The synthesis of N‐substituted pyridothienopyrimidines bearing ethoxymethyl, benzyloxymethyl, methylthiomethyl, benzoylmethyl, allyl, sec‐butyl, and 2‐acetyloxyethyl chains as a sugar mimic was described. The O‐substituted pyridothienopyrimidines were obtained during some reactions.  相似文献

Based on presently available experimental advancements, we present a theoretical technique to generate single-mode electromagnetic-field entangled NOON states between two resonators. A two-level atom interacts dispersively with a standing wave field, which results in Bragg diffraction and thus a superposition of atomic external degrees of freedom. Later, a resonant interaction of the atom with two different resonators in the presence of a Ramsey field and a Stark field entangles the two resonators in their NOON state. We further discuss the experimental parameters necessary to realize the scheme in the laboratory and calculate the corresponding success probability.  相似文献

In this paper, the fabrication and characterization of multi‐drug‐loaded microparticles are demonstrated for topical glaucoma therapy. Specifically, latanoprost (“LAT”) and dexamethasone (“DEX”) are loaded in monodisperse microparticles (diameter ≈150 μm) of a biodegradable polymer–poly (lactic‐co‐glycolic) acid (PLGA)—using capillary microfluidics coupled with solvent evaporation. Both individual (LAT in PLGA and DEX in PLGA) and combined (LAT and DEX in PLGA) microparticle formulations are demonstrated. The morphology, size distribution and in vitro release kinetics are studied, and in vitro mucoadhesion of the formulated microparticles is also assessed. In addition, discussion is placed in how precise knowledge of the particle composition enabled by the microfluidic fabrication method and in vitro release rate measurements allow for facile topical formulation design and dose optimization. Such precision‐fabricated, multi‐drug loaded, sustained‐release microparticles are envisioned to serve as a promising platform for topical administration of ocular drugs. This could potentially reduce the frequency of eyedrop‐based drug administration from several times a day to merely once a day (or less), thus greatly facilitating patient compliance and adherence to a strict therapeutic drug regimen.  相似文献

Robust recurrence behavior of wave packets in periodically driven systems and coupled higher dimensional systems is analyzed, which takes place in the realm of higher coupling/modulation strength. We analyze the wave packet dynamics close to nonlinear resonances developed in the systems and provide the analytical understanding of recurrence times. We apply these analytical results to investigate the recurrence times of matter waves in optical lattice in the presence of external periodic forcing. The obtained analytical results can experimentally be observed using currently available experimental setups.  相似文献

We propose two schemes for engineering cavity field cluster and GHZ states. The schemes are based on multiport atom interferometry in the Bragg-regime cavity QED. The second-order off-resonant Bragg diffraction of two-level atoms is utilized for generating the desired state. Cold atoms bouncing on a modulated atomic mirror exhibit dynamic localization and acceleration subject to modulated strength. We explain the characteristics of acceleration using accelerated mapping and define control parameters. We show that the effective Planck’s constant plays a vital role in limiting overall linear growth of accelerated atoms with time. For large values of the effective Planck’s constant, the atomic quantum accelerated is seized if the localization window overlaps the accelerated window.  相似文献

The behaviour of the distorted vortex lattice near the surfaces of a uniaxial anisotropic superconducting quarter-space is studied. The analytical solution of the distributions of the fields inside and outside the sample as well as the current density are calculated in an integral form. Using these solutions, the forces on the vortex segments are completely determined. The Gibbs free energy of the system is investigated in a simple form. Agreement with previous results is found in the isotropic limiting case. Moreover, in some limiting cases, good agreement with the results obtained for a high temperature superconducting semi-infinite space is achieved.  相似文献
