R. P. Feynman showed F. J. Dyson a proof of the Lorentz force law and the homogeneous Maxwell equations, which the obtained starting from Newton's law of motion and the commutation relations between position and velocity for a single nonrelativistic particle. We formulate both a special relativistic and a general relativistic versions of Feynman's derivation. Especially in the general relativistic version we prove that the only possible fields that can consistently act on a quantum mechanical particle are scalar, gauge, and gravitational fields. As the causative agents of a new type of shellfish poisoning, named diarrhetic shellfish poisoning, okadaic acid, 35(S)-methylokadaic acid, 7-O-acyl derivatives of 35(S)-methylokadaic acid, two novel polyether lactones named pectenotoxin-1 and -2 have been isolated and had their structures determined. Three pectenotoxin analogues were also present. In addition to the previously identified Dinophysis fortii, D. acuminata was newly suggested as a source of toxins. 相似文献

The effect of the electronic extension on the electrostatic potential was first taken into account functionally by Birman. We have applied his model to the lattice dynamics of CaO, where the degree of the electronic extension w was defined and determined with the use of the electronic charge density distribution obtained from analysis of X-ray data. Our treatment shown here not only gives a physically meaningful model including the feature of the electronic extension, but also involves essentially the same very simple process as the conventional point-charge model but with fewer adjustable parameters. Good reproduction of calculated phonon dispersion curves was obtained by taking into account the electronic extension, although the degree of the electronic extension, w, used to fit the curve was a little larger than that derived from the observed data owing to the first rough approximation for the potential energy arising from the electronic extension. 相似文献

The present article reports a new optical method for real time addition or subtraction of two photographic images. Two transparencies which are placed in the two arms of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer with two orthogonal polarizers are subsequently added or subtracted by rotating an analyser inserted in the output beam. Successive transitions from metal to the spin-density-wave (SDW) state and the three-dimensional superconducting (3D-SC) state were found in thermally quenched bis-tetramethyltetraselenafulvalenium perchlorate, (TMTSF)2ClO4. The SDW state was suppressed after the sample was warmed above ~25 K and cooled slowly. The appearance of the SDW state in addition to the 3D-SC state in the quenched sample is interpreted by the decrease in interchain coupling which could result from the thermal quenching of a high temperature configuration with disordered (ClO4)-anions. The effect of thermal quenching on quantum oscillations in transverse magnetoresistance was also studied. 相似文献
