A highly efficient diode-pumped actively Q-switched intracavity Raman laser with SrWO(4) as the Raman-active medium is presented. As high as 23.8% diode-to-Stokes optical conversion efficiency is obtained with an incident pump power of 7.17 W and a pulse repetition rate of 15 kHz.  相似文献

This work reports a new photoluminescence (PL) emission peak at about 402 nm from amorphous ZnO nanoparticles in a silica matrix, and the energy transfer from it to Eu3+ ions. The amorphous ZnO-SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by the sol-gel method, which is verified by X-ray diffraction (XRD) profiles and FT-IR spectra. The luminescence emission spectra are fitted by four Gauss profiles, two of which at longer wavelength are due to the defects of the material and the others to amorphous ZnO nanoparticles and the Zn-O-Si interface state. With the reduction of Zn/Si ratio and diethanolamine, the relative intensities of visible emission decrease. The weak visible emission is due to the reduction of defects after calcined at high temperature. The new energy state at the Zn-O-Si interface results in strong emission at about 402 nm. When Eu3+ ions are co-doped, weak energy transfer from ZnO-SiO2 nanocomposites to Eu3+ emission are observed in the excitation spectra.  相似文献

A new series Nd:Lu3ScxGa5 − xO12 (x = 0.5, 0.8, 1, 1.2 and 1.5) laser crystals have been successfully grown by the optical floating zone method. Their absorption and luminescence spectra were measured at room temperature and spectral parameters were systemically calculated using Judd-Ofelt (JO) theory. The fluorescence τf lifetimes were experimentally measured and compared with the theoretical results. Diode-pumped continuous-wave (CW) laser performance at 1.06 μm with mixed crystals was demonstrated. The influence of different x values on laser performance and spectral parameters was also discussed. All the results show that Nd:Lu3ScxGa5 − xO12 series crystals should be suitable for laser application.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论框架下的第一性原理平面波超软赝势方法,建立了不同Eu掺杂量的锐钛矿相TiO2超胞模型,计算了其态密度、差分电荷密度、能带结构和吸收光谱.结果发现:掺杂后Eu在TiO2的禁带中产生杂质能级.通过对比两种不同Eu掺杂量(1.39at%和2.08at%)下的锐钛矿TiO2的能带结构,发现掺杂量越高,杂质能级越向深能级方向移动,说明电子复合率随杂质浓度增加而增加,即电子寿命变小,同时吸收光谱红移越显著,强度越强.根据实际需要,可在锐钛矿TiO2中适量掺杂Eu,在适当减少电子寿命情况下,使吸收光谱红移.  相似文献

In this paper,the energy spectrum of the two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model(TPJCM) is calculated exactly in the non-rotating wave approximation(non-RWA),and we study the level-crossing problem by means of fidelity.A narrow peak of the fidelity is observed at the level-crossing point,which does not appear at the avoided-crossing point.Therefore fidelity is perfectly suited for detecting the level-crossing point in the energy spectrum.  相似文献

The photoassociation dynamics of ultracold lithium atoms controlled by a cut-off pulse has been investigated theoretically by solving numerically the time-dependent Schrödinger equation using the mapped Fourier grid method. The frequency components of the laser pulse close to the atomic resonance are partly cut off. Compared with the typical Gauss-type pulses, the cut-off pulse is helpful to suppress efficiently the weakly bound states and prepare the associated molecules in the lower vibrational states. Especially, the dependence of photoassociation probability on the cut-off position of the laser pulse is explored.  相似文献

We demonstrate a tunable crystalline Raman laser by varying the temperature of Raman crystal. Nd:YAG and YVO(4) crystals were selected as the laser and Raman gain media, respectively. The center wavelength of this Nd:YAG/YVO(4) Raman laser was tuned over a 0.49 nm range from 1175.76 to 1175.27 nm when the temperature of the Raman crystal was adjusted from 5 °C to 150 °C. The characteristics of this Raman laser including tunability, output power, and beam quality factors (M(2)) dependent on temperature were also studied in this paper.  相似文献
