Linking cyano-bridged ladders by azide to form a layered metamagnet

Cyano-bridged corrugated ladder-like chains are connected by mu(1,1)-N(3) (end-on, EO) bridges to form a layered coordination polymer, [Mn(N(3))(CH(3)OH)[Cr(phen)(CN)(4)].CH(3)OH (2), which is the first mixed cyano-azide bridged compound, and shows metamagnetism below 21.8 K, a temperature much higher than that (3.4 K) of the crossed double chain [Cr(phen)(CN)(4)](2) [Mn(H(2)O)(2)].4H(2)O (1) based on the same building block [Cr(phen)(CN)(4)](-).     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 3,3‘—（Hexane—1,6—diyl）bis（1—acetyl—5,5—dimethylhydantoin）,a New Inducer of Differentiation

The title compound C20H30N4O6, Mr = 422.48)was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P ī with cell parameters: a = 8.330(2), b = 8.468(2), c = 16.017(3) A, α = 97.30(3), β = 92.33(3), γ = 103.94(3)o, V = 1084.7(4) A3, Dc = 1.294 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 452 and μ = 0.096 mm-1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0483 for 3732 observed reflections with I>2(I) and wR = 0.1335 for 4828 unique reflections. The hydantoin rings are planar and the two ring planes of one molecule are paralleled to each other.     

大鼠肝脏金属硫蛋白的分离纯化和金属硫蛋白亚型-Ⅱα结构域片段的制备及其核磁共振鉴定

Wistar雄性大鼠经腹腔注射CdCl_2诱导其肝脏合成金属硫蛋白。取鼠肝,先经匀浆、热变性、乙醇-氯仿萃取、丙酮沉淀等步骤,后由Sephadex G-75、DEAE-52柱层析,得金属硫蛋白的两亚型Ⅰ和Ⅱ。经原子吸收光谱测定每蛋白分子含有5个镉和2个锌。用枯草杆菌酶割法制备并分离了金属硫蛋白亚型Ⅱ的α结构域片段。还用NMR研究了金属硫蛋白的两个亚型及所得的α结构域片段。     

Stereoselective Synthesis of α-Aminonitril on Glucose Templates

Both proteinogenic and non proteinogenic α-amino acids are of particular interest as constituents of peptide factors, peptidomimetics and antibiotics for the construction of modern selective drugs. [1] Furthemore, α-amino acid derivatives are interesting building units for chiral-pool syntheses of enantiomerically pure natural products. [2] Numerous efforts in modern organic synthesis are centered on the synthesis of enantiomerically pure α-amino acids. [3] During the past three decades efficient methods of asymmetric synthesis of α-amino acids have been developed; most of them are based on electrophilic transformations of organometallic intermediates. [4] Using the concept that the chirality of the carbohydrates can be exploited for diastereoselective reactions, Kunz and his cooperator had developed a Strecker synthesis with glycosyl amines as chiral auxiliaries. [5]     

Theoretical Studies on the Abstraction Reaction of Atomic O（^3p） with Si2H6

The hydrogen abstraction reaction of O(^3P) with Si2H6 has been studied theoretially. Two transition states of ^3A″ and ^3A′ symmetries have been located for this abstraction reaction. Geometries have been optimized at the UMP2 leve with 6-311G (d) basis set. G3MP2 has been used for the final single-point energy calculation. The rate constants have been calculated over a wide temperature range of 200-3000K using canonical variational transition-state sheory (CVT) with small curvature tunneling effect(SCT). The calculated CVT/SCT rate constants match well with the experimental value.     

A New Activation Method for Electroless Metal Plating：Palladium Laden via Bonding with Self—Assembly Monolayers

A new activation method has been developed for electroless copper plating on silicon wafer based on palladium chemisorption on SAMs of APTS without SnCl2 sensitization and roughening condition.A closely packed electroless copper film with strong adhesion is successfully formed by AFM observation.XPS study indicates that palladium chemisorption occurred via palladium chloride bonding to the pendant amino group of the SAMs.

三元聚合物复合颗粒的制备与形态调控

分别考察了聚合过程中的各因素对三元聚合物复合颗粒大小与形态的影响,结果表明:在分散共聚中,复合颗粒的粒径主要由疏水性单体苯乙烯的聚合所决定;并可采用分步聚合的方法先制备目标粒径的种子微球,进而在种子分散聚合过程中实现对颗粒大小的有效控制,其范围在500nm到3μm之间;颗粒表面凸起的不同形态是由聚丙烯腈链的生长和堆积所决定,但受到反应介质性质与聚合温度等条件的影响。

New Chiral Calixarene Derivatives： Syntheses and Their Chiral Recognition Toward Amino Acids by UV-Vis Spectroscopy

Three novel types of chiral calixarene derivatives 5, 8, and 10 were designed and synthesized by introducing chiral units to parent calixarenes. Their chiralities were confirmed by rotational analysis. Chiral recognition properties of these host compounds towards L- and D-threonine were studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The results indicated that calixarene derivatives 5 and 8 exhibited good chiral recognition capabilities toward L- or D-threonine. Although calixarene derivative 10 had no evident chiral recognition ability, the supramolecules of calixarene derivative 10 with L- or D-threonine showed a hypochromic effect or hyperchromic effect respectively. Therefore, calixarene derivative 10 might serve as a good chiral UV-indicator.
