In the long history regarding the development of the transition metal-catalyzed reactions, almost all ligands in metals are classified as the covalent X-type and/or dative L-type ligands. Therefore, exploring the reactivity of the metal complexes bearing the σ-acceptor, i.e., the Z-ligand, is required. This digest briefly describes our recent results regarding 1) the syntheses of gold complexes featuring the Z-type ligand, and 2) their catalytic reactions, which would be speculated that the electron-withdrawing effect of the Z-ligand on the neighboring gold activated the catalytic reactivity due to the increase in the Lewis acidity. 相似文献

By means of bromine labeling and ESR, the grafting reactions of styrene onto preirradiated polyethylene have been investigated. Not all the radicals produced by irradiations participate in grafting reactions all together, but they are rendered active bit by bit by the swelling of crystalline parts of polyethylene. The growing rates for polystyryl graft chains at 20°C decrease from 4 monomer units/active site/sec to one-fourth the initial value after 100 min. On the contrary, the average lifetimes increase from <103 sec to >2.6 × 103 sec. The number-average molecular weight of graft chains also increases with reaction times and rises to 3.5 × 105 after 90 min at 20°C. 相似文献

This article reports on the peak shape analysis of X‐ray photoelectron spectra of gold‐silver core‐shell (Au@Ag) nanoparticles (NPs) using an asymmetric Gaussian–Lorentzian mixed function. Unlike Ag NPs, Au@Ag NPs have no oxide peak and show asymmetric line shape with a high energy tail in Ag 3d core‐level spectra. A monotonic increase in the Ag 3d binding energy and a decrease in the degree of asymmetry with increasing the Ag shell thickness were observed supporting the occurrence of charge transfer from Au core to Ag shell. Efficient methods for the synthesis of aminomethylated azaindole derivatives via domino copper-catalyzed multicomponent coupling and cyclization have been developed. Using various secondary amines and aldehydes, N-substituted 3-ethynyl-4-aminopyridine was converted to substituted azaindoles in moderate to excellent yields. By use of a 3,4-diaminopyridine derivative bearing two alkynyl groups, the corresponding pyrrole-fused azaindoles were synthesized by controlled stepwise cyclization. 相似文献

Four selected Amaranthus tricolor cultivars were grown under four irrigation regimes (25, 50, 80, and 100% field capacity) to evaluate the mechanisms of growth and physiological and biochemical responses against drought stress in randomized complete block design with three replications. Drought stress led to decrease in total biomass, specific leaf area, relative water content (RWC), photosynthetic pigments (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll ab), and soluble protein and increase in MDA, H2O2, EL, proline, total carotenoid, ascorbic acid, polyphenols, flavonoids, and antioxidant activity. However, responses of these parameters were differential in respect to cultivars and the degree of drought stresses. No significant difference was observed in control and LDS for most of the traits. The cultivars VA14 and VA16 were identified as more tolerant to drought and could be used for further evaluations in future breeding programs and new cultivar release programs. Positively significant correlations among MDA, H2O2, compatible solutes, and non-enzymatic antioxidant (proline, TPC, TFC, and TAC) suggested that compatible solutes and non-enzymatic antioxidant played vital role in detoxifying of ROS in A. tricolor cultivar. The increased content of ascorbic acid indicated the crucial role of the ASC–GSH cycle for scavenging ROS in A. tricolor. 相似文献

Syntheses of epigallocatechin trimer, (epigallocatechin)2-epicatechin and (epigallocatechin)2-catechin were achieved. The key condensation to form the proanthocyanidin trimer derivatives was accomplished in a one-pot procedure using a dimeric epigallocatechin electrophile, which was prepared in situ by self-condensation of an epigallocatechin derivative, and an epigallocatechin, epicatechin, or catechin derivative as the nucleophile in the presence of a Lewis acid. A total synthesis of (+/-)-stemodinone, a tetracyclic stemodane diterpene, from the known tricyclic methyl olefin 11 is described. The key steps involve an efficient ring-exchange reaction and palladium(0)-catalyzed lactone migration. The ring-exchange strategy for controlling the stereochemistry was based on an initial Diels-Alder reaction to form a new ring followed by cleavage of the original ring. Cleavage of the original ring of the Diels-Alder adduct 9 was achieved by an initial regio- and chemoselective Baeyer-Villiger oxidation followed by the Pd(0)-catalyzed lactone-migration reaction reported by us. 相似文献

Magnetic and dielectric properties have been tuned simultaneously by external stimuli with rapid and sensitive response, which is crucial to monitor the magnetic state via capacitive measurement. Herein, positive charged FeII ions were linked via negative charged [(Tp)FeIII(CN)3]? (Tp=hydrotris(pyrazolyl)borate) units to form a neutral chain. The spin‐crossover (SCO) on FeII sites could be sensitively triggered via thermal treatment, light irradiation, and pressure. SCO switched the spin state of the FeII ions and antiferromagnetic interactions between FeIII and FeII ions, resulting in significant change in magnetization. Moreover, SCO induced rotation of negative charged [(Tp)FeIII(CN)3]? units, generating dielectric anomaly due to geometric change of charges distribution. This work provides a rational way to manipulate simultaneous variations in magnetic and dielectric properties utilizing SCO as an actuator to tune spin arrangement, magnetic coupling, and charge distribution. 相似文献
