A sensitive and selective method has been developed for the micro-determination of Mn(II) by the selective extraction of the yellow Mn(II)-8-hydroxyquinolinate complex with a liquid ion-exchanger, Aliquat 336, from basic medium. The molar absorptivity of the complex is 2.2 x 10(4)1.mole(-1).cm(-1) at 420 nm and the colour system obeys Beer's law in the range 0.1-3.5 ppm Mn(II) in the final solution. The composition and stability of the complex are discussed. Potential interferents have been examined and the method is applied to analysis of standard steel and bronze samples.  相似文献

Five methods of acid digestion of amniotic fluid phospholipids for inorganic phosphate release were evaluated at a temperature of 225 °C and a heating time of 30 min. The methods used the following digestants: (A (perchloric acid), B (perchloric acid containing molybdate), C (sulfuric acid, 30% hydrogen peroxide, 5% urea), D (sulfuric-perchloric acids), and E (sulfuric-perchloric acids with vanadium pentoxide). After digestion and dilution with water, a hydrogen ion concentration of about 2.5 mol/ liter was obtained that permitted the use of stannous chloride-hydrazine sulfate as the reducing agent for phosphate color development. Recoveries of the different amniotic fluid phospholipids and aqueous phosphate standards were quantitative for all methods. A comparative study with amniotic fluids showed similar results for all methods. Since all methods were found to be equivalent under the specified conditions described, the choice was dependent upon the user's preference.  相似文献

The carbocyclic analog (VI) of cytidine was prepared from the carbocyclic analog (I) of uridine. The intermediate stages were a tetrabenzoyl derivative of I, the tribenzoyl derivative of the uridine analog, and the tribenzoyl 4-chloropyrimidinone obtained from the latter derivative. The cytidine analog (VI) is active against KB cells in culture and against L1210 leukemia in mice. In the initial tests against L1210 leukemia, the highest dose (200 mg./kg./day, q.d. 1-9), of three active doses, increased lifespan by 82% and showed no evidence of toxicity.  相似文献

The electrochemical behaviour of kinetin (6-furfurylaminopurine) on a carbon paste modified with OV-17 silicone electrode, is studied. The determination of kinetin is possible working in square wave voltammetric techniques, reaching limits of determination of 38.7 ng ml−1. The proposed method was successfully applied to determine the cytokinin in extracts of apples (previously spiked with kinetin) and the obtained results were in accordance with the results obtained with HPLC-UV.  相似文献

The change in fluidity by adding pentoxifylline to erythrocyte membranes was compared with that caused by S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAM) by the method of electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. When SAM or pentoxifylline was added externally to the erythrocyte suspension (outside), the fluidity of the membrane bilayer was increased after incubation at 37 degrees C. However, the fluidity change in the inner part of the bilayer was relatively small compared to that in its outer part. These fluidity changes were dependent on the incubation time and the temperature. When the erythrocyte suspension was preincubated overnight at 4 degrees C in the presence of drugs (inside), the fluidity of the inner part of the membrane changed significantly. Nevertheless, that of the outer part of the lipid bilayer was not affected. Such an asymmetric fluidity change in the lipid bilayer was not observed by the addition of other xanthine derivatives such as caffeine, theophylline and theobromine. S-Adenosyl-L-homocysteine suppressed and MgCl2 enhanced the increase of the membrane fluidity by SAM or pentoxifylline. Furthermore, the effects of SAM and pentoxifylline on erythrocyte deformability were determined by a filtering technique method. In increasing order the additive effects of SAM and pentoxifylline on the erythrocyte filterability were SAM (outside) less than pentoxifylline (inside) less than pentoxifylline (outside) less than SAM (inside). These results suggest that pentoxifylline also affects the membrane fluidity through the enzymatic methylation of phospholipids.  相似文献

The stability and some physicochemical properties of a novel hexapeptide, (Me)Arg-Lys-Pro-Trp-tert-Leu-Leu-OEt (I), with neurotensin activity, were investigated. The degradation of I in aqueous solution was observed as a pseudo-first order reaction. By determining the degradation rate of I at various pH values, it was found that I was most stable at around pH 4. The activation energies of the degradation in aqueous solutions at pH 2.2, 6.1, 7.0 and 8.0 were 16.3, 22.2, 23.9 and 24.2 kcal/mol, respectively. The enzymatic hydrolysis of I was studied in vitro with a porcine liver esterase at 37 degrees C. The degradation of I in this system was observed as a pseudo-first order reaction. The degradation rate of I in the presence of the esterase was about 10000 times larger than the rate in a buffer solution. I in the solid state was stable under 65 degrees C and labilized by strong light and/or high humidity. The pKa1, pKa2 and pKa3 of I were 7.1, 10.0 and 11.3, respectively. The partition coefficients between n-octanol and the buffer solution at pH values ranging from 2 to 11 were measured. The partition coefficient increased with the increase of the pH value. But the value at pH 7.0 was 2.10 x 10(-2), which was very low. The solubility of I in aqueous solution was more than 10 mg/ml. From the results of the powder X-ray diffraction pattern, I in the solid state was found to be amorphous. The dissolution rates in the 1st and 2nd fluid of JPXI at 37 degrees C and 100 rpm were 19.4 and 9.0 mg/cm2.min, respectively.  相似文献

Deprotonated 2-phenyl-1,3-dithiane undergoes competitive losses of H˙, C3H6 C2H4S, C3H4S, C7H6S, C10H10 and C10H10S upon collisional activation. The elimination of H occurs from the phenyl ring. The loss of C3H6 occurs by simple cleavage of the dithiane ring. All other processes involve specific proton transfer followed by either cleavage or internal nucleophilic displacement.  相似文献

The garnet-type fluorides, Na3M2Li3F12 (M = Al, Cr, and Fe) were synthesized as the coprecipitates of ~1 to 10 μm powders from HF solutions. The garnet structures were always obtained under acidic conditions. The incorporation of water molecules into the structure of the Cr and Fe garnets was observed. After heat treatment at 300°C, very small unknown peaks were observed in the X-ray powder pattern in addition to the garnet phase which had a slightly smaller value of the lattice constant than that of hydrous garnets. From the measurement of magnetic properties and Mössbauer effects, the Fe and Cr garnets were found to be paramagnetic with both ions in the trivalent state. Presentation of infrared spectra of the garnets is also included.  相似文献
