NEA GaAs光电阴极激活工艺研究

本文报道了 GaAs 反射式光电阴极的激活工艺过程和结果.通过实验确定了 GaAs表面的热清洁温度,利用钼丝热辐射加热方法达到了比较理想的清洁效果,采用铯分子源和高纯氧作氧源获得了高于1000μA/1m 的激活积分灵敏度.     

双反射膜双频He-Ne激光器双频特性及偏振特性的实验研究

本文对 5 MHz频差双反射膜双频 He- Ne激光器输出激光的双频特性及偏振特性进行了实验研究。研究结果表明 ,当磁场方向同反射膜的一个本征模方向基本重合时 ,有双频出现 ;当磁场方向同反射膜的一个本征模方向夹角在 45°左右时 ,无双频出现。输出激光的偏振方向由反射膜的本征模确定 ,其偏振非正交程度为 tgρ≤ 0 .0 0 87,椭圆化程度tgβ随激光管与磁场的相对角位置变化而发生变化。在合适的位置 ,tgβ可以小至 2 / 70 0。该种外差光源具有较好的偏振特性。     

EAST ������ICRF ���ߵ���ά��ų�����

The performance of the four strap ion cyclotron range of frequency (ICRF) antenna in EAST was studied by three dimensional electromagnetic code CST MWS. The coupling impedance with various frequencies, the distribution of current on straps and the power spectra for the three types of phases were calculated. The voltage breakdown and ICRF-related impurity were also studied. Simulation results show that the coupling impedance and power spectrum of the antenna design were reasonable, however, highest electric field, which is 3.61MV•m⁻¹ for (0, 0, 0, 0) toroidal phasing at the local area, exceeds the empirical value of breakdown. After the structure size was optimized, the maximum of E-field was below the breakdown value, the results also show that the high radio frequency (RF) potential was close to the antenna limiter, the RF potential along total B-field in front of Faraday screens 10mm for (0, π, π, 0) phasing was one-third of that for (0, 0, π, π) phasing.     

圆合成孔径声呐多点定位运动补偿

圆合成孔径声呐(CSAS)的成像性能受平台运动误差影响而下降,利用单侧回波可估计CSAS基阵的斜距误差,但单侧回波在小测绘带时无法估计升沉误差,针对此问题,提出了一种利用单侧回波信号的声呐平台三维运动估计和补偿方法。首先,对CSAS在不同观测角度的目标回波取极大值获得目标回波的到达时间;其次,基于多个点目标的到达时间建立CSAS三维定位模型;然后利用列文伯格-马夸尔特方法对声呐三维坐标进行估计;最后将位置估计结果与时域反投影成像方法结合实现对目标的成像.仿真结果表明:该方法能精确估计声呐平台运动误差,其空间坐标的估计误差小于仿真信号波长的1/8,从而精确补偿了CSAS在不同空间采样点上的阵元回波时间差,显著提高了目标成像质量。湖上试验结果表明,该算法能够实现对CSAS的运动误差补偿。仿真和试验结果均验证了方法的可行性和有效性。     

On the theory of electron tunnelling

A generalized expression for the differntial tunnelling current density based on the problem of electron energy distribution introduced during the process has been presented. This is directly applicable to junction devices for the evaluation of their tunnelling I–V characteristics. A list of symbols appear at the end of the paper.     

透射式GaAs光电阴极的X射线衍射研究

本文介绍了高精度多晶多反射X射线衍射仪的一种新的应用.首次将其应用于研究高灵敏度第三代微光象增强器中由掺Zn的p型GaAs/GaAlAs、玻璃组成的光电阴极的材料特性；发展了用倒格子空间衍射图方法评价光电阴级组件晶体质量的方法.通过分析得知,衍射强度在倒格子空间沿。方向展宽主要起因于晶体中的嵌镶效应的增强.文中采用衍射动力学理论的计算方法并忽略初始条件,模拟后得到的曲线与衍射强度沿ω/θ方向的投影强度曲线符合的比较好.粘接良好的阴极样品表明,GaAs/GaAlAs晶格常数的变化基本上可以消除,但粘接引起的嵌镶效应的增强却不能完全消除.     

Continuum theory for nanotube piezoelectricity

We develop and solve a continuum theory for the piezoelectric response of one-dimensional nanotubes and nanowires, and apply the theory to study electromechanical effects in boron-nitride nanotubes. We find that the polarization of a nanotube depends on its aspect ratio, and a dimensionless constant specifying the ratio of the strengths of the elastic and electrostatic interactions. The solutions of the model as these two parameters are varied are discussed. The theory is applied to estimate the electric potential induced along the length of a boron-nitride nanotube in response to a uniaxial stress.     

Copper-catalyzed reaction of alkyl halides with cyclopentadienylmagnesium reagent

Treatment of alkyl halides, including tertiary alkyl bromides, with cyclopentadienylmagnesium bromide in the presence of a catalytic amount of copper(II) triflate yielded the corresponding cyclopentadienylated products in high yields. The following hydrogenation of the products provided alkyl-substituted cyclopentanes.     

Potassium Base-Promoted Diastereoselective Synthesis of 1,3-Diols from Allylic Alcohols and Aldehydes through a Tandem Allylic-Isomerization/Aldol–Tishchenko Reaction

This study reports the first base-promoted aldol–Tishchenko reactions of allylic alcohols with aldehydes initiated by allylic isomerization. The reaction enables the diastereoselective synthesis of a variety of 1,3-diols with three contiguous stereogenic centers. Unlike commonly reported systems, our method allows the use of readily available allylic alcohols as nucleophiles instead of enolizable aldehydes and ketones.
