2,2,-Disubstituted norbornenes (1, 2), 2,2-Disubstituted norbornane (3), 2,2,3-trisubstituted norbornenes (4, 5), oxanorbornenes (6) and azanorbornenes (7) were synthesized by the Diels-Alder reaction using alpha, beta-dehydroamino acids as a key step, and their antiulcer activities were examined. The oxazolidine derivative (1h) exhibited the most potent activities against several ulcer-models in rat.  相似文献

A series of 2-aminoethanol derivatives was synthesized and their inhibitory activities against protein kinase C were investigated. Among these compounds, 2-endo-hexadecylamino-5-norbornene-2- exo-methanol (4h) and 2-endo-hexadecylamino-5-norbornene-2,3-exo-dimethanol (4i) inhibited protein kinase C at the IC50 values of 2 x 10(-5) and 1 x 10(-5) M, respectively, but not protein kinase A at a concentration of 1 x 10(-3) M. Novel polyaryloxydiphenylsilanes with reduced viscosities of 0.31–0.65 dL/g were obtained by the melt polycondensation of dianilinodiphenylsilane with three bisphenols, 2,2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoropropane, 3 (4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,1,3-trimethyl-5-indanol, and 9,9-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) fluorene, at 200–320°C in vacuo. These polymers are all amorphous and readily soluble in a wide variety of organic solvents such as chlorinated and aromatic hydrocarbons, cyclic ethers, and polar aprotic solvents. Because of their bulky and/or rigid ring structures, polyaryloxydiphenylsilanes containing diphenylhexafluoropropane, phenylindane, and diphenylfluorene units in the main chain have high glass transition temperatures of 106, 112, and 172°C, respectively. They are thermally stable showing almost no weight loss up to 350°C in air. Colorless, transparent, but brittle films are obtained from these polymers by solution casting. Ultraviolet transmission is sharply cut off by these polyaryloxydiphenylsilane films at ca. 300 nm, and the cut-off wavelength depends on the bisphenols used.  相似文献

Quantum yields, lifetimes and shapes of fluorescence from polymers containing the trans-1,2-dicarbazolylcyclobutane (DCZB) or carbazolyl structures were studied in N,N-dimethylformamide. No sandwich-type excimer formation was observed for DCZB polymers. The so-called second excimer observed in poly(9-vinylcarbazole) might also be produced in poly(9-ethyl-3-vinylcarbazole).  相似文献

Individual mathematics teachers may value different aspects of teaching and learning mathematics, but at the same time their value systems are under the influence of socially shared values. This paper describes such values in Japanese mathematics education from a historical and normative perspective. After the introduction of Western mathematics into the modern school system in the Meiji period (1868?C1912), the people of Japan struggled to adapt and absorb it onto the foundation of Japanese tradition. In the subsequent development of Japanese mathematics education, the integration of both practical and theoretical aspects have been issues, alongside changes in educational focus and in society at large, which are symbolically represented by the enrolment rates at all of elementary, secondary, and tertiary education levels. Mathematics education in Japan has also been subject to international influences, such as the reform movement and the modernization movement, at critical junctures in its development. Key concepts such as mathematical ideas, mathematical thinking, and mathematical activities are traces of such historical efforts by the Japanese mathematics education community, and represent their socially shared values.  相似文献

Let p be an odd prime number such that p − 1 = 2em for some odd m and e ≥ 2. In this article, by using the special linear fractional group PSL(2, p), for each i, 1 ≤ ie, except particular cases, we construct a 2-design with parameters v = p + 1, k = (p − 1)/2i + 1 and λ = ((p − 1)/2i+1)(p − 1)/2 = k(p − 1)/2, and in the case i = e we show that some of these 2-designs are 3-designs. Likewise, by using the linear fractional group PGL(2,p) we construct an infinite family of 3-designs with the same v k and λ = k(k − 2). These supplement a part of [4], in which we gave an infinite family of 3-designs with parameters v = q + 1, k = (q + 1)/2 = (q − 1)/2 + 1 and λ = (q + 1)(q − 3)/8 = k(k − 2)/2, where q is a prime power such that q − 1 = 2m for some odd m and q > 7.
