实验研究了装有Pt覆盖的多孔陶瓷的Swiss-Roll燃烧器的燃烧特性,分别得到了3种不同长度的催化剂基底的熄火极限,并测量3种情况下催化剂壁面及催化剂后部空间的温度。实验结果表明,3种情况中,催化剂基底长4.5mm的燃烧器可燃范围最大,所以此长度较适合此Swiss-Roll燃烧器。从温度数据可以看出来,催化剂后部空间存在反应,且受上游催化剂表面反应强度的影响。  相似文献

We report the integration of inorganic nanotubes into metal-oxide-solution field effect transistors (FETs) which exhibit rapid field effect modulation of ionic conductance. Surface functionalization, analogous to doping in semiconductors, can switch the nanofluidic transistors from p-type to ambipolar and n-type field effect transistors. Transient study reveals the kinetics of field effect modulation is controlled by ion-exchange step. Nanofluidic FETs have potential implications in subfemtoliter analytical technology and large-scale nanofluidic integration.  相似文献

Two-dimensional double nanoparticle (DNP) arrays are demonstrated theoretically, supporting the interaction between out-of-plane magnetic plasmons and in-plane lattice resonances, which can be achieved by tuning the nanoparticle height or the array period due to the height-dependent magnetic resonance and the periodicity-dependent lattice resonance. The interplay between the two plasmon modes can lead to a remarkable change in resonance lineshape and an improvement on magnetic field enhancement. Simultaneous electric field and magnetic field enhancement can be obtained in the gap region between neighboring particles at two resonance frequencies as the interplay occurs, which presents “open” cavities as electromagnetic field hot spots for potential applications on detection and sensing. The results not only offer an attractive way to tune the optical responses of plasmonic nanostructure, but also provide further insight into the plasmon interactions in periodic nanostructure or metamaterials comprising multiple elements.  相似文献

We present a systematic study of the structure, magnetization, resistivity, and Hall effect properties of pulsed laser deposited Fe- and Cu-codoped In2O3 and indium-tin-oxide (ITO) thin films. Both the films show a clear ferromagnetism and anomalous Hall effect at 300 K. The saturated magnetic moments are almost the same for the two samples, but their remanent moments Mr and coercive fields HC are quite different. Mr and HC values of ITO film are much smaller than that of In2O3. The ITO sample shows a typical semiconducting behavior in whole studied temperature range, while the In2O3 thin film is metallic in the temperature range between 147 and 285 K. Analysis of different conduction mechanisms suggest that charge carriers are not localized in the present films. The profile of the anomalous Hall effect vs. magnetic field was found to be identical to the magnetic hysteresis loops, indicating the possible intrinsic nature of ferromagnetism in the present samples.  相似文献

The general block ST decomposition of the saddle point problem is used as a preconditioner to transform the saddle point problem into an equivalent symmetric and positive definite system. Such a decomposition is called a block ST preconditioner. Two general block ST preconditioners are proposed for saddle point problems with symmetric and positive definite (1,1)-block. Some estimations of the condition number of the preconditioned system are given. The same study is done for singular (1,1)-block.  相似文献

Tuning the adhesive force on a superhydrophobic MnO(2) nanostructured film was achieved by fabricating different patterns including meshlike, ball cactus-like, and tilted nanorod structures. The marvelous modulation range of the adhesive forces from 130 to nearly 0 μN endows these superhydrophobic surfaces with extraordinarily different dynamic properties of water droplets. This pattern-dependent adhesive property is attributed to the kinetic barrier difference resulting from the different continuity of the three-interface contact line. This finding will provide the general strategies for the adhesion adjustment on superhydrophobic surfaces.  相似文献

Controlling the solution‐state aggregation of conjugated polymers for producing specific microstructures remains challenging. Herein, a practical approach is developed to finely tune the solid‐state microstructures through temperature‐controlled solution‐state aggregation and polymer crystallization. High temperature generates significant conformation fluctuation of conjugated backbones in solution, which facilitates the polymer crystallization from solvated aggregates to orderly packed structures. The polymer films deposited at high temperatures exhibit less structural disorders and higher electron mobilities (up to two orders of magnitude) in field‐effect transistors, compared to those deposited at low temperatures. This work provides an effective strategy to tune the solution‐state aggregation to reveal the relationship between solution‐state aggregation and solid‐state microstructures of conjugated polymers.  相似文献
