[reaction: see text] Propargylic diisopropylamines containing heterocycles, which were prepared readily from heterocyclic bromides and propargyldiisopropylamine by the Sonogashira coupling reaction, underwent the allene transformation reaction in the presence of Pd(2)(dba)(3).CHCl(3) catalyst (2.5 mol %) and 1,2-bis[bis(pentafluorophenyl)phosphino]ethane (10 mol %) at 100 degrees C in CHCl(3), giving the corresponding heterocyclic allenes in good to high yields via the palladium-catalyzed hydride-transfer reaction.  相似文献

A type of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) based on a novel nanoflow gradient generator (Asymptotic-Trace-10-Port-Valve (AT10PV) nanoGR generator) was developed and coupled with an electrospray ion trap time-of-flight mass spectrometer (ESI-IT-TOF MS). Stability of the nanoflow GR HPLC system was tested at flow rates of 20 and 50 nL/min by using a nanoflow meter. Average flow rates in a 2-h run were 51.2 nL/min with RSD 0.7% and 21.0 nL/min with RSD 1.8%. Repeatability of analysis of the nanoHPLC/ESI-IT-TOF MS system was also tested by injecting 1.0 microL of trypsin digested bovine serum albumin (BSA) (100 fmol) into a monolithic silica-ODS column (30 microm i.d., 150 mm in length) through a packed silica-ODS trapping column (particle size 5 microm, 150 microm i.d., 10 mm in length). At a flow rate of 50 nL/min, the result demonstrated a reasonably good repeatability of peak retention times (RSD: 0.32-1.1%) and base-ion peak areas (RSD: 4.4-6.6%).  相似文献

Skeletal rearrangement of O‐propargylic formaldoximes, in the presence of gold catalysts, afforded 4‐methylene‐2‐isoxazolines in good to excellent yields by an intermolecular methylene transfer. In addition, the cascade reaction with maleimide in the presence of a gold catalyst afforded isoxazole derivatives by cyclization/methylene transfer and a subsequent ene reaction, whereas that using a copper catalyst gave oxazepines through a 2,3‐rearrangement.  相似文献

Surface coating of highly luminescent CdS nanocrystals by polyacrylic acid was demonstrated. The method proceeded in 2 steps, (i) modification of the CdS surface by alkyl molecules and (ii) polyacrylic acid coating of the surface modified CdS. Attachment of alkyl ammonium on the CdS surface induced a phase transfer reaction from an aqueous to a non-polar phase with a yield of approximately 100%. Investigating alkyl molecules with various functional groups revealed that the alkyl molecules, possessing the cation moiety, such as amine or ammonium salt, can electrostatically interact with the CdS surface. The PL of the uncoated nanocrystals was almost entirely quenched in the pH range of approximately 7, while the polyacrylic acid coated nanocrystals exhibited moderate PL intensity. This PL intensity was preserved for at least several days, facilitating biological labeling application under a neutral condition.  相似文献

A series of zinc–phthalocyanine sensitizers ( PcS16 – 18 ) with different adsorption sites have been designed and synthesized in order to investigate the dependence of adsorption‐site structures on the solar‐cell performances in zinc–phthalocyanine based dye‐sensitized solar cells. The change of adsorption site affected the electron injection efficiency from the photoexcited dye into the nanocrystalline TiO2 semiconductor, as monitored by picosecond time‐resolved fluorescence spectroscopy. The zinc–phthalocyanine sensitizer PcS18 , possessing one carboxylic acid directly attached to the ZnPc ring and six 2,6‐diisopropylphenoxy units, showed a record power conversion efficiency value of 5.9 % when used as a light‐harvesting dye on a TiO2 electrode under one simulated solar condition.  相似文献

This paper presents a simulation study for self-assembling process of colloidal particles into two-dimensional arrays due to capillary immersion force. Discrete element method is used to simulate the dynamics of colloidal particles trapped in a thin liquid film. The previous model is improved in the following two points: a modification of the screening effect of capillary immersion force and introduction of periodic boundary condition. Snapshots provided by the simulations agree well with experimental images taken by atomic force microscopy. The self-assembling process is quantified with pair correlation function and coordination number. At lower coverage, colloidal particles rapidly form small clusters that consist of several particles in the early stage. Subsequently, chain-like structures with some branches are mainly generated. On the other hand, at higher coverage, large domains of hexagonal close-packed (HCP) structures are gradually generated. The rate of the growth of HCP domains is much slower than that of the generation of the small clusters and the chain-like structures.  相似文献
