从2-取代-3-芳基-4-噻唑啉酮(4a~4e和5)合成了三个系列新型噻唑啉酮衍生物, 即5-芳基亚甲基-4-噻唑啉酮(6a~6j), 4-噻唑硫酮(7a~7e和8)和4-氰基亚胺基噻唑烷(11a~11e和12). 中间体4a~4e和5由醛、胺和巯基乙酸缩合得到. 所有化合物的结构均经元素分析和1H NMR确证, 并且采用X射线单晶衍射分析方法测定了化合物4b的结构. 初步生物活性试验结果表明, 部分标题化合物具有一定的杀菌活性和促进黄瓜子叶生根活性. 相似文献

A sensitive amperometric glucose biosensor based on platinum nanoparticles (PtNPs) combined aligned carbon nanotubes (ACNTs) electrode was investigated. PtNPs which can enhance the electrocatalytic activity of the electrode for electrooxidating hydrogen peroxide by enzymatic reaction were electrocrystallized on 4‐aminobenzene monolayer‐grafted ACNTs electrode by potential‐step method. These PtNPs combined ACNTs' (PtNPs/ACNTs) surfaces were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The highly dispersed PtNPs on ACNTs can be obtained. The enzyme electrode exhibits excellent response performance to glucose with linear range from 1×10?5–7×10?3 mol L?1 and fast response time within 5 s. Furthermore, this glucose biosensor also has good reproducibility. It is demonstrated that the PtNPs/ACNTs electrode with high electrocatalytic activity is a suitable basic electrode for preparing enzyme electrodes. 相似文献

A strategy for design of bioimprinted proteins with glutathione peroxidase (GPX) activity has been proposed. The proteins imprinted with a glutathione derivative were converted into selenium-containing proteins by chemical modifying the reactive hydroxyl groups of serines followed by sodium hydrogen selenide displacement. These selenium-containing proteins exhibited remarkable GPX activities and the GPX activities of reduction of H2O2 by glutathione (GSH) were found to be 101-817 U μmol−1, which approaches the activity of a selenium-containing catalytic antibody elicited by a hapten similar to our template. The steady state kinetic study for imprinted protein catalysis revealed Michaelis-Menten kinetics for both H2O2 and GSH, e.g. the pesudo-first-order rate constant kcat (H2O2) and the apparent Michaelis constant Km (H2O2) at 1 mM GSH were calculated to be 784 min−1 and 1.24×10−3 M, respectively, and the apparent second-order rate constant kcat (H2O2)/Km (H2O2) was determined to be 6.33×105 (M min)−1. The kinetics and the template inhibition showed that the strategy might be a remarkably efficient one for generating artificial enzyme with GPX activity. 相似文献

The structural determination of sn-1 and sn-2 hexadecanoic lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) regioisomers was carried out using fast atom bombardment tandem mass spectrometry (FAB-MS/MS). The collision-induced dissociation (CID) of protonated and sodiated molecules produced diverse product ions due mainly to charge remote fragmentations. Based on the information obtained from the CID spectra of protonated and sodiated molecules, sn-1 and sn-2 hexadecanoic LPC isomers could be discriminated. Especially, the abundance ratio of the diagnostic ion pair [m/z 224/226] in the CID spectra of [M + H](+) ions was shown to be greatly different. Moreover, the CID-MS/MS spectra of sodium-adducted molecules for hexadecanoic LPC isomers showed characteristic product ions such as [M + Na - 103](+), [M + Na - 85](+), and [M + Na - 59](+), by which their regio-specificity can be differentiated. 相似文献

The novel coordination polymer [Pr(BYBA)3(H2O)2]·[Pr(BYBA)3(H2O)] (BYBAH=2-benzoylbenzoic acid) was yielded by hydrothermal synthesis,determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,and characterized by FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra. The crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=9.112(3),b=14.644(5),c=27.076(11),α=84.223(3),β= 87.816(4),γ=88.902(4)o,V=3592(2)3,C84H60O21Pr2,Mr=1687.14,Z=2,F(000)=1700,Dc= 1.560 g/cm3,μ=1.419 mm-1,the final R=0.0485 and wR=0.1258 for 13035 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The compound contains two different building units,[Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)4] and [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)2]. It is noticeable that [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)4] is an isolated binuclear building block,in which the Pr3+ ion centers are both located in an eight-coordinated environment. However,in [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)2] the Pr3+ ion centers are located in a nine-coordinated environment and connected by BYBA ligands to form 1D chains. 相似文献

应用溶胶-凝胶法制备了还原态K-Co-Mo催化剂, 比较了不同的组分和不同的反应条件对合成醇性能的影响。实验结果表明,适量钾和钴助剂的添加能显著提高催化剂合成醇的性能,尤其是提高了C2+醇的选择性。此外,反应温度、压力以及空速对合成醇影响明显,升高温度可以提高催化反应中低碳醇的收率,但选择性下降;增加压力和空速可以提高低碳醇的收率和选择性,对合成低碳醇有利。在230 ℃,6.0 MPa,14 400 h-1条件下,催化剂合成低碳醇的收率为375.4 g/kg·h,选择性为70.2%,C1OH/C2+OH为0.48。 相似文献
