Crystal structures of α‐humulene, a cyclic sesquiterpene, and its oxidized subproducts, were analyzed by the crystalline sponge method. Regio‐ and stereochemistry, including absolute configuration when a chiral oxidant was applied, and the stable conformations of all the scaffold‐related compounds were successfully determined for samples on a 5–50 μg scale. 相似文献

We developed a novel diazirine‐based photolabeling agent having a (coumarin‐4‐yl)methyl ester scaffold, which exhibited multiple photochemical properties of crosslinking, fluorogenicity and cleavage. These properties can be kinetically regulated via photoinduced electron transfer between diazirine and coumarin moieties. The C?O bond of (coumarin‐4‐yl)methyl ester can be cleaved via photochemical excitation of coumarin moiety, that function has been initially quenched by the diazirine moiety. Upon diazirine photolysis with 365‐nm light, interacting protein was stably captured with photoactivatable ligand probe. Then, the unlocked cleavage function was activated with 313 nm light, and the reaction was accelerated in a weakly‐basic solution. The crosslinked protein could be selectively isolated with attachment of a small coumarin tag on the surface. This multi‐functional labeling agent has a great potential to facilitate LC‐MS/MS‐based protein identification. 相似文献

Copper complexes of corroles have recently been a subject of keen interest due to their ligand non‐innocent character and unique redox properties. Here we investigated bis‐copper complex of a triply‐linked corrole dimer that serves as a pair of divalent metal ligands but can be reduced to a pair of trivalent metal ligands. Reaction of triply‐linked corrole dimer 2 with Cu(acac)2 (acac=acetylacetonate) gave bis‐copper(II) complex 2Cu as a highly planar molecule with a mean‐plane deviation value of 0.020 Å, where the two copper ions were revealed to be divalent by ESR, SQUID, and XPS methods. Oxidation of 2Cu with two equivalents of AgBF4 gave complex 3Cu , which was characterized as a bis‐copper(II) complex of a dicationic triply‐linked corrole dimer not as the corresponding bis‐copper(III) complex. In accord with this assignment, the structural parameters around the copper ions were revealed to be quite similar for 2Cu and 3Cu . Importantly, the magnetic spin–spin interaction differs depending on the redox‐state of the ligand, being weak ferromagnetic in 2Cu and antiferromagnetic in 3Cu . 相似文献

Synthesis and inhibitory activities against α-l-fucosidase of phenylalkyl-substituted polyhydroxypiperidines have been described. Forty-eight species of seaweeds from Japanese waters were screened for the valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids eicosapentaenoic
acid (EPA). The eight species that contained the highest levels of these compounds were analyzed in detail. Of all species
tested the red alga Pachymeniopsis lanceolata contained the highest EPA concentration, and it was present as both the free and bound forms. EPA constituted 38.7% of total
fatty acids, and polar lipids were the main constituent of the total lipids in P. lanceolata. EPA was obtained from the marine algae P. lanceolata by enzymatic hydrolysis of the total lipids extract using phospholipase A2(PLA2). The release of EPA reached a plateau after 10 min of enzymatic treatment. These results suggest that P. lanceolata is a useful natural source of EPA and that PLA2 treatment is a convenient method for obtaining EPA from the red alga. 相似文献

An improved continuous-flow analysis method has been designed and applied to the determination of ultratrace amounts of cobalt(II) by the catalysis of the tiron-hydrogen peroxide reaction in basic medium. From 3 to 5000 pg of cobalt(II) in 1 ml of acidified sample can be determined at a sampling rate of 40 samples/hour. The relative standard deviations (10 replicates) are 1% at the 100 pg/ml level and 3% at 10 pg/ml. 相似文献

We report unusual evolution of the conduction-electron state in the localized f electron system CexLa1-xB6 from normal electron state to heavy Fermi liquid (FL) state through local FL and non-FL states with increasing Ce concentration and/or with increasing magnetic field. The effective mass of quasiparticle or the coefficient A of T2 term of resistivity is found to increase divergently near the boundary between FL state and non-FL state. The features of the non-FL state are also different from those of the typical non-FL systems previously observed or theoretically predicted. 相似文献

The bonding between the atoms in the II‐VI compound semiconductors has always been a subject of rigorous research because of their tremendous applications in a variety of fields. The bonding and ionic character in CdTe at 300 and 200 K have been determined quantitatively as well as qualitatively using single crystal X‐ray data sets and MEM (Maximum Entropy Method) as the tool for the reconstruction of the electron densities distributed within the unit cell. The ab‐initio band calculation of the total and valence charge densities have been carried out theoretically by means of the local density approximation (LDA) method in support of the experimentally derived MEM maps. The difference density maps show fewer errors between the theoretical and experimental charge density and thus gives credence to the results accordingly. Along the bonding direction [111], the mid‐bond electron densities are found to be 0.233 e/Å3 and 0.284 e/Å3 at 300 K and 200 K at distances 1.4026 Å and 1.4036 Å respectively. We have successfully established an efficient route to the core structure of donor–acceptor head‐to‐tail (H–T)‐linked regioregular oligothiophenes, which includes the following key synthetic steps, that is, hypervalent iodine induced direct and regioselective coupling of thiophenes and the use of the obtained bithiophenes as excellent coupling substrates for the Suzuki and Stille couplings. The versatility of this new approach is highlighted in the dramatic improvement of the yield (ca. 59 % overall yield) of MK‐2, a high‐performance organic dye, for photovoltaic applications. 相似文献
