研究了在稀硫酸介质中,痕量碘离子对亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化甲酚红的阻抑作用,建立了测定痕量碘离子的阻抑动力学光度分析的新方法。测定碘离子的线性范围为0~0.62μg/mL,检出限为7.43×10-9 g/mL。已用于食品中痕量碘的测定,结果满意。 相似文献

在适当的温度、应变率和预变形下,合金材料的拉伸试验中,将会出现伴随应力锯齿形跌落的雪崩式剪切变形带,即波特文-勒夏特利埃(Portevin-Le Chatelier,PLC)效应。利用高速数字摄像系统(分辨力1000 frames/s)并结合数字散斑干涉法(Digital speckle pattern interferometry,DSPI)和数字散斑相关法设计了一套光学变形测量系统,实现了拉伸试验中对试件表面三维变形的实时、精确测量。利用该光学系统对铝铜合金试件在拉伸试验中产生的跳跃传播的局域剪切带瞬态成核过程进行捕捉。通过结合数字散斑相关法得到的面内变形定量结果和数字散斑干涉法得到的表现离面变形的条纹图,再现了剪切变形带成核和传播瞬间的三维变形过程。 相似文献

A method of multi-channel receiving for high bit rate heterodyne direct-detection optical orthogonal frequency-division-multiplexing (OOFDM) system is proposed to reduce the sampling rate demand of analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The sampling rate of ADCs can be reduced to 1/N that of the original signal bandwidth in an N-channel receiving system. Aided by a succeeding digital signal processing (DSP) at the receiver, aliasing free signal can be recovered. A back-to-back experimental result is given for a 4-channel system, based on which, a down conversion process for heterodyne can be reduced. The signal rebuilding algorithm is given and analyzed in its complexity and noise tolerance. 相似文献

对矩形微槽中的流动沸腾临界热流密度进行了实验研究。研究CHF随质量流速、进口过冷度和出口干度的增加而出现的变化趋势,以及槽道尺寸对CHF的影响。搭建试验平台,在不同槽道当量直径、较大范围的质量流速和不同进口过冷度条件下,获得以去离子水为工质两相沸腾传热的实验数据。由于常规尺寸槽道CHF预测关联式并不具有普遍性,所以提出了一个适用于微槽道饱和沸腾CHF的预测模型。并通过与该文以及参考文献中实验数据进行对比,验证了该模型的适用性。 相似文献

An avalanche photodiodes (APDs)-based heterodyne technique for FM/cw laser rangefinder (FM/cw LRF) is described. Based on a modified APDs model, the properties of heterodyne are theoretically analyzed and experimentally demonstrated under different illumination intensities and multiplications, both the amplitude and the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of the difference frequency signal are inversely proportional to the unmultiplied current at a high multiplication and are proportional to the square of multiplication at a low multiplication. 相似文献

The hairy poly(methacrylic acid‐co‐divinylbenzene)‐g‐poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (P(MAA‐co‐DVB)‐g‐PNIPAm) nanocapsules with pH‐responsive P(MAA‐co‐DVB) inner shell and temperature‐responsive PNIPAm brushes were prepared by combined distillation–precipitation copolymerization and surface thiol‐ene click grafting reaction using 3‐(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate‐modified silica (SiO2‐MPS) nanospheres as a sacrificial core material. The well‐defined PNIPAm was synthesized by a reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. The chain end was converted to a thiol by chemical reduction. The PNIPAm was integrated into the nanocapsules via thiol‐ene click reaction. The surface thiol‐ene click reaction conduced to tunable grafting density of PNIPAm brushes. The grafting densities decreased from 0.70 chains nm?2 to 0.15 chains nm?2 with increasing the molecular weight of grafted PNIPAm chains. Using water soluble doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX·HCl) as a model molecular, the tunable shell permeability of the nanocapsule was investigated in detail. The permeability constant can be tuned by controlling the thickness of the P(MAA‐co‐DVB) inner shell, the grafting density of PNIPAm brushes, and the environmental pH and temperature. The tunable shell permeability of these nanocapsules results in the release of the loaded guest molecules with manipulable releasing kinetics. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Molecular clip 1 remains monomeric in water and engages in host–guest recognition processes with suitable guests. We report the Ka values for 32 1? guest complexes measured by 1H NMR, UV/Vis, and fluorescence titrations. The cavity of 1 is shaped by aromatic surfaces of negative electrostatic potential and therefore displays high affinity and selectivity for planar and cationic aromatic guests that distinguishes it from CB[n] receptors that prefer aliphatic over aromatic guests. Electrostatic effects play a dominant role in the recognition process whereby ion–dipole interactions may occur between ammonium ions and the C=O groups of 1 , between the SO3? groups of 1 and pendant cationic groups on the guest, and within the cavity of 1 by cation–π interactions. Host 1 displays a high affinity toward dicationic guests with large planar aromatic surfaces (e.g. naphthalene diimide NDI+ and perylene diimide PDI+) and cationic dyes derived from acridine (e.g. methylene blue and azure A). The critical importance of cation–π interactions was ascertained by a comparison of analogous neutral and cationic guests (e.g. methylene violet vs. methylene blue; quinoline vs. N‐methylquinolinium; acridine vs. N‐methylacridinium; neutral red vs. neutral red H+) the affinities of which differ by up to 380‐fold. We demonstrate that the high affinity of 1 toward methylene blue (Ka=3.92×107 m ?1; Kd=25 nm ) allows for the selective sequestration and destaining of U87 cells stained with methylene blue. 相似文献
