Hydrodynamic problems of fluid flow with three-phase contact lines (for example, solid body-liquid-gas or solid body and two nonmixing liquids) are of special interest. Much attention has been paid lately to steady and quasisteady flows. Significantly unsteady problems of this kind have almost escaped consideration. In the present paper, we study a model problem of a significantly unsteady motion of a finite volume of an incompressible fluid with a three-phase contact line. The static contact angle is assumed to be right and the initial free surface of the liquid is assumed to be cylindrical. One of the planes instantaneously begins to move toward the other with a constant finite velocity. Flows with high Reynolds numbers and small capillary numbers are considered. Mass forces are ignored in the problem. The basic result is the construction of a formal asymptotic of the solution at small times. The results of numerical calculations and measurements of some reactor parameters during the physical startup tests at unit 3 of Rostov NPP are presented. The following parameters are considered: the critical boron acid concentration and the currents from ionization chambers (IC) during the scram system efficiency evaluation. The scram system efficiency was determined using the inverse point kinetics equation with the measured and simulated IC currents. The results of steady-state calculations of relative power distribution and efficiency of the scram system and separate groups of control rods of the control and protection system are also presented. The hysteresis narrowing and magnetocaloric effect (MCE) were studied in the Ni-Mn-Ga alloys. Ni54Mn24Ga22 and Ni51.9Mn27Ga21.1 were selected in order to obtain specific characteristic temperatures of alloys and to study an influence of several factors on the hysteresis width (δ) of basic austenite-martensite (AM) transformation. The effect of martensite crystal lattice softening due to intermartensitic transition (IT) taking place immediately after AM transformation on δ was examined in alloy 1. MCE was measured in alloy 2, in which Curie temperature (TC) and austenitic start temperature (AS) coincides. It was demonstrated that the hysteresis width δ reaches about 2 K, if IT is enough close to AM transition. MCE was found to have a maximum at TCAS.  相似文献

A simple integrated ratiometric wavelength-monitoring device based on a single directional coupler (DC) is proposed and designed. To meet the desired spectral response, a computationally fast method is proposed to optimize the separation distance between two waveguides and the interaction length of the DC based on the local supermodes solution. The method for measurement of trans-membrane potential of cell membrane was evaluated for the case of low potential value using fluorescence probe 4-(4-dimethylaminostyryl)-1-methylpyridinium, DSM. The method is based on comparative titration of cells with probe in buffers containing Na(+) or K(+). The apparent trans-membrane potential obtained with this way is a result of K(+)-Na(+) pump activity. The presented approach allowed measuring the low value of potential with 1-2?mV of accuracy without additional calibration procedures. The method was applied for investigation of potential of cell membrane of haemocytes of Galleria mellonella larvae. The value of potential of intact insect's haemocytes was found in the range from -10 to -20?mV. The change of potential value of haemocytes was investigated under model immune response and natural envenomation and parasitizing. The obtained deviations of cell membrane potential were in good correlation with changes of activity of main immune reactions, described in literature and obtained by us earlier.  相似文献

A theory of resonance Raman scattering of light by 2LO-phonons in semiconductor crystals is presented. Wannier excitons are considered as intermediate states. Analytic expressions are obtained that take into account contributions from different chains of intermediate states. The scattering cross section is shown to be weakly dependent on the wave vector imparted to the phonon system. The theoretical model permits the calculation of the scattering cross section for the energy of the exciting radiation photon below the level of exciton resonances.  相似文献
