Synthesis,crystal structure and ferro-magnetic interaction of a binuclear copper(II) complex with the 1,4-dinitro-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylatobenzenic anion as bridging ligand

A binuclear complex [Cu₂(DTB)(DMF)₄(H₂O)]·2DMF (DTB = 1,4-dinitro-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylatobenzenic anion; DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide) has been synthesized and its crystal structure determined by X-ray crystallography. In the complex Cu ion is located in a distorted square pyramidal environment with two oxygen atoms O(1) and O(3) from two carboxylate groups, another two oxygen atoms O(7) and O(8) from terminal ligands of two DMF molecules, and a fifth coordinated oxygen atom O(9) from the terminal ligand of one H₂O molecule, in which the O(8) atom is situated in the apex of the pyramid. DTB as bridging ligand coordinates two Cu ions through its four carboxylate groups. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility of the complex was measured in the 5–300 K range. The magnetic coupling parameter is consistent with a ferromagnetic exchange between the two copper(II) centers and the data fit a binuclear magnetic exchange model based on the Hamiltonian operator ( = -2J₁₂, ₁ = ₂= 1/2), giving the ferromagnetic coupling parameter of 2J = 1.80 cm^{- 1}. This is the first example of a tetracarboxylatobenzenic bridging complex exhibiting ferromagnetic interaction.     

Synthesis,characterization and interaction of mixed polypyridyl ruthenium(II) complexes with calf thymus DNA

New mixed polypyridyl {HPIP = 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, dmp = 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline, dmb = 4,4-dimethyl-2,2-bipyridine} ruthenium(II) complexes [Ru(phen)₂(HPIP)]²⁺, [Ru(dmp)₂(HPIP)]²⁺ and [Ru(dmb)₂(HPIP)]²⁺ were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses ¹H-n.m.r., u.v.–vis. spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. Their DNA-binding properties were demonstrated by absorption, luminescence titrations, steady-state emission quenching and viscosity measurements. The results suggested that all the examined complexes bind with CT-DNA intercalatively. Methyl groups substituted at the 4,4-positions of bpy has no obvious effect on its DNA binding, whereas substituents at the 2- and 9-positions of phen have an impressive effect on its DNA-binding, as revealed by the decreased binding affinity.     

Eu3+掺杂的Sr2CeO4荧光材料的燃烧法合成及其性能研究

以尿素作燃料,Sr,Ce和Eu的硝酸盐作反应物,采用燃烧法得到了稀土Eu3 掺杂的Sr2CeO4前驱体粉末.将前驱体在一定温度下烧结3 h,合成了红色荧光材料.经过对材料进行X射线衍射(XRD)分析,确定了烧结温度在1050～1200℃时,能够得到纯度较高的产品.用扫描电镜(SEM)观察到样品烧结后的形貌为不规则的椭圆形,粒径范围在1～3 μm之间.样品的发射光谱和激发光谱表明,Eu3 在Sr2CeO4基质中有很高的猝灭浓度(10%,摩尔分数),随着Eu3 掺杂浓度的增加,可以使蓝白光调整到红白光,进而到红光.     

动力学分光光度法测定痕量硫氰酸根的研究

利用SCN~-对溴酸钾氧化罗丹明B反应的抑制作用。建立了动力学光度法测定痕量SCN~-的新方法。检出限为0.30ng SCN~-/ml,测定范围为0.30～8.3ngSCN~-/ml.应用于吸烟者与不吸烟者尿中SCN~-的测定。结果较为满意。     

四（对羟基苯基）卟啉—硅胶固定相的合成及在核苷酸分析中的应用

以大孔微硅胶作基体，经γ－氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷活化与间隔臂氯代环内烷反应后，再与预先合成的四（对羟基苯基）卟啉配体键合，构成电荷转移型亲和色谱固定相。以ＰＨ＝７．０的磷酸盐缓冲溶液作流动相，成功实现对一些核苷酸的高效液相亲和色谱分离。     

在线（氢—钯）色谱—质谱联用法研究分散黄RGFL中的芳胺

研究了一种检测偶氮染料中芳胺的新方法，对分散黄进行了在线（氢－钯）色谱－质谱联用分析，测出了芳胺组分，并对两种催化还原装置进行了比较。     

杯芳烃的配位化学──Ⅳ.对叔丁基杯[8]芳烃与钙、镉配合物的合成与表征

本文合成了对叔丁基杯[8]芳烃(H₈L)与钙、镉的固体配合物。并以元素分析、核磁共振、热谱、红外谱、紫外谱等进行表征。其配合物的组成分别为Ca(H₆L)·6dmf及Cd(H₆L)·6dmf.

If bind (G)3/2 and the maximum degree (G)>(n–1)/2, |V(G)|=n>17, thenG is pancyclic (i.e., it contains a circuit of every lengthm, 3m|V(G)|).     

Synthesis of Some Allyl-β-Cyclodextrin Derivatives and their Properties as Capillary GC Stationary Phases

Summary Three -Cyclodextrin derivatives (-CDs) were synthesized by substituting the 2,6-OH groups of -CD with allyl groups and the 3-OH groups with three different acyl groups (valeryl, heptanonyl, octanoyl). The chromatographic properties of these -CDs as stationary phases for capillary gas chromatography (CGC) were studied. The test results showed that the three -CDs possessed good coating properties and that the capillary columns coated with them exhibited high column efficiency. These -CDs can separate not only the disubstituted benzene isomers but also some racemic compounds.
