Molybdenum disulfide nanoflakes (MoS2) are superior material for their semiconducting properties. For bulk and monolayer MoS2 the band gap changes from indirect-to-direct, respectively. So, it exhibits promising prospects in the applications of optoelectronics and valleytronics, such as solar cells, transistors, photodetectors, etc. In this research, the influence of different Ar flow rates as the carrier gas, is investigated for growing MoS2 nanoflakes on silicon substrates using one-step thermal chemical vapor deposition by simultaneously evaporating of solid sources like sulfur and molybdenum trioxide powders. The structural and optical properties of the obtained nanoflakes are assessed by using X-ray diffraction pattern, scanning electron microscopy, UV–visible absorption, photoluminescence and Raman spectroscopy. It is shown that, Ar gas flow rate is strongly affects on the final products as few-layer MoS2 structures. Moreover, the abundance of MoS2 in comparison to MoO2 and MoO3 structures, in the obtained nanoflakes, is influenced by the Ar flow rate.  相似文献

A storage ring free-electron laser (SR-FEL) is inherently a self-mode-locked optical system. The gain broadening due to electron energy spread affects the small signal gain in order to determine the output coupling. Here, the dependence of the small signal gain, the optimum output coupling, and pulse duration on both electron energy spread and loss of a Fabry–Perot resonator in UV SR-FEL were investigated. It was shown that the output coupling strongly affects the mode-locked pulse duration and the present picosecond pulses can be shortened to femtosecond ones using a proper low-loss resonator.  相似文献

We investigate the problem of existence and flow invariance of mild solutions to nonautonomous partial differential delay equations , t?s, us=φ, where B(t) is a family of nonlinear multivalued, α-accretive operators with D(B(t)) possibly depending on t, and the operators F(t,.) being defined—and Lipschitz continuous—possibly only on “thin” subsets of the initial history space E. The results are applied to population dynamics models. We also study the asymptotic behavior of solutions to this equation. We report herein the synthesis of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles incorporating a polyaniline (PANI) matrix in aqueous medium and its catalytic performance toward Friedel–Crafts acylation reactions. The acylation reactions demonstrate that polyaniline/nano-ZnO composites are very active catalysts and are able to activate the reactant at ambient temperature. The obtained nanocatalyst was characterized by Fourier transform–infrared, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller, X-ray diffraction, and particle-size analysis techniques. The catalyst was reusable for five cycles without appreciable loss in activity.  相似文献

The maximum steady-state flux of 79 compounds (substituted benzenes, and quinolones and their derivatives) with a wide range of polarity through a PDMS membrane was predicted using a comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA) and comparative molecular similarity index analysis (CoMSIA) methods. Moreover, the contribution of partial atomic charge to mass transport phenomena was further verified by the correlation of atomic charge to apparent permeability through polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membranes. The obtained results indicated superiority of CoMSIA model over CoMFA model. The best CoMSIA model is developed based on the combination of electrostatic and hydrophobic and H-bond acceptor fields (CoMSIA-EHA). The contour maps of electrostatic and hydrophobic and H-bond acceptor fields of CoMSIA model provide an interpretable and logical relationship between chemicals structure and their fluxes, which give useful insights for designing new compounds with higher penetration through the membranes.  相似文献

In this research, multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) was oxidized and chemically modified through reaction with 3‐(trimethoxysilyl)propan‐1‐amine (TMSPA) and their subsequent reaction with 2‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxy benzaldehyde. Subsequently, this material was metalized by reaction with copper acetate that lead to formation and impergeation of 2‐methoxy‐6‐((3‐(trimethoxysilyl)propylimino)methyl)phenol MMSPIMP? MWCNT‐Cu. This novel material was identified with different techniques such as SEM and FT‐IR analysis. In this work, the reported material are exhibited high accurate and repeatable monitoring of iodide due to its high surface area with various reactive centre. It exhibited selectivity for iodide over the wide linear dynamic range between 1.8×10?6 and 1.15×10?1 M, with a Nernstian slope of ?59.12±0.7 mV per decade of activity and detection limit of 1.8×10?6 M. Copper sulfide nanoparticles were prepared and their effect on the electrode response was investigated. The results were improved in the presence of nanoparticles with fast and stable response, good reproducibility, long‐term stability, high selectivity over the presence of common organic and inorganic anions, high detection limit and dynamic range. The proposed sensor has been applied as potentiometric determination of some iodine species over a pH range of 2.5–10.  相似文献

In this work, an efficient, user-friendly, and simple procedure was reported for the preparation of indole derivatives catalyzed by the heterogeneous SBA-15-Pr-SO3H via Fischer indole pathway. The title compounds were synthesized from various arylhydrazines and ketones in the presence of 3 mol% of the catalyst in the refluxing ethanol.  相似文献
