The chromatographic behavior of a series of dialkyl-cis-9,10-dihydroanthracene-9,10-endofumarates on a silver-containing stationary phase with various mobile phase compositions and at various temperatures was investigated by liquid chromatography. The observed relationships indicate reorientation of the analytes on the surface of the adsorbent with increase in temperature. This is explained by the formation of two types of chelate complexes similar in energy between the analytes and the silver ions. The basic properties of metal-semiconductor nanocomposites were investigated using InN/In with In clusters as an example. Inconsistencies in the characteristic energies of optical processes occurring in these materials were revealed, and a model is proposed to describe the averaged enhancement by localized plasmons. The possibility of obtaining intense emission in the near infrared and terahertz ranges is demonstrated.  相似文献

A new pentacyclic guanidine alkaloid, monanchoxymycalin C (1) was isolated from a new collection of marine sponge Monanchora pulchra along with the known monanchoxymycalin A (2). The structure of 1 was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Monanchoxymycalin C exhibits cytotoxic activity against human cancer HeLa cells at low micromolar concentrations, induces apoptosis-related death of malignant cells and inhibits cancer cell colony formation. In addition, synergistic and additive effects have been observed in combination with cisplatin.  相似文献

We report on a strong delay in light propagation through bulk GaN, detected by time-of-flight spectroscopy. The delay increases resonantly as the photon energy approaches the energy of a neutral-donor bound exciton (BX), resulting in a velocity of light as low as 2100 km/s. In the close vicinity of the BX resonance, the transmitted light contains both ballistic and diffusive components. This phenomenon is quantitatively explained in terms of optical dispersion in a medium where resonant light scattering by the BX resonance takes place in addition to the polariton propagation.  相似文献

The results of DFT calculations of harmonic and anharmonic frequencies of the dihydrogen bonded (DHB) complexes H 3EH (-)...HOR (E = B, Al, Ga and HOR = CH 3OH, CF 3CH 2OH) in gas phase and in low polar medium (by CPCM model) in comparison with the partners are presented. Normal coordinate analysis of the low-frequency modes was carried out to assign the new vibrations induced by DHB formation by the potential energy distribution values. Among them, the intermolecular H...H stretching vibrations only have individual modes. The influence of central atom mass and isotope and the strength of the proton donor effects were determined. The systems convenient for IR studies were chosen from the calculation predictions. The spectral investigation was made on the BH 4 (-)/ROH complexes (ROH = CH 2FCH 2OH (MFE), CF 3CH 2OH (TFE), (CF 3) 2CHOH (HFIP)). The results of temperature dependence, isotope substitution, and influence of the proton-donor strength studies agree with the theoretical conclusions. Combination of experimental and theoretical approaches allowed determining for the first time the intermolecular stretching mode characterizing intrinsic DHB vibrations.  相似文献

The hydrogen-bonding and proton-transfer pathway to complex [Cp*W(dppe)H(3)] (Cp*=eta(5)-C(5)Me(5); dppe=Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)PPh(2)) was investigated experimentally by IR, NMR, UV/Vis spectroscopy in the presence of fluorinated alcohols, p-nitrophenol, and HBF(4), and by using DFT calculations for the [CpW(dhpe)H(3)] model (Cp=eta(5)-C(5)H(5); dhpe=H(2)PCH(2)CH(2)PH(2)) and for the real system. A study of the interaction with weak acids (CH(2)FCH(2)OH, CF(3)CH(2)OH, (CF(3))(2)CHOH) allowed the determination of the basicity factor, E(j)=1.73+/-0.01, making this compound the most basic hydride complex reported to date. A computational investigation revealed several minima for the [CpW(dhpe)H(3)] adducts with CF(3)CH(2)OH, (CF(3))(2)CHOH, and 2(CF(3))(2)CHOH and confirms that these interactions are stronger than those established by the Mo analogue. Their geometries and relative energies are closely related to those of the homologous Mo systems, with the most stable adducts corresponding to H bonding with M-H sites, however, the geometric and electronic parameters reveal that the metal center plays a greater role in the tungsten systems. Proton-transfer equilibria are observed with the weaker proton donors, the proton-transfer step for the system [Cp*W(dppe)H(3)]/HOCH(CF(3))(2) in toluene having DeltaH=(-3.9+/-0.3) kcal mol(-1) and DeltaS=(-17+/-2) cal mol(-1) K(-1). The thermodynamic stability of the proton-transfer product is greater for W than for Mo. Contrary to the Mo system, the protonation of the [Cp*W(dppe)H(3)] appears to involve a direct proton transfer to the metal center without a nonclassical intermediate, although assistance is provided by a hydride ligand in the transition state.  相似文献

The isomerization of complex [Cp*Fe(dppe)(eta2-H2)]+, generated in situ by low-temperature protonation of Cp*Fe(dppe)H with either HBF4 or CF3COOH, to the dihydride tautomer trans-[Cp*Fe(dppe)(H)2]+ is irreversible and follows first-order kinetics in the -10 to +15 degrees C range with Delta H double dagger = 21.6 +/- 0.8 kcal mol(-1) and DeltaS double dagger = 5 +/- 3 eu. The isomerization rate constant is essentially independent of the nature and quantity of a strong acid. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations on various models, including the complete system at both the quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics (QM/MM) and full QM levels, probe the relative importance of steric and electronic effects for the relative stability of the nonclassical and classical isomers and identify two likely isomerization mechanisms: a "direct" pathway involving simultaneous H-H bond breaking and cis-trans isomerization and a "via Cp" pathway involving agostic C5Me5H intermediates. Both pathways are characterized by activation energies in close correspondence with the experimental value (21.3 and 22.2 kcal mol(-1), respectively). Further kinetic studies were carried out for the Cp*Fe(dppe)H + CF3COOD and Cp*Fe(dppe)D + CF3COOD systems at 273 K. The [Cp*Fe(dppe)(eta2-HD)]+ complex establishes a very rapid isotope redistribution equilibrium with the eta2-H2 and eta2-D2 analogues. The equilibrium constant value (K = 3.3 +/- 0.3) indicates a significant equilibrium isotope effect. Simulation of the rate data provides access to the individual isomerization rate constants kHH, kHD, and kDD for the three isotopomers, yielding kinetic isotope effects: kHH/kHD = 1.24 +/- 0.01 and kHD/kDD = 1.58 +/- 0.01 (and, consequently, kHH/kDD = 1.96 +/- 0.02). The analysis of the DFT-calculated frequencies, using the [Cp*Fe(dhpe)H2]+ model system, for the [Cp*Fe(dhpe)(eta2-XY)]+ isotopomers as well as transition states for the "direct" (TSdir) and "via Cp" (TSrot) pathways (X = H, D) allowed the computation of the expected isotope effects. A comparison with the experiment strongly suggests that the mechanism occurs via the "direct" pathway for the present system, although the small difference in the calculated energy barriers suggests that the "via Cp" pathway may be preferred in other cases.  相似文献

Interaction of the salt (Ph3PNPPh3)BH3CN with the various OH and NH proton donors in low polar media was studied by variable temperature (200–290 K) IR spectroscopy and theoretically by DFT calculations. The formation of two types of complexes containing non-classical dihydrogen bond to the hydride hydrogen (DHB) and classical hydrogen bond (HB) to nitrogen lone pair was shown in solution. The 1:1 complexes of both types (XHH and XHN) coexist in the presence of equimolar amount of proton donor. The addition of excess XH-acid leads to the increase of the classical HB content and appearance of the 1:2 complexes, where two basic sites work simultaneously. The structure, spectral characteristics, energy and electron redistribution were studied by DFT (B3LYP) method. The comparison DHB parameters of [BH3CN] with those of the unsubstituted analogue [BH4] allowed analyzing the electronic effects of the CN group on the basic properties of boron hydride moiety. The electronic influence of the BH3 group on CNHX hydrogen bond was also established by comparison with the corresponding classical HB to the CN anion.  相似文献

The mechanism of transition-metal tetrahydroborate dimerization was established for the first time on the example of (Ph(3)P)(2)Cu(η(2)-BH(4)) interaction with different proton donors [MeOH, CH(2)FCH(2)OH, CF(3)CH(2)OH, (CF(3))(2)CHOH, (CF(3))(3)CHOH, p-NO(2)C(6)H(4)OH, p-NO(2)C(6)H(4)N═NC(6)H(4)OH, p-NO(2)C(6)H(4)NH(2)] using the combination of experimental (IR, 190-300 K) and quantum-chemical (DFT/M06) methods. The formation of dihydrogen-bonded complexes as the first reaction step was established experimentally. Their structural, electronic, energetic, and spectroscopic features were thoroughly analyzed by means of quantum-chemical calculations. Bifurcate complexes involving both bridging and terminal hydride hydrogen atoms become thermodynamically preferred for strong proton donors. Their formation was found to be a prerequisite for the subsequent proton transfer and dimerization to occur. Reaction kinetics was studied at variable temperature, showing that proton transfer is the rate-determining step. This result is in agreement with the computed potential energy profile of (Ph(3)P)(2)Cu(η(2)-BH(4)) dimerization, yielding [{(Ph(3)P)(2)Cu}(2)(μ,η(4)-BH(4))](+).  相似文献
