Complexation of N-alkyl(aryl)carbamoylmethylphosphine oxides (CMPO) and their N, N-dialkyl analogs in neutral media was studied. N-Alkyl derivatives react with praseodymium and europium nitrates both in solution and in the individual state to give 1: 2 and 1: 3 complexes, depending on the ratio of the starting reagents; for N-aryl amides, 1: 3 complexes were obtained only. With the uranyl cation, both N-alkyl and N,N-dialkyl derivatives of CMPO form various 1: 1 complexes. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Conclusions The strength characteristics of composites based on carbon fibers having a coating of silicon carbide are in direct dependence on the coating thickness and on the porosity, which makes it possible to assume the possibility of increasing the degree of realization of the strength characteristics of fibers having a coating in a composite by increasing the degree of impregnation of the carbon cord with the binder. The latter finds confirmation also in the fact that at a small coating thickness on the carbon fiber (of the order of 5 nm) the porosity of the composite obtained is equal to the porosity of the material based on the carbon fiber without coating. Moreover, as is evident from Fig. 3c, the casing of silicon carbide does not form a continuous coatting over the whole perimeter of the cord. The effect of the cation nonstoichiometry on the electroconduction, electrotransfer, and stability in humid air of solid proton-conducting electrolyte Ba x Ce0.97Nd0.03O3 - (0.90 x 1.10) is studied. The electroconduction is found to decrease with decreasing content of BaO (x 1.0) and weakly depend on the BaO excess (x> 1.0). Ceramics of a stoichiometric composition (x = 1) and with lack of barium is stable when stored in humid air at room temperature, as opposed to the ceramics with barium excess, which rapidly decomposes in these conditions. The conduction of materials under study in oxidizing environment is ion-hole and in reducing media, ionic (proton + oxygen). The cation nonstoichiometry barely affects the nature of the ion transfer. An analysis of possible models for the formation of defects shows oxygen vacancies to be always present in Ba x Ce0.97Nd0.03O3 - , even at the CeO2 excess exceeding the content of neodymium.  相似文献

Phase transitions in BaCe1 – x Nd x O3– (x = 0–0.15) are studied on ceramic samples by dilatometry (at 370–1100 K) and by measuring electroconductivity (at 750–1220 K). Ion transport numbers are measured by an EMF method at 850–1240 K. All measurements are done in dry air (2 40 Pa). By treating the obtained temperature dependences of linear expansion with a difference method (difference between first-degree polynomial approximating the dependence and experimental points), the position and the sort of the phase transitions are determined. High-temperature phase transitions are confirmed by measuring the electroconductivity and ion transport numbers. Second-order phase transitions in pure BaCeO3 are discovered at 480 ± 10, 530 ± 10, 900 ± 10, 1030 ± 20, and 1170 ± 10 K and a first-order transition, at 665 ±10 K. Phase transitions at 900 and 1030 K are discovered for the first time ever.  相似文献

The AC conductivity of eulytite-structured Ba3La(PO4)3 with 2 mol% Sr substituted for La has been investigated in the range 300–1300 °C at different oxygen and water vapor (H2O or D2O) partial pressures. The overall sample impedance has contributions from bulk (grain interior) and grain boundaries. It is concluded from the H/D isotope effect that the bulk conductivity is mainly protonic. The defect chemistry leading to a content of protons is discussed.  相似文献

We present the modified version of the flux scale [1] of cosmic radio sources. The number of standard sources is increased, the dynamical range of the scale is extended by one order of magnitude toward weak fluxes, and the standard sources are distributed more uniformly over the northern hemisphere. The scale [1] at frequencies above 15 GHz is improved with allowance for additional data. New standard sources are determined in the millimeter wavelength range. The spectra of standard sources are obtained on the basis of accurate absolute measurements of the radiation flux density at frequencies 0.5-10 GHz by the method of an artificial moon. Spectrum shapes of the standard sources were determined by the method of relative spectra based on relative measurements in the frequency interval from 26 MHz to 31.4 GHz. This makes it possible to find spectra in the entire frequency range with an accuracy of 3-4%. We determined the spectra of more than 100 steep-spectrum extra-Galactic sources in the artificial-moon' scale. Most spectra have breaks in the frequency interval from 178 MHz to 14.9 GHz. The spectra of some sources have constant spectral indices. The distributions of the break frequencies of radio galaxies and quasars over celestial coordinates of these sources are obtained. These distributions are close to lognormal. The frequencies of the maxima of radio-galaxy and quasar distributions are equal to 1.25 and 2.5 GHz, respectively. The mean spectral indices as functions of frequency are determined for radio galaxies and quasars. The spectral indices of sources belonging to these two groups increase with frequency at the same rate below 3 GHz. At higher frequencies, the slope of the mean spectrum of galaxies remains the same, while the mean quasar spectrum flattens.  相似文献
