以BBOT为电子传输层的聚合物蓝色发光二极管

在前篇文章中[1]我们报导了以perylene掺杂的PVCz聚合物单层电致发光器件,得到蓝色发光,其亮度为59(cd/m2).在这篇文章中,我们以PVCz作为空穴传导层,BBOT为电子传导层制成了双层结构的发光二极管.亮度和效率都大大超过单层器件.     

带非局部源的退化半线性抛物型方程解的爆破

该文研究带Dirichlet边界条件的退化半线性抛物型方程:xqut-uxx=∫0af(u)dx,这里q>0.作者证明了局部解的存在唯一性并且得到当初值充分大时解在有限时刻爆破.进而,证明解的爆破点集是整个区间[0,a],这与具有局部源的方程解的性质不同.     

Convergence rate estimate for a domain decomposition method

Summary We provide a convergence rate analysis for a variant of the domain decomposition method introduced by Gropp and Keyes for solving the algebraic equations that arise from finite element discretization of nonsymmetric and indefinite elliptic problems with Dirichlet boundary conditions in ². Unfolding Features of Bovine Testicular Hyaluronidase Studied by Fluorescence Spectroscopy and Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy

Chemical unfolding of bovine testicular hyaluronidase (HAase) has been studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Thermodynamic parameters were determined for unfolding HAase from changes in the intrinsic fluorescence emission intensity and the formations of several possible unfolding intermediates have been identified. This was further confirmed by representation of fluorescence data in terms of ‘phase diagram’. The secondary structures of HAase have been assigned and semiquantitatively estimated from the FTIR. The occurrence of conformational change during chemical unfolding as judged by fluorescence and FTIR spectroscopy indicated that the unfolding of HAase may not follow the typical two-state model.     

Characteristics of an add-drop filter composed of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer and double ring resonators

A planar lightwave circuit (PLC) add-drop filter is proposed and analyzed, which consists of a symmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) combined with double microring resonators. A critical coupling condition is derived for a better box-like drop spectrum. Comparisons of its characteristics with other schemes,such as a MZI with a single ring resonator, are presented, and some of the issues about device design and fabrication are also discussed.

本文提出计算结构动力响应的三参数单步数值积分法,它具有无条件稳定性质,并具有合适的算法阻尼.通过分析及与其他数值积分法比较,说明本文算法的精度有所提高.     

城区爆破作业对环境的影响

本文用一个城区爆破作业的实例说明,只要采取可靠的技术措施,就可将爆破对环境的影响,如振动、噪声、飞石等,控制在允许的范围内,从而可以在人口稠密的城区顺利地进行较大规模的爆破施工,加快工程进度。     

薄膜电致发光瞬态过程的物理模型及定量计算

本文利用桥式平衡电路及Sawyer-Towre电路系统地测量了薄膜电致发光(TFEL)器件的损耗电流波形,发光亮度波形及电荷电压回线.在实验基础上建立了TFEL电子传输过程的物理模型和等效电路,由克希霍夫定律可建立激活层的瞬态电压及电流的微分方程,由此导出损耗电流波形,发光亮度波形及Q-V回线的数学表达式.利用计算机模拟将计算结果与实验进行比较,利用四个调节参数即得到与实验相当好的拟合.     

Semiclassical approximation for transmission through open Sinai billiards

We use a semiclassical approximation to study the transport through the weakly open chaotic Sinai quantum billiards which can be considered as the schematic of a Sinai mesoscopic device,with the diffractive scatterings at the lead openings taken into account.The conductance of the ballistic microstructure which displays universal fluctuations due to quantum interference of electrons can be calculated by Landauer formula as a function of the electron Fermi wave number,and the transmission amplitude can be expressed as the sum over all classical paths connecting the entrance and the exit leads.For the Sinai billiards,the path sum leads to an excellent numerical agreement between the peak positions of power spectrum of the transmission amplitude and the corresponding lengths of the classical trajectories,which demonstrates a good agreement between the quantum theory and the semiclassical theory.
