The isolation of skimmianine and three new acridone alkaloids from the root bark of Glycosmis pentaphylla (Retz.) Correa is reported. Based on the spectral evidence and chemical correlations, these are shown to be hitherto naturally unknown noracronycine (IIb), des-N-methyl-acrocynine (IXa) and des-N-methylnoracronycine (IXb). Evidence is also presented to show that of the two possible structures, 1-methoxy-2′,2′,10-trimethylpyrano(5′,6′-2,3 or 3,4) acridone (Ia or IIa) for acronycine, the angular structure IIa is correct.  相似文献

An imidazole-coated capillary column for electrophoresis has been prepared by means of organosilanization. With mesityl oxide as neutral marker, the results indicated that the electroosmotic flow of the bonded phase displays a dramatic difference in pH dependence in comparison with that of the bare fused-silica column. The presence of positive charges on the coating surface and the anionic exchange property, due to the cationic property of the imidazole group at pH values below 6, allows the separation of geometric isomers that are very similar in ionic mobility. Separation parameters including buffer composition and concentration, pH, applied voltage, and the influence of other additives were investigated. By using acetate buffer (100 mM, pH 5.2) and an applied voltage of -15 kV with UV detection at 212 nm, the separation of 11 aromatic acids including mono-, di-, tri- and tetra-carboxylic acids could be achieved in less than 14 min. The average plate number was 3 x 10(5)/m. With acetate buffer (25 mM, pH 5.5) and an applied voltage of -25 kV, the addition of silver nitrate or beta-cyclodextrin significantly improved the resolution of some more highly charged carboxylic acids.  相似文献

The extraction, scrubbing and stripping behaviour of uranium, zirconium and ruthenium with di-n-hexyl and di-n-octyl sulfoxides in Solvesso-100 and tri-n-butyl phosphate (TBP) in shell Sol-T irradiated by various gamma doses (0–169 Mrads) have been investigated. 2M HNO3 was used for extraction and scrubbing and 0.01M HNO3 for stripping purposes. Results indicate that the extraction of uranium with TBP increases and that with sulfoxide decreases with dose. This is reflected in their corresponding scrubbing percentages too. The stripping percentage of uranium with TBP decreases with dose while the reverse is the case with sulfoxide. The extraction of zirconium with TBP increases sharply with dose as compared to sulfoxides. The extraction scrubbing and stripping of ruthenium remain almost unaffected by dose both in the case of TBP and sulfoxides. These results lead to much higher overall decontamination factors for uranium with respect to zirconium as well as ruthenium with irradiated sulfoxides as compared to those with irradiated TBP.  相似文献

Studies have been performed on the liquid-liquid extraction of neptunium from nitric acid solutions by di-n-hexylsulphoxide (DHSO) di-no-octylsulphoxide (DOSO) and di-iso-amylsulphoxide (DISO) and their mixtures over a wide range of conditions. At a given strength of the extractant, extraction of Np(IV) increases initially rapidly with increase in the acid concentration; at high acidities, above 8M HNO3, the extraction decreases. Under otherwise identical conditions, extraction increases with an increase in the extractant concentration. The species extracted would appear to be Np(NO3)4·2(R2SO). A mixture of two extractants extracts more than the sum of the extractions due to the individual components at concentrations corresponding to those of the mixture. After loading the organic phase with uranium(VI), extractability of Np(IV) becomes considerably lower. The diminution in extraction with increase in temperature is small. A comparison of the extraction behaviour of Np(IV) with those of Pu(IV), U(VI) and some associated fission products has been made.  相似文献

A comparative study of the polymorphic transformations in ammonium and the alkali metal perchlorates has been made using differential thermal analysis. Certain correlations have been attempted between the observed trends in the transformation temperatures and available crystallographic and thermodynamic data. The transformation in the case of sodium perchlorate shows pronounced second-order effects. Considerable hysteresis is observed in the transformations in ammonium, potassium, rubidium and caesium perchlorates. Doping of ammonium perchlorate with ammonium phosphate is seen to result in an upward shift in the transformation temperature and an increase in the thermal hysteresis. Prior mechanical and thermal treatment is also seen to result in a broadening of the hysteresis loops in the case of ammonium and potassium perchlorates. The results are explained in terms of contrapolarization effects and the production of strain in the material as a result of prior treatment.  相似文献

Unsteady flow in a semi-infinite contracting or expanding pipeis reinvestigated using long series analysis. The proposed seriesmethod is useful in analysing the problem for a moderately largeconstant ( = aa/, where a = a(t), the radius of the pipe isa function of time, a(t) is the velocity of the wall, and iskinematic viscosity). For positive values of (expansion ofthe pipe) accuracy of the series representing shear stress andpressure gradient is increased from = 2.89 to = 6.0 by extractingthe singularity followed by completion of the series. For negativevalues of (contraction of the pipe), we revert the series whichresults into the increase of the region of validity of the transposedseries from = -25.0 to = -2.89. Later we use Padé approximantsfor summing them. Also, the asymptotic solution for large valuesof is obtained and it agrees closely with pure numerical valuesof shear stress at the wall and pressure gradient.  相似文献

We use a semi-Markov model to analyse the stochastic dynamics of disease occurrence of dogs insured in Canada from 1990 to 1999, and the probability pattern of death from illness. After statistically justifying the use of a stochastic model, we demonstrate that a stationary first-order semi-Markov process is appropriate for analysing the available data set. The probability transition function is estimated and its stationarity is tested statistically. Homogeneity of the semi-Markov model with respect to important covariates (such as geographic location, insurance plan, breed and age) is also statistically examined. Micro-electro-mechanical-systems (MEMS) structures such as microcantilevers, micromirrors, accelerometers, gyroscopes, and filters are some of the new types of integrated electro-mechanical microstructures in need of testing tools to measure precisely their static and dynamic properties. The acousto-optic-modulated-stroboscopic-interferometer (AOMSI) is an innovative tool that can be employed to investigate the above-mentioned characteristics for a given environmental condition. In this work, an optical non-contact system employing an acousto-optic-modulator (AOM) to conduct low frequency static characterization of MEMS microstructures is presented. The method is applied to a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) cantilever for demonstration purposes. The theoretical analysis is based on an energy approach. Experimental results are presented and compared with the theory, and are found to be in good agreement.  相似文献
