Isolation and Purification of Polysaccharides from Cordyceps minlitaris and Its Inhibition on the Proliferation of Rat Glomerular Mesangial Cells

The crude polysaccharide was obtained by means of the decolorization of porphyrized Cordyceps minlitaris stroma with organic solvent, extraction with hot water, precipitation in 80% ethanol, and protein removal with the Sevag method. After purification with Sephadex G-75, two of its components, CMP-1 and CMP-2, were obtained. Through the assay of gel chromatography and polarimetry, CMP-1 was identified as pure polysaccharide. The results demonstrated that CMP-1 had favorable oxidation resistance activity, which could scavenge not only oxygen-free radicals in the self-oxidation system of pyrogallic acid, but also the hydroxide-free radicals in the Fenton system. The study focused on the effects of low, medium, and high dosages of CMP-1 in rat blood serum on the proliferation of glomerular mesangial cells in vitro. Through MTT Colorimetric analysis, the activities were compared among the blank control group and the Niaoduqing positive control group CMP-1 and CMP-2. The results shows that CMP-1 was able to inhibit the proliferation of rat glomerular mesangial cells effectively. Therefore, CMP-1, one component of polysaccharides of Cordyceps minlitaris, was certainly a potential remedy for hyperplastic glomerular nephritis, whose antioxidant activity could slow down the process of chronic renal failure（CRF） to some extent.     

Catalytic Oxidation of NO over La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)MnO_3 Perovskite

Catalytic oxidation of NO by O2 over La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 was tested in a tubular reactor.The reaction temperature ranged from 373 to 473 K,space time from 0.090 to 0.720 s,inlet NO concentration from 300 to 2000μL/L, and O2 volume fraction from 3%to 9%.The steady-state conversion of NO was increased significantly with increasing reaction temperature and the space time,slightly with increasing the O2 concentration but decreased with increasing the inlet NO concentration at a lower temperature.Under the conditions of 0.720 s space time,500μL/L NO concentration, 5%O2 volume fraction and 473 K,NO conversion reached 90%.A kinetic model including a network of 12 elementary reactions with the desorption of NO2 as the rate-limiting step is established and fits the experimental data well.The activation energy of NO2 desorption from the catalyst surface is determined to be 101 kJ/mol.     

Functional Mechanism of Resveratrol in Inhabiting Growth of Cells ls174t and Its Mechanism in Subcutaneously Transplanted Tumor of Nude Mice

To explore the functional mechanism of Resveratrol against colon cancer cells Is174t and the growth of colon cancer tissue of tumor-bearing mice,MTT method was used to observe the functions of resveratrol for inhibition against cells ls174t in vitro.Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the cell apoptosis.FCM assay was performed to measure the change of the cell apoptosis rate and of cell cycle,RT-PCR method was used to detect the expressions of bc1-2 and bax mRNA.Western blot method was used to detect the expressions of bc1-2 and bax protein.Cells isi74t were transplanted subcutaneously to nude mice to observe the effect of resveratrol on the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor.RT-PCR method was used to detect the expressions of bc1-2 and bax mRNA in the tumor tissue.Western blot method was used to detect the expressions of bc1-2 and bax protein in the tumor tissue.Resveratrol has an effect of inhibiting proliferation of cells ls174t in vitro(P<0.01).It is able to induce the apoptosis of cells Is174t,causing the decrease in the expression of bc1-2 and the increase in the expression of bax.Resveratrol could inhibit the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor of nude mice(P<0.05),causing the decrease in the expression of bc1-2 and the increase in the expression of bax.Resveratrol can inhibit the growth of cells 174t and the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor.The mechanism is possibly related to the induction of the cell apoptosis and the regulation of bc1-2/bax expression.     

20GHz注入锁模光纤激光器实验

稳定、波长可调谐的窄脉冲光源是未来光时分复用/波分复用光纤通信系统的重要组成部分。报道了一个20GHz的注入锁模光纤激光器的实验。利用一个10GHz的导体体激光器作为光源，最终得到了波长可调谐的重复频率为20GHz、脉冲宽度为12.4ps的光脉冲，波长的调谐范围为16nm。     

用序列二次规划法设计ICF 靶区光路

 运用序列二次规划法设计了靶区光路。由ICF 柱面靶间接驱动实验对多路激光束排布的要求, 建立靶区数学模型, 用本文设计结果构筑光路排布线框实体。该三维线框以特征线代表60路激光驱动光束实体, 以特征线段的转折点代表240面反射镜的空间位置。     

A new analytical edge spread function fitting model for modulation transfer function measurement

We propose a new analytical edge spread function (ESF) fitting model to measure the modulation transfer function (MTF).The ESF data obtained from a slanted-edge image are fitted to our model through the non-linear least squares (NLLSQ) method.The differentiation of the ESF yields the line spread function (LSF),the Fourier transform of which gives the profile of two-dimensional MTF.Compared with the previous methods,the MTF estimate determined by our method conforms more closely to the reference.A practical application of our MTF measurement in degraded image restoration also validates the accuracy of our model.     

EACVD中用氢原子谱线测定电子平均能量

采用蒙特卡罗方法，对EACVD中氢原子的发射过程进行了模拟。给出了由氢原子谱线测定电子平均能量的方法，结果对EACVD生长金刚石薄膜过程中实时监测电子平均能量，进而可以有效地控制工艺条件，生长出高质量的金刚石薄膜具有重要意义。     

彩色负片印片颗粒指数的准确测定

分析了彩色负片印片颗粒指数σper实际测试中不同性能负片的测试特点和影响因素。印片颗粒指数的测试点应根据彩色负片的感光特性确定,为正常扩印时对应正片0．74中灰密度的负片密度点。影响印片颗粒指数值的两个主要因素是彩色相纸的反差修正系数α和彩色负片的覆盖力系数ECP;建立了α和ECP的实验求取方法,并通过对几种负片参量的实际测定,分析和说明了参量变化对印片颗粒指数数值的影响程度和应进行的修正。     

微乳液进样火焰原子吸收光度法测定食品中的微量锰

研究了多种表面活性剂及微乳液对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锰的增敏作用，并选择增敏作用最强的微乳液作为锰测定的增敏试剂，拟定了测定锰的新方法。

稀土元素的谱线较复杂,相互间存在着不同程度的干扰。本文着重研究了ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法中,它们间的干扰情况,并用几种校正方法进行了比较。
