Two novel 9,9‐difunctionalized fluorene‐type monomers, 9,9‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl‐ and 4‐aminophenyl)‐2,3:6,7‐dibenzofluorenes, are synthesized by the reaction of dibenzenzofluorenone with phenol and aniline. These monomers are used for the preparation of polyester and polyimide as the typical polymers to evaluate the property change such as thermal stability caused by the benzene rings fused to the fluorene skeleton with keeping good solubility, in comparison with the polymers derived from simple fluorenone. In fact, these two new polymers have the fairly enhanced thermal stability and refractive index value along with satisfactory solubility in organic solvents, enough to emphasize the fusion effect. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Novel aryl-β-C-glucosidation method using glucal boronate was developed. This protocol can offer several advantages including use of non-toxic, easily handling glucal boronate as a crystalline solid and storable at room temperature for several months. Tri-O-methylnorbergenin (8,10-di-O-methylbergenin), an anti-HIV active bergenin derivative, was concisely synthesized by application of the aryl-β-C-glucosidation method.  相似文献

By addition of a carboxylated amino acetate (2) to a low-molecular-weight hydrogel (1) which has a unique thermally induced volume-phase transition character, a macroscopic pH-responsive feature is newly conferred on the supramolecular hydrogel. The direct observation of temperature-dependent behavior of the mixed hydrogel clearly showed that the thermally induced swelling-shrinkage type of the volume phase transition at pH 4 is shifted to the gel–sol transition at pH 7 by 10?mol% addition of 2 to the hydrogel 1. On the basis of the measurements by TEM, SEM, XRD and FT-IR, it is conceivable that incorporation of the anionic carboxylate of 2 slightly disturbs the packing of the hydrogen bond belt of the mixed hydrogel. Such a slight disturbance greatly leads to the sol–gel transition by elevating temperature, instead of the volume-phase transition. Introduction of dynamic characteristics to supramolecular systems in a macroscopic level may extend the potential of these materials in various fields.  相似文献

Abstract

To assess the risks of organochlorine pesticides discharged into the hydrospheric environment of Egypt, river and lake water, drinking water, suspended solids, sediments and fish were collected during 1993—1994 from the Nile River and Manzala Lake in Egypt and were transported to Japan for chemical analysis. Among different organochlorine pesticides analyzed, p,p′-DDE was the most predominant in fish (7.6 to 67 ng/g wet wt.), sediments (3.2 to 432 ng/g dry wt.) and suspended solids (5.3 tc 138 pg/L). However, in the dissolved phase of water samples HCH compounds predominated (α-HCH, 71 to 2,815 pg/L). Concentrations of organochlorine pesticides, except chlordane, were higher in Manzala Lake than in the River Nile. Concentrations of organochlorine pesticides in fish corresponded with those in sediments from each location. Comparison of organochlorine concentrations in Nile River water with those reported in earlier studies suggested a decrease in concentrations during the last decade. However, concentrations of p,p′-DDE has increased in fish. It appears that the release of this metabolite from contaminated sediment is the major source of p,p′-DDE in fish during recent years.  相似文献

The electrical conductivity in aqueous solutions of electrolytes has been obtained in terms of inter-particle potentials and pair distribution functions, based on a generalized Langevin equation for the cation and anion. This treatment allows us to connect and compare with the work of a computer simulation where the inter-particle potentials are the only input. The results for the concentration dependence of electrical conductivity are basically represented as a function of the square root of concentration. The electrophoretic and relaxation effects are discussed from a microscopic view point. The ionic hydration in electrolytic solution is also discussed. Available inter-particle potentials in aqueous solutions of electrolytes are proposed. The numerical application is carried out for sodium chloride and other aqueous electrolyte solutions.  相似文献

Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine) is a chemical substance associated with everyday human life. In order to recognize caffeine in water, six water-soluble acyclic phane compounds composed of three aromatic rings were examined as artificial receptors. 1H NMR titration experiments revealed that 6,6′-[1,3-phenylenebis(carbonylimino)]bis-1,3-naphthalenedisulfonate had the highest binding ability for caffeine, with a binding constant (Kb) of 127±5 M−1 at 300 K. While this phane compound also formed a complex with theophylline (1,3-dimethylxanthine) at around half the value of the binding constant for caffeine (Kb=64±4 M−1), it showed weak or little complexation for adenosine, guanosine, inosine, and their 5′-phosphates (sodium salts of adenylic acid, guanylic acid, and inosinic acid).  相似文献

A reaction of a 2‐(imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl‐6‐(pyrazol‐3‐yl)pyridine with [RuCl2(PPh3)3] resulted in tautomerization of the imidazole unit to afford the unsymmetrical pincer‐type ruthenium complex 2 containing a protic pyrazole and N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) arms. Deprotonation of 2 with one equivalent of a base led to the formation of the NHC–pyrazolato complex 3 , indicating that the protic NHC arm is less acidic. When 2 was treated with two equivalents of a base under H2 or in 2‐propanol, the hydrido complex 4 containing protic NHC and pyrazolato groups was obtained through metal–ligand cooperation.  相似文献
