The state-to-state photodissociassion dynamics for the B band of D2O have been explored from quantum dynamical calculations including the electronic ~X and ~B states. The calculations were carried out using a Chebyshev real wave packet method. The calculated absorption spectra, product state distributions, and branching ratios from different initial vibrational states show di?erent dynamic features, due to the different shapes of the vibrational wavefunctions. The initial bending mode (0,1,0) generates two lobes with a shallow minimum on the absorption spectrum and a slight inverted vibrational population of OD(~X )product at high total energies. The rotational state distributions of OD(~X , v=0) product are highly inverted and depend weakly on the initial state and total energy. On the other hand, the ro-vibrational distributions of OD(A~) product strongly oscillate with the total energy, which are dominated by the long-living resonances and depend sensitively on the potential surfaces. The antisymmetric stretching mode (0,0,1) has large OD( ~ A)/OD(~X ) branching ratios at high total energies, which indicates that the B band dissociation proceeds mainly via the adiabatic pathway in some cases. 相似文献

Hofmeister series ranks the ability of salt ions in influencing a variety of properties and processes in aqueous solutions.In this review,we reexamine how these ions and some other small molecules affect water structure and thermodynamic properties,such as surface tension and protein backbone solvation.We illustrate the difficulties in interpreting the thermodynamic information based on structural and dynamic arguments.As an alternative,we show that the solvation properties of ions and proteins/small molecules can be used to explain the salt effects on the thermodynamic properties of the solutions.Our analysis shows that the often neglected cation-anion cooperativity plays a very important role in these effects.We also argue that the change of hydrogen donor/acceptor equilibrium by added cosolutes/cosolvents can be used to explain their effects on protein secondary structure denaturation/protection:those increase hydrogen donor concentrations such as urea and salts with strongly solvated cations/weakly hydrated anions tend to dissolve protein backbone acting as secondary structure denaturants,whereas those lack of hydrogen donors but rich in acceptors have the opposite effect. 相似文献

The screening conditions of an existing column and mobile phase selection strategy for chiral compounds in normal‐phase high performance liquid chromatography (NP‐HPLC) were tested for their applicability on Chiralpak IC, which is a chiral stationary phase (CSP) made by immobilising cellulosic tris (3,5‐dichlorophenyl‐carbamate) on silica gel. In this study, the applicability of the optimization steps of the existing separation strategy was examined using 36 compounds representing the three possible resolution situations that occur after screening. The cumulative number of separated compounds is 27 (75.0 %), and the cumulative number of baseline separated compounds is 19 (52.8 %). 相似文献

The development of efficient catalysts for electrochemical hydrogen evolution is essential for energy conversion technologies. Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) has emerged as a promising electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction, and its performance greatly depends on its exposed edge sites and conductivity. Layered MoS2 nanosheets supported on a 3D graphene aerogel network (GA‐MoS2) exhibit significant catalytic activity in hydrogen evolution. The GA‐MoS2 composite displays a unique 3D architecture with large active surface areas, leading to high catalytic performance with low overpotential, high current density, and good stability. 相似文献

The chemical properties of carbide‐cluster metallofullerenes (CCMFs) remain largely unexplored, although several new members of CCMFs have been discovered recently. Herein, we report the reaction between Sc2C2@C3v(8)‐C82, which is viewed as a prototypical CCMF because of its high abundance, and 3‐triphenylmethyl‐5‐oxazolidinone ( 1 ) to afford the corresponding pyrrolidino derivative Sc2C2@C3v(8)‐C82(CH2)2NTrt ( 2 ; Trt=triphenylmethyl). Single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography studies of 2 revealed that the reaction takes place at a [6,6]‐bond junction, which is directly over the encapsulated C2 unit and is far from either of the two scandium atoms. On the basis of theoretical calculations and by considering previously reports, we have found that a hexagonal carbon ring on the cage of Sc2C2@C3v(8)‐C82 is highly reactive toward different reagents due to the overlap of high p‐orbital axis vector (POAV) angles and large LUMO coefficients. We propose that this highly concentrated area of reactivity is generated by the encapsulation of the Sc2C2 cluster because this region is absent from the empty fullerene C3v(8)‐C82. Moreover, the absorption and electrochemical results confirm that derivative 2 is more stable than pristine Sc2C2@C3v(8)‐C82, thus illuminating its potential applications. 相似文献

The rational design of high‐performance fluorescent materials for cancer targeting in vivo is still challenging. A unique molecular design strategy is presented that involves tailoring aggregation‐induced emission (AIE)‐active organic molecules to realize preferable far‐red and NIR fluorescence, well‐controlled morphology (from rod‐like to spherical), and also tumor‐targeted bioimaging. The shape‐tailored organic quinoline–malononitrile (QM) nanoprobes are biocompatible and highly desirable for cell‐tracking applications. Impressively, the spherical shape of QM‐5 nanoaggregates exhibits excellent tumor‐targeted bioimaging performance after intravenously injection into mice, but not the rod‐like aggregates of QM‐2. 相似文献

A novel white‐light‐emitting organic molecule, which consists of carbazolyl‐ and phenothiazinyl‐substituted benzophenone (OPC) and exhibits aggregation‐induced emission‐delayed fluorescence (AIE‐DF) and mechanofluorochromic properties was synthesized. The CIE color coordinates of OPC were directly measured with a non‐doped powder, which presented white‐emission coordinates (0.33, 0.33) at 244 K to 252 K and (0.35, 0.35) at 298 K. The asymmetric donor–acceptor–donor′ (D‐A‐D′) type of OPC exhibits an accurate inherited relationship from dicarbazolyl‐substituted benzophenone (O2C, D‐A‐D) and diphenothiazinyl‐substituted benzophenone (O2P, D′‐A‐D′). By purposefully selecting the two parent molecules, that is, O2C (blue) and O2P (yellow), the white‐light emission of OPC can be achieved in a single molecule. This finding provides a feasible molecular strategy to design new AIE‐DF white‐light‐emitting organic molecules. 相似文献

Experimental evidence for the presence of tert‐butyl cations, which are important intermediates in acid‐catalyzed heterogeneous reactions, on solid acids has still not been provided to date. Cultivation of myxobacteria of the Nannocystis genus led to the isolation and structure elucidation of a class of novel cyclic lactone inhibitors of elongation factor 1. Whole genome sequence analysis and annotation enabled identification of the putative biosynthetic cluster and synthesis process. In biological assays the compounds displayed anti‐fungal and cytotoxic activity. Combined genetic and proteomic approaches identified the eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1α (EF‐1α) as the primary target for this compound class. Nannocystin A ( 1 ) displayed differential activity across various cancer cell lines and EEF1A1 expression levels appear to be the main differentiating factor. Biochemical and genetic evidence support an overlapping binding site of 1 with the anti‐cancer compound didemnin B on EF‐1α. This myxobacterial chemotype thus offers an interesting starting point for further investigations of the potential of therapeutics targeting elongation factor 1. 相似文献

Development of efficient and affordable electrocatalysts in neutral solutions is paramount importance for the renewable energy. Herein, we report that the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) performance of Co3S4 under neutral conditions can be enhanced by exposed octahedral planes and self‐adapted spin states in atomically thin nanosheets. A HAADF image clearly confirmed that the active octahedra with Jahn–Teller distortions were exposed exclusively. Most importantly, in the atomically thin nanosheets, the spin states of Co3+ in the octahedral self‐adapt from low‐spin to high‐spin states. As a result, the synergistic effect endow the Co3S4 nanosheets with superior OER performance, with exceptional low onset overpotentials of circa 0.31 V in neutral solutions, which is state‐of‐the‐art among inorganic non‐noble metal compounds. 相似文献
