Two-color (1 + 1') REMPI mass spectra of o-, m- and p-fluorophenol.ammonia (1 ration) clusters were measured with a long delay time between excitation and ionization lasers. The appearance of NH(4)(NH(3))(n-1)(+) with 100 ns delay after exciting the S(1) state is a strong indication of generation of long-lived species via S(1). In analogy with the phenol.ammonia clusters, we conclude that an excited state hydrogen transfer reaction occurs in o-, m- and p-fluorophenol.ammonia clusters. The S(1)-S(0) transition of o-, m- and p-fluorophenol.ammonia (1 : 1) clusters were measured by the (1 + 1') REMPI spectra, while larger (1 ration) cluster (n = 2-4) were observed by monitoring the long-lived NH(4)(NH(3))(n-1) clusters action spectra. The vibronic structures of m- and p-fluorophenol.ammonia clusters are assigned based on vibrational calculations in S(0). The o-fluorophenol.ammonia (1 : 1) cluster shows an anharmonic progression that is analyzed by a one-dimensional internal rotational motion of the ammonia molecule. The interaction between the ammonia molecule and the fluorine atom, and its change upon electronic excitation are suggested. The broad action spectra observed for the o-fluorophenol.ammonia (1 : n) cluster (n>== 2) suggest the excited state hydrogen transfer is faster than in m- and p-fluorophenol.ammonia clusters. The different reaction rates between o-, m- and p-fluorophenol.ammonia clusters are found from comparison between the REMPI and action spectra.  相似文献

A straightforward stereoselective route towards (3aR,5R,6S,7R,7aR)- and (3aR,5R,6S,7R,7aR)-octahydro-1H-indole-5,6,7-triol, analogues of castanospermine, starting from the corresponding shikimic acid derivatives is described. The key transformations of this approach are the Overman rearrangement and ring-closing metathesis to form the diastereoisomeric cis-fused (5R,6S,7R)-octahydro-1H-indole-5,6,7-triols in good overall yields. Evaluation for in vitro cytotoxicity revealed for some prepared compounds significant antiproliferative activity and weak glycosidase inhibition.  相似文献

A library of pinane-based 1,3-diaminoalcohols and 5-aminomethyloxazolidin-2-ones was developed from commercially available (1R)-(?)-myrtenol which was transformed to N-trichloroacetyl protected allyl amine via Overmann rearrangement followed by stereoselective epoxidation with mCPBA resulting in key intermedier epoxy-amine. In order to obtain the diaminoalcohol moiety, aminolysis and azidolysis of the oxirane ring was performed. The cleavage of the oxirane ring proceeded regioselectively, affording N-trichloroacetyl protected 1,3-diaminoalcohols and oxazolidin-2-ones, which were obtained also via a thermal cyclisation. Since N deprotection of diaminoalcohols was unsuccessful under varied conditions, the protecting group was changed and Boc-protected analogues were synthesised. In this case, removal of the Boc protecting group was successful resulting in the planned diamino alcohols. An unexpected extreme δ Meα-9 value (0.11 ppm) was measured for the dibenzylaminomethyl-substituted oxazolidine-2-one, and the stereostructure was refined by means of DFT geometry optimization. The obtained potential catalysts were applied in the test reaction of benzaldehyde and diethylzinc with low to moderate enantioselectivities (up to 74% ee).  相似文献

An acidic polysaccharide, named glycyrrhizan GA, was isolated from the stolon of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. var. glandulifera Reg. et Herd. It produced a single band on electrophoresis and a single peak on gel chromatography, and its molecular mass was estimated to be 85,000. Glycyrrhizan GA is composed of L-arabinose: D-galactose: L-rhamnose: D-galacturonic acid: D-glucuronic acid in the molar ratio of 22:10:1:2:1, in addition to small amounts of O-acetyl groups. Part of the hexuronic acid residues exist as methyl esters. Methylation analysis, carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance and periodate oxidation studies indicated that its structural features include mainly alpha-arabino-beta-3,6-galactan type structural units. Glycyrrhizan GA showed remarkable reticuloendothelial system-potentiating activity in a carbon clearance test.  相似文献

Optimal switch-time control is an area that investigates how best to switch between different control modes. In this paper we present an algorithm for solving the optimal switch-time control problem for single-switch, linear systems where the state of the system is only partially known through the outputs. A method is presented that both guarantees that the current switch time remains optimal as the state estimates evolve, and that ensures this in a computationally feasible manner, thus rendering the method applicable to real-time applications. An extension is moreover considered where constraints on the switch time provide the observer with sufficient time to settle. The viability of the proposed method is illustrated through a number of examples.  相似文献

Fisher information generally decreases by summarizing observed data into encoded messages. The present paper studies the amount of Fisher information included in independently summarized messages from correlated information sources; that is, the amount of Fisher information when sequences x N and y N of N independent observations of random variables x and y are encoded (summarized) independently of each other into meassages m X and m Y . The problem is to obtain the maximal amount of Fisher information when the size of the summarized data or Shannon message information is limited. The problem is solved in the case of completely compressed symmetric data summarization. An achievable bound is given in the general case. Information geometry, which is a powerful new differential geometrical method applicable to statistics and systems theory, is applied to this problem, proving its usefulness in information theory as well.The present work is supported in part by Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research #61030014, Ministry of Education, Science and Culture of Japan.  相似文献
