以2-苯甲酰苯甲酸(HL)和1,10-邻菲啰啉(Phen)为配体合成了一个新的铜(Ⅱ)配合物{[Cu2(Phen)4(NO3)][Cu(Phen)2(L)]2(L)2(NO3)3}·2H2O (1)。该化合物晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,晶胞参数:a=1.138 57(5) nm,b=1.193 49(7) nm,c=2.615 31(13) nm,α=89.428 0(10)°,β=82.753(2)°,γ=74.537 0(10)°,V=3.3968(3) nm3,Dc=1.408 g·cm-3,Z=1,μ(MoKα)=0.700 mm-1,F(000)=1 480,最终偏离因子R1=0.057 1,wR2=0.133 4。在标题配合物分子中,有2个单核阳离子[Cu(Phen)2(L)]+和1个双核阳离子[Cu2(Phen)4(NO3)]3+,中心铜(Ⅱ)离子的配位数都是五。测定了标题配合物的电化学、荧光和磁性。结果表明:在循环伏安过程中,配合物的电子转移是准可逆的,对应的电极反应是Cu(Ⅱ)/Cu?髣;当激发波长为488 nm时,配合物在494 nm附近有较强的荧光发射峰;在300~52 K,配合物具有抗磁性。 相似文献

基于银纳米粒子/氧化石墨烯复合薄膜制备TNP电化学传感器 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用改进的Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO),以葡萄糖为还原剂直接在GO表面沉积银纳米粒子(AgNPs)得到性能稳定的AgNPs/GO纳米复合材料;基于该纳米复合材料修饰电极构建了一种新型的2,4,6-三硝基苯酚(TNP)电化学传感器。采用原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)和交流阻抗(EIS)等多种方法对纳米复合薄膜进行了表征;并研究了TNP在复合薄膜修饰电极上的电化学行为和动力学性质。结果表明,AgNPs/GO对TNP有较强的电催化活性,在复合薄膜修饰电极出现一灵敏的氧化峰和3个还原峰;利用氧化峰可对TNP进行定量分析。同时整个电极过程明显不可逆,电极反应受到吸附步骤控制;复合膜电极表面覆盖度为5.617×10-8mol.cm-2,在所研究电位下的速率常数为9.745×10-5cm.s-1。在pH 6.8的磷酸缓冲液中,当富集电位为-0.70 V,富集时间为60 s;TNP氧化峰电流与其浓度在5.0×10-9~1.0×10-7mol.L-1范围内成良好线性关系,相关系数为0.995 8,检出限可达1.0×10-9mol.L-1。所制备的电化学传感器稳定性和选择性较好;用于实际水样中TNP的现场快速检测,加标回收率在97.6%~103.9%之间。 相似文献

Two new macrosporin dimers (1–2) along with four known compounds (3–6) were isolated from the extracts of the fungal strain Alternaria sp. XZSBG-1 from the sediment of the salt lake in the Bange, Tibetan, China. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods, mainly by 2D NMR spectra. Compounds 1 and 2 are new macrosporin dimers with symmetric chemical structures. In the cytotoxicity assay and inhibited alpha-glucosidase activity assay, all these compounds showed no notable inhibitory activity. 相似文献

2,5,2'-三氯-1,1'-偶氮-1,3,4-三唑(1)与叠氮化钠反应首次合成含有多叠氮和四氮烯(N—N=N—N)结构的高氮化合物2,5,2'-三叠氮-1,1'-偶氮-1,3,4-三唑(3). 在相同条件, 2,5,2',5'-四氯-1,1'-偶氮-1,3,4-三唑(2)与叠氮化钠反应没有得到2,5,2',5'-四叠氮-1,1'-偶氮-1,3,4-三唑(b), 而是得到其分解产物3,5-二叠氮基-1,2,4-三唑(4). 用X 射线单晶衍射测定了化合物3和4的晶体结构. 晶体2b通过分子间氢键的相互作用形成具有9元环的三聚体,并由于三唑环共轭体系使氮上的H原子具有酸性,从而导致互变现象发生. 相似文献

The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P2/c with a=1.928 0(16) nm, b=1.297 0(11) nm, c=2.126 4(18) nm, V=5.242 2(8) nm3, Z=2, Mr=2 347.36, Dc=1.487 g·cm-3, μ=0.659 mm-1, F(000)=2 400, Rint=0.043 7, R=0.052 3, wR=0.118 6. The Mn atoms are octahed-rally coordinated by two O atoms of two ligands and four N atoms of two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules. The carboxyl group coordinates to Mn(Ⅱ) in the bridging bidentate mode. In the crystal the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two oxygen atoms from two different 2,6-dichlorobenzolate molecules and four nitrogen atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules, completing an octahedral geometry.
