The derivatization regents for carboxylic acids, DAABD-AE (4-[2-(N,N-dimethylamino)ethylaminosulfonyl]7-(2-aminoethylamino)-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole), MePZBD-AE ([4-(4-N-methyl)piperazinosulfonyl]-7-(2-aminoethylamino)-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole) and APZBD-NHMe ([4-(4-N-aminoethyl)piperazinosulfonyl]-7-methylamino-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole) were developed for electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). The derivatization reaction with fatty acids was completed at 60 degrees C within 30 min. The derivatives of fatty acids were separated on a reversed-phase column and detected with ESI-MS. The detection limits attained for fatty acids were femtomol range and the calibration curves were linear over the range from 0.1 to 100 pmol (r2 > 0.992) for DAABD-AE and MePZBD-AE. DAABD-NHMe was applied to the analysis of fatty acids in rat plasma samples. 相似文献

The rotationally symmetric flow over a rotating disk in an incompressible viscous fluid is analyzed by a new method when the fluid at infinity is in a state of rigid rotation (in the same or in the opposite sense) about the same axis as that of the disk. Asymptotic expansions for the velocity field over the entire flow field are obtained for the general class of one-parameter rotationally symmetric flows. This method is further extended to the case when a uniform suction or injection is assumed at the rotating disk. Fluid motion induced by oscillatory suction of small amplitude at the rotating disk is also discussed.An initial-value analysis reveals that resonance is possible only when the angular velocity of the rotating fluid is greater than that of the rotating disk. 相似文献

It has been reported that the repeated administration of a sub-anesthetic dose of an N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist, ketamine, can produce an animal model of schizophrenia. Since no information is available on the alterations of the amino acid levels in ketamine-treated rats, we investigated the amino acid composition in the plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of rats that were repeatedly administered with ketamine for 5 consecutive days (30 mg/kg/day). The plasma and cerebrospinal fluid amino acid compositions in the fifth week after cessation of repeated ketamine administration were determined by highperformance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection using a pre-column fluorescence reagent, i.e. 4-fluoro-7nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole. Among the amino acids investigated in the present study, the level of plasma glutamic acid increased significantly (p < 0.05), while that of the cerebrospinal fluid glutamic acid decreased significantly in the ketamine-treated rats as compared with these levels in control rats injected with saline (p < 0.05, n = 7). These alterations in the glutamic acid level in the plasma and cerebrospinal fluid resemble those in schizophrenic patients, suggesting that ketamine-treated rats may be a useful model for performing research on the pathophysiology of schizophrenia. 相似文献

Cooperativity effects among the interconnected anion and cation binding sites can profoundly alter the performance of heteroditopic receptors in selective ion pair recognition, processes that are oftentimes pertinent to biological systems and chemical separations. This work reports the effect of the linker that connects both binding sites on self-assembly of heteroditopic receptors in the presence of divalent first-row transition metal salts in solution and solid phase. The polarographic behavior of the titanium(IV)-N-benzoyl-N-phenyl-hydroxylamine (BPHA) system in acidic medium and in water-ethanol mixtures has been studied. In (1+3) water-ethanol containing 2 M sulfuric acid and 0.05 M BPHA, titanium(IV) gives a single kinetically controlled wave. sensitive sulfite biosensor was developed that used this enzyme electrode (SOx/AuNPs/CHIT/cMWCNT/PANI/Au) as the working electrode,
Ag/AgCl as the standard electrode, and Pt wire as the auxiliary electrode. The modified electrode was characterized by Fourier
transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry (CV), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and electrochemical impedance
spectroscopy (EIS) before and after the immobilization of the SOx. The sensor produced its optimum response within 3 s when
operated at 50 mVs−1 in 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 7.0, and at 35 °C. The linear range and detection limit of the sensor were 0.75–400 μM and
0.5 μM (S/N = 3), respectively. The biosensor was employed to determine sulfite levels in fruit juices and alcoholic beverages.

The inclusion of α-lipoic acid (LA) in β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) by increasing the aqueous solubility and photostability can enhance its medicinal use in the oral administration. Different preparation methods were employed to obtain an α-lipoic acid-β-cyclodextrin (LA-β-CD) inclusion complex and to determine the physical–chemical characteristics and the interactions present in this compound. The formation of the solid inclusion compound was confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). FTIR and DSC data confirm the new obtained compound. The crystalline structure of this compound belongs to the monoclinic system with four molecules in the unit cell. 1H NMR spectroscopic method was employed to study the inclusion process in aqueous solution. Job plots derived from the 1H NMR spectral data demonstrated an 1:1 stoichiometry of the inclusion complex in liquid state. 2D NMR data suggest the orientation of LA with the carboxyl group near to narrower rim of the β-CD. 相似文献

A novel calix[4]arene linked nucleobase molecular receptor bearing two adenine moieties has been synthesized and characterized by UV, IR, NMR and ESI–MS analyses. The synthesized receptor can recognize biologically important Zn2+ and Mn2+ ions through 1:1 binding stoichiometry. The evaluation of binding constants suggests that adenine alone, in an appropriate supramolecular network, can exhibit efficient binding for Zn2+ ions without the presence of any phosphate or sugar unit. 相似文献
