The convergent total syntheses of gambierol (1) and 16-epi-gambierol (2) have been achieved. The ABC and FGH ring segments 4 and 5 were prepared from known compounds 6 and 13, respectively, by linear manners. The fragments prepared were connected by our own synthetic strategy including the intramolecular allylation of alpha-acetoxy ether followed by ring-closing metathesis to furnish the octacyclic ether 3. The diiodoalkene 45, prepared from 3, was converted to the Z-iodoalkene 50 via a novel and stereoselective hydrogenolysis followed by deprotection. Construction of the triene side chain was performed by the modified Stille coupling of 50 with the Z-vinylic stannane 41 to afford 1. The similar transformations were carried out on the epimeric octacycle 34 to give 2, which showed no toxicity against mice at the concentration of 14 mg/kg.  相似文献

Transition-metal-catalyzed C−H functionalization reactions with Cp*MIII catalysts (M=Co, Rh, Ir) have found a wide variety of applications in organic synthesis. Albeit the intrinsic difficulties in achieving catalytic stereocontrol using these catalysts due to their lack of additional coordination sites for external chiral ligands and the conformational flexibility of the Cp ligand, catalytic enantioselective C−H functionalization reactions using the Group 9 metal triad with Cp-type ligands have been intensively studied since 2012. In this minireview, the progress in these reactions according to the type of the chiral catalyst used are summarized and discussed. The development of chiral Cpx ligands the metal complexes thereof, artificial metalloenzymes, chiral carboxylate-assisted enantioselective C−H activations, enantioselective alkylations assisted by chiral carboxylic acids or chiral sulfonates, and chiral transient directing groups are discussed.  相似文献

The synthesis of highly negatively charged polyoxometalates with electrically and structurally controlled uniform basic sites can lead to the unique base catalysis. In this work, a γ‐Keggin germanodecatungstate, [γ‐HGeW10O36]7? ( A ), having a ?7 charge was, for the first time, successfully synthesized by the reaction of [γ‐H2GeW10O36]6? with one equivalent of [(n‐C4H9)4N]OH under non‐aqueous conditions. The activities of germanodecatungstates for base‐catalyzed reactions dramatically increased with increase in the number negative charges from ?6 to ?7. In the presence of A , various combinations of acylating agents and primary alcohols including those with acid‐sensitive functional groups chemoselectively gave the desired acylated products in high yields even under the stoichiometric conditions.  相似文献

Three new tripyridyl tripodal ligands appended with either fullerene or pyromellitdiimide moieties, named C(60)-s-Tripod, C(60)-l-Tripod, and PI-Tripod, were synthesized and introduced into a porphyrin macroring N-(1-Zn)(3) (where 1-Zn = trisporphyrinatozinc(II)). From UV-vis absorption and fluorescence titration data, the binding constants of C(60)-s-Tripod, C(60)-l-Tripod, and PI-Tripod with N-(1-Zn)(3) in benzonitrile were estimated to be 3 × 10(8), 1 × 10(7), and 2 × 10(7) M(-1), respectively. These large binding constants denote multiple interactions of the ligands to N-(1-Zn)(3). The binding constants of the longer ligand (C(60)-l-Tripod) and the pyromellitdiimide ligand (PI-Tripod) are almost the same as those without the fullerene or pyromellitdiimide groups, indicating that they interact via three pyridyl groups to the porphyrinatozinc(II) coordination. In contrast, the larger binding constants and the almost complete fluorescence quenching in the case of the shorter ligand (C(60)-s-Tripod) indicate that the interaction with N-(1-Zn)(3) is via two pyridyl groups to the porphyrinatozinc(II) coordination and a π-π interaction of the fullerene to the porphyrin(s). The fluorescence of N-(1-Zn)(3) was quenched by up to 80% by the interaction of C(60)-l-Tripod. The nanosecond transient absorption spectra showed only the excited triplet peak of the fullerene on selective excitation of the macrocyclic porphyrins, indicating that energy transfer from the excited N-(1-Zn)(3) group to the fullerenyl moiety occurs in the C(60)-l-Tripod/N-(1-Zn)(3) composite. In the case of PI-Tripod, the fluorescence of N-(1-Zn)(3) was quenched by 45%. It seems that the fluorescence quenching probably originates from electron transfer from the excited N-(1-Zn)(3) group to the pyromellitdiimide moiety.  相似文献

Negative-ion fast-atom bombardment collision-induced dissociation tandem mass spectrometric (FAB-CID-MS/MS) methodology was successfully applied to verify the highly complex structure of ostreocin-D (MW 2633), a new palytoxin analog isolated from the marine dinoflagellate Ostreopsis siamensis and proposed to be 42-hydroxy-3,26-didemethyl-19,44-dideoxypalytoxin based on NMR data. The charge-remote fragmentations were facilitated by a negative charge introduced to a terminal amino group or to a hydroxyl group at the other terminus by a reaction with 2-sulfobenzoic acid cyclic anhydride. Product ions generated from the [M - H](-) ions provided information on the structural details of ostreocin-D. Comparisons between the spectral data for ostreocin-D and palytoxin also provided a rational basis for the assignments of product ions.  相似文献

The purpose of our research is to obtain an understanding of the binding mechanism and its correlations in terms of chemical structure and the potentiactive drug activity. The interaction of 5-fluorouracil (5-fluorouracil is used as an anticancer drug) with sodium poly-,L-glutamate in aqueous solution was studied with a spectral method and viscosity measurement. From the binding data, the molar change in enthalpy, entropy and the number of binding sites on the polymer were calculated. It is very interesting that the value ofH0 of the binding of 5-fluorouracil with sodium poly-,L-glutamate is smaller than that of 5-trifluoromethyluracil (although 5-trifluoromethyluracil is not used as an anticancer drug, the compound has a similar structure to 5-fluorouracil).  相似文献

Ferrocene-bridged trisporphyrin (2) was synthesized by two-steps condensation of corresponding aldehydes and dipyrromethanes, and its self-assembling behavior based on the complementary coordination motif of imidazolylporphyrinatozinc(II) was investigated in conjunction with hinge-like flexibility given by freely rotating cyclopentadienyl rings of ferrocene connector. Ferrocene-bridged trisporphyrin (2) spontaneously and exclusively generated the dimeric ring (7) upon simple zinc(II) insertion, indicating that the freely rotating hinge connector favored the smallest ring formation. Taking advantage of the unique hinge-like flexibility of ferrocene, we attempted to transform the dimer ring into a mixture of porphyrin macrocycles by reorganizing the structure cleaved once by pyridine. A series of porphyrin macrocycles from trimer to decamer can be separated into its components by preparative gel permeation chromatograms. Macrocycles obtained are kept stable in the absence of coordinating solvents. On the other hand, they were easily transformed to the dimer ring in the presence of coordinating solvents such as methanol, showing that the transformation is completely reversible and can be controlled by the choice of the solvent system. A series of porphyrin macrocycles was confirmed via covalent linking of each complementary coordination dimer pair by metathesis reaction in the presence of Grubbs's catalyst. The coordination behavior of the bidentate ligands with different spacer lengths toward the dimer ring revealed that only the bidentate ligand (15) with a spacer length that matched the facing central porphyrins was selectively accommodated inside the ring. Coordination assembled flexible rings with tunable cavities and multiple coordination sites will be used as versatile hosts for a wide variety of guest molecules.  相似文献

Trace iron(II) is determined spectrophotometrically after adsorption of its ternary complex with 3-(4-phenyl-2-pyridyl)-5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine and tetraphenylborate on microcrystalline naphthalene at pH 5.1–7.4. The ion etching technique has been applied to a morphological study of mechanically blended polypropylene (PP) with high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Samples blended to PP/HDPE compositions of 65/35 and 85/15 by weight were highly drawn and then heat treated for 30 min at selected temperatures up to 163°C. When these samples are carefully ion-etched several features are observed in electron micrographs, namely (i) crosshatched, and (ii) twisted or layered textured inclusions of HDPE crystals within arrays of lamellalike PP crystals situated perpendicular to the direction of drawing. X-ray diffraction measurements of the drawn samples heat treated in the range 145–163°C for 30 min shows that oriented HDPE crystallizes with b-axis orientation along the drawing direction. Supporting evidence is obtained from electron diffraction measurements. The molecular weight of the HDPE component is a major factor in the b-axis-oriented growth of HDPE crystals in PP/HDPE blends.  相似文献
