Design and Synthesis of Novel EGFR Inhibitors with L‐Rhamnose–Benzoxazinone Hybrids

Four L ‐rhamnose–benzoxazinone compounds as epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors were designed and synthesized. All structures of the compounds were characterized by ¹H‐NMR, ¹³C‐NMR, and high‐resolution mass spectrometry. The inhibition activities of the target compounds for the EGFR tyrosine kinase activity in vitro were determined. Compounds 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d displayed moderate activity in targeting EGFR.     

Per(3-chloro-4-methyl)phenylcarbamate cyclodextrin clicked stationary phase for chiral separation in multiple modes high-performance liquid chromatography

In this work, a detail study has been performed on the enantioselectivity of per(3-chloro-4-methyl)phenylcarbamate-β-CD clicked chiral stationary phase (CSP) in high-performance liquid chromatography. Both normal phase and polar organic mobile phases have been explored for the enantioseparation of 39 model racemic pairs including aromatic alcohols, flavonoids, β-blockers and amino acids. Chiral resolution values over 10 were achieved for flavonoids. The comparison study with reference perphenylcarbamate-β-CD clicked CSP reveals the significance of 3-chloro-4-methyl functionality in improving the enantioselectivities. This study may provide insight on the multiple interactions between functionalized CD and analytes.     

The shoulder in the second peak of the pair correlation function of superheated liquid Fe80B20 alloy

By referencing to a series of superheated liquid Fe_100 ? xB_x (x = 0 to 100) alloys, the existence of the shoulder in the second peak of the pair correlation functions of liquid Fe₈₀B₂₀ alloy is confirmed. The shoulder is caused by the unequal opportunity of connection modes rather than the occurrence of particular types of B-centered clusters. Our model predicts that vertex sharing and face sharing of the B-centered structure units are the two significant connection modes responsible for the shoulder. This picture may fill the gap in understanding the widely different shapes of the second peak in superheated liquid and amorphous Fe₈₀B₂₀ alloy.     

光子晶体的制备与应用进展

光子晶体概念的提出到现在已有20多年,由于其特有的带隙和缺陷结构可实现对光子传播的控制,与传统的基于半导体晶体的电子技术相比更具优势,是未来光子计算机和光子通讯技术研发的核心。近年来,基于新材料、新方法制备的具有复杂结构的光子晶体不断涌现,其应用范围也从较早的波导、光开关、反射镜拓展到传感器、超棱镜、微透镜、太阳能电池、增强LED发光、光存储、生物芯片、仿生等新兴领域。本文结合了最新的研究状况,探讨了光子晶体的制备与应用进展。     

基于短信息服务的通用型数据监控系统的研制及应用

短信息服务(Short Message Service, SMS)广泛被应用于移动设备间收发文本信息,具有低成本、使用方便、网络覆盖广和可靠性高等诸多优点,在工业设备远程监控领域具有广阔的应用空间。数据监控系统通常针对某一个或者一类设备而设计,其通用性和可移植性通常较差,对一般用户而言,开发门槛和成本较高。文中讲述了采用VC6.0和Access数据库实现基于SMS的通用型远程数据记录和实时监控系统,通过恰当的数据结构设计和模块化编程,屏蔽了硬件差别,大大降低了用户的开发成本和开发难度,快速实现手持设备对一般工业设备的实时数据监控。     

Surface Plasmon Resonance Microscopy: From Single‐Molecule Sensing to Single‐Cell Imaging

Surface plasmon resonance microscopy (SPRM) is a versatile platform for chemical and biological sensing and imaging. Great progress in exploring its applications, ranging from single‐molecule sensing to single‐cell imaging, has been made. In this Minireview, we introduce the principles and instrumentation of SPRM. We also summarize the broad and exciting applications of SPRM to the analysis of single entities. Finally, we discuss the challenges and limitations associated with SPRM and potential solutions.     

The Photoelectron Behaviors of Sulfur Sensitizing AgCl in the Optical Storage Process

Using Microwave Dielectric Spectrum Detection Technology (MDSD) detects the instantaneous decay processes of free electrons and shallow trapped electrons of cubic AgCl at the same time. The best condition of our experiment is 55℃.
