can be used to represent all these modes is then presented. The validity of this model is established by comparison with experiments on joint subassemblages. Finally, a two-bar frame with different behavioral joint models is analyzed numerically to demonstrate the importance of using realistic models in frame analysis. 相似文献
