Functional MRI (fMRI) can detect blood oxygenation level dependent (BOLD) hemodynamic responses secondary to neuronal activity. The most commonly used method for detecting fMRI signals is the gradient-echo echo-planar imaging (EPI) technique because of its sensitivity and speed. However, it is generally believed that a significant portion of these signals arises from large veins, with additional contribution from the capillaries and parenchyma. Early experiments using diffusion-weighted gradient-echo EPI have suggested that intra-voxel incoherent motion (IVIM) weighting inherent in the sequence can selectively attenuate contributions from different vessels based on the differences in the mobility of the blood within them. In the present study, we used similar approach to characterize the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) distribution within the activated areas of BOLD contrast. It is shown that the voxel values of the ADCs obtained from this technique can infer various vascular contributions to the BOLD signal.  相似文献

Erbium and ytterbium codoped double tungstates NaY(WO4)2 crystals were prepared by using Czochralski (CZ) pulling method. The absorption spectra in the region 290-2000 nm have been recorded at room temperature. The Judd-Ofelt theory was applied to the measured values of absorption line strengths to evaluate the spontaneous emission probabilities and stimulated emission cross sections of Er3+ ions in NaY(WO4)2 crystals. Intensive green and red lights were measured when the sample were pumped by a 974 nm laser diode (LD), especially, the intensities of green upconversion luminescence are very strong. The mechanism of energy transfer from Yb3+ to Er3+ ions was analyzed. Energy transfer and nonradiative relaxation played an important role in the upconversion process. Photoexcited luminescence experiments are also fulfilled to help analyzing the transit processes of the energy levels.  相似文献

Much attention has been paid to construct an applicable knowledge measure or uncertainty measure for Atanassov’s intuitionistic fuzzy set (AIFS). However, many of these measures were developed from intuitionistic fuzzy entropy, which cannot really reflect the knowledge amount associated with an AIFS well. Some knowledge measures were constructed based on the distinction between an AIFS and its complementary set, which may lead to information loss in decision making. In this paper, knowledge amount of an AIFS is quantified by calculating the distance from an AIFS to the AIFS with maximum uncertainty. Axiomatic properties for the definition of knowledge measure are extended to a more general level. Then the new knowledge measure is developed based on an intuitionistic fuzzy distance measure. The properties of the proposed distance-based knowledge measure are investigated based on mathematical analysis and numerical examples. The proposed knowledge measure is finally applied to solve the multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem with intuitionistic fuzzy information. The new MAGDM method is used to evaluate the threat level of malicious code. Experimental results in malicious code threat evaluation demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of proposed method.  相似文献

Individuals with subjective cognitive decline (SCD) are at high risk of developing preclinical or clinical state of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging, which can indirectly reflect neuron activities by measuring the blood-oxygen-level-dependent (BOLD) signals, is promising in the early detection of SCD. This study aimed to explore whether the nonlinear complexity of BOLD signals can describe the subtle differences between SCD and normal aging, and uncover the underlying neuropsychological implications of these differences. In particular, we introduce amplitude-aware permutation entropy (AAPE) as the novel measure of brain entropy to characterize the complexity in BOLD signals in each brain region of the Brainnetome atlas. Our results demonstrate that AAPE can reflect the subtle differences between both groups, and the SCD group presented significantly decreased complexities in subregions of the superior temporal gyrus, the inferior parietal lobule, the postcentral gyrus, and the insular gyrus. Moreover, the results further reveal that lower complexity in SCD may correspond to poorer cognitive performance or even subtle cognitive impairment. Our findings demonstrated the effectiveness and sensitiveness of the novel brain entropy measured by AAPE, which may serve as the potential neuroimaging marker for exploring the subtle changes in SCD.  相似文献

采用耦合簇CCSD(T)方法结合系列相关一致基组aug-cc-pVXZ (X=D,T,Q,5) 对基态SN-分子离子(X3-) 进行了结构优化和单点能扫描计算. 用四种方法进行基组外推得到该体系的平衡核间距Re=0.15852 nm, 谐振频率ωe=948.05 cm-1, 离解能De=3.934 eV均与实验数据符合得很好. 对单点能扫描结果用9参数Murrell-Sorbie势能函数进行了最小二乘拟合, 得到了体系的解析势能函数表达式, 并进一步推导出了体系的力常数和光谱常数. 拟合所得势能曲线准确地再现了SN-分子离子的离解能和平衡结构特征. 通过求解核运动的径向薛定谔方程, 得到了无转动SN- (X3-) 的全部振动态, 并进一步计算出了各振动能级相应的分子常数. 与实验结果及其他理论研究结果的对比表明, 本文关于SN-分子离子平衡常数和光谱常数的计算结果达到了较高的精度, 能为进一步的实验探测和理论研究提供参考依据. 关键词: 势能曲线 解析势能函数 光谱常数 振动能级  相似文献

本文研究了以胶状量子点作为发光层和有机/无机混合材料作 为电子-空穴传输层的电致发光二极管器件. CdSe 量子点以薄膜的形式夹在无机氧化锌锡电子传输层和有机TPD空穴传输层中间构成三明治结构. 氧化锌锡电子传输层采用磁控溅射实现, 有机TPD空穴传输层和量子点发光层则采用旋涂的方法制备, 得到的QD-LEDs器件结构界面陡峭、表面平整. 光电特性表征结果显示器件的电致发光具有良好的单色性、低的开启电压, 利 用具有高电子迁移率和低载流子浓度的无机氧化锌锡薄膜作为电子传输层可 以实现器件在大气环境下稳定、明亮的电致发光. 本文分析了器件的工作机理并通过改变氧化锌锡的电导率达到控制器件中电子和空穴的注入比的目的, 优化了器件的光电性能. 关键词: 量子点 氧化锌锡 电致发光 电子传输层  相似文献
