室温下，6－甲氧基－2－丙酰基萘和1，3－二溴－5，5－二甲基海因的溴化反应在醇溶剂中，反应速度快、转化率高，生成5－溴－6－甲氧基－2－丙酰基萘的收率高（98．59％）。     

An Abietane Diterpene and a Sterol from Fungus Phettinus igniarius

A new abietane diterpene 12-hydroxy-7-oxo-5, 8, 11, 13-tetraene-18, 6-abietanolide, together with a new natural sterol stigmasta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5α, 6α-triol have been isolated from the fruiting body of the fungus Phellinus igniarius. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques.     

Flexible all-biomass gas sensor based on doped carbon quantum dots/nonwoven cotton with discriminative function

Carbon quantum dots (CQDs) co-doped with N, P and S derived from expired milk was prepared by a simple hydrothermal method. By dipping pure cotton face towel (PCFT) into CQDs ink, a flexible all-biomass CQDs/PCFT sensor was prepared for the first time. Due to the heteroatom doping, extremely small particle size of CQDs and excellent permeability of CQDs/PCFT film, the flexible CQDs/PCFT sensor showed the high sensitivity and bending stability. In the range of 0–60° bending states, the responses of CQDs/PCFT sensor to four target analytes changed by less 5.0%. After 3000 bending of 60°, the maximum change of the response to the target analytes was only 6.4%. Interestingly, due to the abundant functional groups and defects of CQDs, the flexible CQDs/PCFT sensor displayed sensing curves of different shapes for different target analytes. In this way, by establishing a database of sensing curves of target analytes, multiple analytes can be detected discriminatively by relying only on single sensor with the help of image recognition. This work provided a reference for the development of cotton fiber based all biomass flexible gas sensor.

半绝缘GaAs的欧姆接触电极材料Ag/Co掺杂的非晶碳膜制备与检测

稳定的欧姆接触对半导体器件的正常工作起到至关重要的作用.目前市场上主要采用金/金锗镍合金作为n型GaAs的电极材料,工艺复杂,成本高昂.本文研究了一种新型的、廉价的适用于半绝缘GaAs的欧姆接触电极材料Ag/Co掺杂的非晶碳膜及其制备过程,以便于读者对半导体器件的制备工艺和流程有所了解.     

片状LiV3O8软模板辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备及其在水系锂离子电池中的性能研究

负极材料是目前制约水溶液锂离子电池的关键.采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠软模板辅助的溶胶凝胶法制备了片状LiV3O8材料.XRD和SEM测试表明,目标材料为纯相的片状结构LiV3O8,属单斜晶系,P21/m点群.组装LiMn2O4//Li2SO4//LiV3O8水溶液锂离子电池,测试发现片状LiV3O8具有较高的倍率性能和较好的循环寿命.在0.1C下,LiV3O8的放电比容量为154 mAh·g-1.在1C、5C和10C时,放电容量分别为134 mAh·g-1、78 mAh·g-1和54 mAh·g-1.1C前170周循环的容量保持率约60%.     

Convergence in law to operator fractional Brownian motion of Riemann-Liouville type

In this paper, we extend the well-studied fractional Brownian motion of Riemann-Liouville type to the multivariate case, and the corresponding processes are called operator fractional Brownian motions of Riemann-Liouville type. We also provide two results on approximation to operator fractional Brownian motions of Riemann-Liouville type. The first approximation is based on a Poisson process, and the second one is based on a sequence of I.I.D. random variables.

A High-Efficiency Hematite Photoanode with Enhanced Bonding Energy Around Fe Atoms

Hematite nanoarrays are important photoanode materials. However, they suffer from serious problems of charge transfer and surface states; in particular, the surface states hinder the increase in photocurrent. A previous strategy to suppress the surface state is the deposition of an Fe-free metal oxide overlayer. Herein, from the viewpoint of atomic bonding energy, it is found that the strength of bonding around Fe atoms in the hematite is the key to suppressing the surface states. By treating the surface of hematite with Se and NaBH₄, the Fe₂O₃ transforms to a double-layer nanostructure. In the outer layer, the Fe−O bonding is reinforced and the Fe−Se bonding is even stronger. Therefore, the surface states are inhibited and the increase in the photocurrent density becomes much faster. Besides, the treatment constructs a nanoscale p–n junction to promote the charge transfer. Improvements are achieved in onset potential (0.25 V shift) and in photocurrent density (5.8 times). This work pinpoints the key to suppressing the surface states and preparing a high-efficiency hematite nanoarray, and deepens our understanding of hematite photoanodes.     

Inducing new secondary metabolites through co-cultivation of the fungus Pestalotiopsis sp. with the bacterium Bacillus subtilis

Two new lactones, pestalotiolactones A (1) and B (2), together with three known compounds (3–5) were isolated from the axenic culture of the endophytic fungus Pestalotiopsis sp., obtained from fruits of Drepanocarpus lunatus (Fabaceae). Co-culture of this fungus with Bacillus subtilis afforded two new sesquiterpenoids pestabacillins A (6) and B (7) as well as eight known compounds (8–15). Their structures were elucidated by extensive analysis of the NMR and MS data as well as by comparison with literature data. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic and antimicrobial activities but proved to be inactive.
