O22−-doped NaCl crystals are colored electrolytically by using a pointed cathode and a flat anode at various temperatures and voltages, which mainly benefit from appropriate coloration temperatures and voltages as well as anode structure of used electrolysis apparatus. Characteristic OH, U, V2m, UA, V2, V3, O2−-Va+ complex, F, R1, R2 and M absorption bands are observed in absorption spectra of the colored crystals. Production and conversion of color centers in electrolytic coloration is explained. Current-time curves for electrolytic colorations and their relationships with electrolytic colorations were given.  相似文献

A?novel method of combining photolithography, wet chemical etching and oxidation process was proposed to fabricate large area of silicon microwire (SiMW) arrays. The dimensions of the SiMWs can be easily controlled by photomask and etching conditions. Solar cells based on the heterojunction between SiMW and double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWNTs) were constructed. The initial test on the DWNT/SiMW shows efficiency (??) of?0.59%. By adding a few drops of HBr/B2 electrolyte, the efficiency was improved to 1.96% with J sc=19.2?mA/cm2 and V oc=0.35?V, FF=29.2%, showing the potential of SiMWs in photovoltaic applications.  相似文献

By using the first-principles calculations, the electronic properties are studied for the F-terminated SiC nanoribbons (SiCNRs) with either zigzag edges (ZSiCNRs) or armchair edges (ASiCNRs). The results show that the broader F-terminated ZSiCNRs are metallic and the edge states appear at the Fermi level, while the F-terminated ASiCNRs are always semiconductors independent of their width but the edge states do not appear due to the Si-C dimer bonds at the edges. The charge density contours analyses shows that the Si-F and Si-C bonds are all ionic bonds due to the much stronger electronegativities of the F and C atoms than that of the Si atom. However, the C-F bonds display a typical non-polar covalent bonding feature because of the electronegativity difference between the F and C atoms of 1.5 is a much smaller than that of between the F and Si atoms of 2.2, as well as the tighter bounded C 2s 22p 2 electrons with smaller orbital radius than the Si 3s 23p 2 electrons. For both the F- and the H-terminated ZSiCNRs, the ground state is a ferromagnetic semiconductor.  相似文献

A density functional theory (DFT) method has been applied to study the adsorption of thiophenic compounds such as thiophene (TP), benzothiophene (BT), dibenzothiophene (DBT) on cation-exchanged Cu(I)Y, Ni(II)Y, Ce(III)Y zeolites. All of calculations were carried out by the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) with the BLYP exchange-correlation functional and DNP basis set. The calculated results indicate that the stable adsorption configuration of TP molecule adsorbed on the Cu(I)Y is the η5 adsorption mode, whereas for BT and DBT, the η1S adsorption mode was found for the both molecules. Only the η1S adsorption mode can be obtained for the three thiophenic compounds adsorbed on the Ni(II)Y. The η5 adsorption mode can be ascribed to the adsorption of thiophene molecules on the Ce(III)Y, but the competition of different adsorption modes could possibly occur during the adsorption process of BT and DBT on the Ce(III)Y. Moreover, the selectivity of TP adsorbed on the adsorbents is in the order of Cu(I)Y > Ce(III)Y > Ni(II)Y, while for BT and DBT, the order is Cu(I)Y > Ni(II)Y > Ce(III)Y.  相似文献

The magnetic properties and the annealing process of Fe78Zr7B15 amorphous ribbons are investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry, and vibrating sample magnetometer. The fully amorphous structure of the as-quenched ribbons is confirmed by the XRD pattern. The Curie temperature and the saturation magnetization Ms of the ribbons are 305 °C and 124.3 emu/g, respectively. Annealing at 550 °C can result in an increase in Ms with annealing time due to the increasing crystallized volume fraction of α-Fe phase. The optimized annealing process is established at 550 °C for 20-30 min with maximum Ms of 146.6 emu/g. The morphology of the ribbons annealed at 550 °C is observed by scanning electron microscopy, showing that nanocrystalline α-Fe grains are dispersed in an amorphous matrix.  相似文献

We investigate the high-frequency timing jitter spectral density of mode-locked fiber lasers in different mode-locked regimes. Quantum-noise-limited timing jitter spectra of mode-locked-regime-switchable Yb fiber lasers are measured up to the Nyquist frequency with sub-100-as resolution. The integrated rms timing jitter of soliton, stretched-pulse, and self-similar Yb fiber lasers is measured to be 1.8, 1.1, and 2.9 fs, respectively, when integrated from 10 kHz to 40 MHz. The distinct behavior of jitter spectral density related to pulse formation mechanisms is revealed experimentally for the first time.  相似文献

Temperature-tunable directional laser emission from a dye-doped liquid-crystal-based planar random cavity laser is presented. The optically pumped nematic liquid crystal infiltrated planar random microcavity produces an ultranarrow linewidth (0.03 nm, corresponding to Q>20,000), highly directional (1.4 degrees divergence angle) laser emission. By increasing the temperature from 27 degrees C to 34 degrees C, the wavelength of an emitted polarized laser can be tuned between 605.8 and 608.5 (ordinary light) and 631.3 and 624.9 nm (extraordinary light). A simulation result from the transfer matrix method that matches the experimental results well is also presented.  相似文献

The carrier-envelope phase (CEP) characteristics of the tunable infrared laser pulses from a noncollinear optical parametric amplifier (OPA) with passively stabilized CEP are investigated experimentally. We compare the CEP fluctuation of different wavelength outputs from the OPA which is seeded by the idler pulse of a difference frequency generation (DFG) process. It is found that when the OPA output is tuned to a longer wavelength, the CEP fluctuation becomes less sensitive to the jitter of laser intensity and the phase mismatch, and therefore more stable CEP for the longer wavelength output pulses is realized.  相似文献
