希土元素与三甲胺氧化物配合物的制备及光谱性质

尽管文献报道了三甲胺氧化物与Mn、Co、Ni、Zn、Cd、Cu等多种离子在有机溶剂中形成较稳定的配合物。但对其金属配合物的研究远不如芳香族杂环化合物那样引起人们广泛的注意。本文研究了它与希土元素形成配合物的合成和光谱性质。     

Stripping voltammetry of copper and lead using gold electrodes modified with self-assembled monolayers

One problem associated with using bare solid metal electrodes, such as gold and platinum, in stripping analysis to determine heavy metal ions such as lead and copper ions in dilute solutions is that underpotential deposition (UPD) gives multiple stripping peaks in the analysis of mixtures. These peaks are often overlapped and cannot be conveniently used for analytical purposes. Bifunctional alkylthiols, such as 3-mercaptopropionic acid, with an ionizable group on the other terminal end of the thiol can form self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on the surface of the gold electrode. It is shown that such an SAM-modified gold electrode minimizes the UPD effects for the stripping analysis of lead and copper. The anodic peak potential shifts and the peak shape changes, indicating that the SAM changes the deposition and stripping steps of these heavy metal ions. Thus, the sensitivity levels for both single species and mixtures can be significantly improved for the conventional solid electrodes. The mechanism of the deposition reaction at the SAM-modified gold electrodes is discussed. Received: 29 May 1997 / Accepted: 24 June 1997     

人工神经网络法预测炸药组分的色谱保留值参数

 以分子拓扑指数作为炸药组分的结构描述符 ,利用反向传播算法 (BP)人工神经网络 ,以Sigmoid函数为传递函数 ,分子连接性指数0 χ ,1χ ,2 χ与边邻接指数 (ε)为输入向量 ,反相高效液相色谱保留值参数logkw 和S为输出向量 ,将输入向量归一化至 - 3～ 3区间 ,输出向量归一化至 0～ 1区间 ,网络精度取 0 5 ,学习步长 η的初始值取0 2 ,动量因子α取 0 5 ,通过对 2 0种炸药的网络模型进行训练 ,建立了炸药分子结构与logkw 和S之间的定量模型。结果表明 ,该模型较好地反映了炸药分子结构与保留值之间的关系。     

Oryzias latipes鱼体对不同形态镧的积累特征

在试验室条件下研究了Oryzias latipes鱼体对不同形态轻稀土La的积累特征及它对游离La吸收的动力学过程,并初步探讨了鱼对La的吸收机制。结果表明,试验鱼对La的积累量随水相游离La浓度增高、暴露时间增长而增加;水相富里酸的存在明显降低了La对鱼对生物有效性。此外,试验鱼也可以通过摄食获取水相中的La。     

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A SOLUBLE LADDERLIKE POLYSILSESQUIOXANE CONTAINING REACTIVE ESTER GROUPS*

A novel soluble ladderlike polysilsesquioxane containing reactive ester groups (Ester-T) was synthesized for thefirst time by stepwise coupling polymerization including preammonolysis, controlled hydrolysis and polycondensation. Themonomer, 3-trichlorosilylpropoxy 4-acetoxybenzoate (M), was synthesized by hydrosilylation of allyloxy 4-acetoxybenzoatewith trichlorosilane in the presence of dicyclopentadienylplatinum (II) chloride (Cp_2PtCl_2) catalyst. Combination of FTIR,~1H-NMr, ~(13)C-NMR, ~(29)Si-NMR, XRD, DSC, TGA and VPO methods was used to demonstrate that the polymer obtained hasan ordered ladderlike structure. The synthesized Ester-T may have promising applications as a precursor of advanced functional polymers.     

共线量子散射方法研究D+CID体系

用共线量子散射方法计算D+CID体系的反应几率和传能几率。发现存在很强的振荡现象。体系的碰撞中间态的寿命的计算结果为fs-ps数量级。当某一反应通道打开时,在能量阈值附近通常都伴随着一些长寿命的碰撞中间态。这一点该体系中表现很比较明显。

A proximity-dependent surface hybridization strategy for constructing an efficient signal-on electrochemical DNAzyme sensing system

A proximity-dependent surface hybridization strategy is employed for designing a "signal-on" electrochemical DNAzyme biosensor. By taking advantage of the high sensitivity of the PDSH strategy, and by realizing the enzymatic hydrolysis reaction in a homogenous system with a unimolecular design, the proposed biosensor shows a very high sensitivity to target molecules.     

锌酞菁类染料荧光寿命的非瞬态实验估算

合成了一系列的锌酞菁染料。用循环伏安法测定了它们的氧化还原电位, 并测定了用典型的电子受体猝灭它们的荧光动力学数据。按电子转移模式确定了各染料-电子受体对的荧光猝灭速率常数κ_q对电子从染料向受体转移的自由能变化⊿G函数关系。根据测得的氧化还原电位和光谱数据计算出⊿G, 根据函数关系计算出κ_q, 代入到猝灭动力学数据κ_qτ。这样,就用非瞬态的实验估算出染料的荧光寿命r。与已知的实测文献值进行比较, r的大致范围是可信的。
